This one is very standard and self-explanatory this changes the weather to rain for 5 turns.

rain effects:
- Activates Castform's forcast abilty turns it and weather ball into a water type.
- Activates Swift swim, Dry skin and Hydration and Rain Dish
- Weakens Fire-type moves and solarbeam and strengthens Water-type moves by 50%.
- Changes accuracy of Thunder and Hurricane from 70 to 100 in diamon and pearl Thunder can hit even when the opponent used protect and detect 30% of the time with rain
- Causes Moonlight, Synthesis, and Morning Sun to recover 25% of max HP.
- Can be extended from 5 to 8 turns with damp rock
