Hey everyone. I just saw a video of a new Pokemon from the Sun and Moon games. It's called Salandit, and it's a Poison/Fire-Type Pokemon. Check it out.
This thing just looks really freaking evil! I mean it just looks like it's up to no good with eyes like that. Salandit's most unique feature though is a new ability called Corrosion, which allows it to inflict the Poison status on other Poison-Type Pokemon and Steel-Type Pokemon.

Salandit emits toxic gas, together with flames, from the base of its tail. This poisonous gas has a sweet smell, and anyone who unknowingly breathes it in will become dizzy. Salandit is not a very powerful Pokémon, but its cunning nature allows it to battle fiercely by throwing its opponents off balance. Salandit females not only release toxic gases, they can also emit pheromones that attract males of all species, including Pokémon and humans. Inhaling these pheromones may cause opponents to be controlled by Salandit’s will.
All in all, this is one sinister Pokemon. I'll probably do an Interesting Specimen post on it later after the games come out.
