RP thoughts and brain stormings

ok. i was asked to post up some ideas i had today about the way things are done. note im not trying to take the lead but i think that these things can help make this RP more enjoyable and bring in more chars

so first matter of business is missions and how those will be done. the way things were first is that when you are given a mission you were to post up a story of how things went down and while i agree that it does help to stimulate yur imagination it becomes difficult after a time to keep the interest in it. such as if i was given a mission to capture someone and i just wrote how it captured them it would be way too easy to just say they have a success everytime. and more realisticly (har har RP...realistic...get it?) not everything goes according to plan. so how i was thinking is that after a mission is given to you by your cammonder or leader the one you have to do the mission with whether it be capturing, fighting, spying on, and so on shall be pmed to let them know to either be on chatzy or the otakus chat. now when someone is aiming for capture *for ex: my mission to catch garra* garra will be warned of my mission and will either hide/ hang out on chatzy or on the ota-chat so that waythe person with the capture mission will have a sort of " hide and seek" sort of theme thrown in. therefore making the mission difficult cuz you will have to look around for your target while they know they are being chased.

as for fighting matches such as one char challenges another, for this case we will say lee v.s naru the challenger will post the challenge on thier world so that they know to check into the two chatz for the challenge.

now as for results! when you complete a mission small task or challenge you must post the results in your world. when its a capture/fight mission then i was thinking we could save the chat and edit out anything that didnt have anything to do with the fight (granted if thats yur way of doing it. i just find it easier) rather than typing "success" or "i won" and that way things will have more detail as to what happened and more ppl will be inclined to read more as far as how the battle went. and the way i think it should be is that you must post the results whether you won or lost so that way there can be a comparison to reffer to. meaning that this way fake results can be duely noted and dealt with. editing is one thing but do not alter ANYTHING that has to do with your mission. we want to keep it as straight and untouched as possable for the best results.

now all this is just brainstorming and it would help for current and new memebers to let me know of what they think.

and finally when there are no mission for members to do what they could do to bide the time is create/ follow a storyline. for example one of the leaders will make up a random storyline in someones world and post it. then that person must put a after post or story of what happened to them. then if there are any guest posters that wish to be in on the storyline they can join in as well by simply stating what they were doing at the time and then at some point the person whose world its in or the one who started the post will link the ppl participating in it together so that way there can be some kind of action in one way or another. or at least something in that general area.

and as far as the mission goes. once the ppl involved on either side havee been either told or pmed of whats going on it could work that they have to be in one of the chats at least untill either the others show or untill they can no longer stay on. and if it gets to where nothing is timed right due to zone differences then it cane be held in a wolrd such as like the storyline.. in example: i post "walks into the hidden leaf in disguise and sits quietly at a nearest shop drinking tea. waiting for my target to show.." then the one im reffering to or my partner will post afterwards telling what they are doing at the same time im doing that. so it would be LIKE chat but unfortunatly a lil more drawn out. note: this would only be a temperary solution if the case arises that niether participants are on at the same time. when the time arrives that they actually do plz at least sign into chatzy to let the others know that you did at least check in. like if itachi and naru were on diff time sched then naruto after posting (if there is a post) will check into chatzy for at least a lil bit and leave a sign that you are/were there for events to take place.
