Mild spoiler warning.
So far, four chapters of Frozen Teardrops have been released and, to my knowledge, two chapters of an Endless Waltz tie-in manga, which so far seems to just be the Endless Waltz events as we know them. I guess maybe to refresh people's memories and tell us exactly what we need to know to follow the story?
Most of Frozen Teardrops consists of flashbacks. The rest is told by a set of files that are either viewed or listened to by Cathy Po. We get three chapters of flashbacks, after she first goes over a set of files from the AC 195 era that readers are so familiar with. The subsequent files seem to be mostly about Treize's childhood, and lead up to Heero.
In the meantime, Cathy's commanding officer Master Chang and his associate Father Maxwell are preparing to awaken the "Aurora Princess." There is also a snobby kid running around, who is introduced in the prologue as Duo Maxwell.
Overall there is not much I can say at this point. I do not want to give too much away, and in any case I found much of it rather boring. I enjoy Gundam Wing because I enjoy the characters. Reading a bunch of military stuff is not really exciting to me.
