Help Wanted (and Needed)

Hello Otakus,
First post here in Pink Sweetness for awhile. But since this is graphic related I figured I'd post this here.

I have a problem. I've been wanting to work with this scan of Shana forever but I lack the needed skills to vector and patience to cover up the writing on the scan. Is there anybody here that could possibly help me with either a very crisp and cleaned up render or vector? If you could help I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for reading this.
