Because they left the mansion we had to split up to keep watching everything. I followed Mear and Shupple still in ghost form(gotta love having Haunter around)and Daniel stayed behind watching the mansion. We stayed in constant contact through Haunter. We did our best to learn what we could, but not knowing what they were thinking was a pain. Although the blushing helped tell us alot. I heard from Daniel that Lee and Kat were going together and couldnt help but giggle. I didnt see that one coming.
"H-hey Eva. W-when we see each other at the dance. I-I have something I n-need to t-tell you." said Daniel through the mental link. He was trying to hide a though and was succeeding at it.
"What is it Daniel?" I asked blushing, hoping it is what I think it is.
"I-ill tell you then." he said. I guessed he was blushing.
"O-ok." I said studdering a bit myself before I went back to watching the town.

See, and you thought she wouldnt follow.*giggles* I do my best to keep her watching. Although she never seems to do anything else anymore. Im going to have to put her back in the story later.
I finally got around to doing a new Story Thus Far! I hope y'all like. Hopefully I didn't get anything wrong.
And now time for Nyarth's past! Have fun reading Moonsailor-chan, and hopefully we can hurry and get both Nyarth's and Nina's pasts out before it's time for the ball.

Nina and I sat peacefully in a small flower patch, weaving flowers together. It was so reminiscent for me. I used to do this all the time with Mom. My stomach gave a sad little pang as I brought back all the memories of my past.
"You go first," I heard Nina say quietly.
I took a slow, deep breath through my mouth and exhaled through my nose. Well, here goes. I resituated my sitting pose and started.
"Well, I really never was a gijinka always. I used to be just a regular Meowth. I remember my Pokemon days like they happened just yesterday... Mom teaching me about the different kinds of berries and flowers, going on picking journeys with Dad. I was an only child, my mom was a Persian and my dad a Raichu.
"But....one day while the three of us were on a walk, picking up berries along the way... I remember hearing something coming fast to us in the tall grass. Somehow all of us knew it was something terribly bad. Feline intuition, I guess."
I licked my lips and swallowed back the sob that was rising in my throat. I was getting to the part.... where I lost Dad. With great force, I pushed the sadness down, for just long enough for me to tell my story.
"My mom... she immediately got anxious and started worrying. I can clearly remember... the gem on her forehead never sparkled with that much anxiety. My dad hurriedly picked me up by the scruff of my neck and he and Mom started running as fast as they could back to our house. My mom went inside the tree and my dad kinda threw me out of his grasp toward my mother. He didn't come inside. He was going to try to fight off our pursuers.
The memories were hitting me stronger than the huge waves of the sea during a storm. I had to keep going though. I clenched my fists against the pain.
"As my mom held me tight I watched the horrible scene... a Pokemon trainer and his Mightyena had found my dad. 'Stay away from us. Why must you do this?' My dad growled. 'Just leave!' But the Mightyena just barked with laughter. 'Sorry, dude. My friend here wants you. And I want experience. So fight me.'
"I wasn't prepared for the scene. The Mightyena Bit my dad's back and my dad yelled with the pain. I turned away and sobbed into my mom's cream fur as she hugged me fiercely, crying too. 'Daddy's going to be fine,' she whispered. But we both knew something different.
"I looked back to the fight after a while. Dad had shaken loose and lept onto the canine's back. He let loose his Thunder. But he was too worn out from the battle and was to the point of fainting with exhaustion. I hated seeing my dad like this. I desperately wanted to help him.
"Then the trainer threw this ball at my dad... it was black with two yellow stripes on it. I've never seen it before. The ball hit my dad and immediately a red light engulfed him. He disappeared into the ball. The Mightyena cackled evilly as the trainer picked up the ball and started walking away...
"And so I lost my dad then."
I let the sadness come then. I hung my head and I felt tears drop into my lap. Nina moved her postition and sat right next to me. She tentatively reached for my hand, and me, feeling the feather-light touch, instinctively I upturned my hand. She laid her hand in mine and we just held it there while I gradually stopped weeping.
I continued. "I don't know what happened to my mom; all I know is that I have a huge gap in my memory and the next thing I know I was half-human, and trapped inside a small research lab. I barely escaped, and went looking for my mom. I never found our house, or her. From then on I was a wanderer. But then I found all the other gijinkas and they welcomed me in.... now I have a lot of great friends....especially you. I'm really glad you're my friend, Nina."
I took my other arm and wiped the tears away. Then I looked up at Nina and grinned slightly. "Now it's your turn....."

