This is a low used move on nintendo wifi only three pokemon can learn it though level up.
Okay the reason I'm posting this attack this time is that I was looking at the Sylveon video i only just realized that the move with the card (unless they have a new card move) is trump card it may be true since well u can read the list to find out.

type 2: special (sp.attack to defense i believe)
pp: 5,max pp: 8 (bad idea to max it out)
effect: move gets more powerful with less pp
base power based on pp left: (5,6,7,8) 40/ (4) 50/ (3) 60/ (2) 75/ (1) 190