The suit... I had made it earlier with some extra fabric. My mother had taught me how to sew, so I was use to making this kind of thing for my dad. When I made it, I told myself it was for any of the guys who might need it. Secretly, I knew I had other reasons..
Lee broke my thoughts. "Was there a Combiskin?" he asked. I thought for a moment.
"Yeah, he was fighting with the Tyrounge," I said. His face brightened, then sunk again. We were most likely thinking the same thing. The bounty hunters... How many gijinka did they claim? Were Lee's friends among them? Could we save them if they were?Where would we look?
"You look good," I observed. "Shoulders look a little tight... But it's not something I can fix right now. It would take all day." I couldn't stick on that subject with all the questions on my mind.
"Um, when the dance is over, would you like me to help you look?" I asked.

“D…do you want to go straight back to the mansion?” I asked nervously, this idea suddenly coming back into mind. I didn't exactly want to leave this place. It was nice... being here with Mear. Just us two instead of people crowding us like we were something famous...
“Maybe... Maybe we could just walk for a bit though...” Mear left off, his voice shaking a little. I felt a light blush, but then I realized that if I was to go outside, what would happened the splotches on my skin? Will there be more or... what? My eyes darted down to my arm, uncertain on how to reply, but it seemed that Mear noticed me looking at my arm and looked it almost in a confused way. I didn't want him to see the splotches... It would be embarrassing...
“That would... be nice,” I told him quietly, my face now turning to a bright red, and surprisingly, so did Mear's.
We paused a little before we stood up and started for door. In the corner of my eye, I saw the Gardevoir wink at me and mouth, “Good luck.” I smiled and blushed a little as we headed outside and I opened up my parasol. I was thankful the wind not being up too high.
We walked into the Town Square and found it less busy. It was mainly covered by teenage couples, but it was more girls then guys in the Town Square. Girls that were desperate or whatever else. I didn't like girls like that, but I dealt with it around me if I had to.
We walked slowly through it, girls giving Mear looks of desperation, and giving me death glares. I heard one girl talking, and found it was just another bratty girl that loved to spread rumors. I ignored her and we walked on, and came upon a park.
The park was a Pokemon park, filled with different types of flying, normal, grass, and even fire and water Pokemon filled the park, which, when we entered, a little Linoone came scampering up to me and wanted to be petted. I bent down and started to pet it, and smiled.
I then bent back up and smiled at Mear, who smiled back in a small way. I went over to a bench and sat down on it, the Linoone following and once I sat down, so did Mear right beside me. The little Linoone jumped up onto the bench and laid on it between Mear and I.
I looked around the park and saw a lot of little Pokemon scampering about, looking at us from time to time. The Linoone jumped off the bench as a little Teddiursa came up to us and suddenly, grabbed each of one of me and Mear's legs and pulled them together, which made me blush bright red, and Mear blush bright red also.
It was just a little awkward, but it wasn't as awkward as I thought it would be, since there were Pokemon all around me. It made me smile a lot when the little Linoone came back and jumped onto my lap and I started to pet it, smiling almost completely. I looked over at Mear, and noticed a little Smeargle was at his feet. Cute.
It seemed that the little Smeargle was trying to tell Mear something, which made me laugh a little, and almost giggle.
I couldn't believe that I was having a good time. I couldn't remember the last time I had had so much fun. I was smiling, but then again, I was with Mear, which made me blush when I thought his name. That's different... but... I was enjoying being with him... I think. A new happiness, with just a small walk...
