Everyone's concerned with the whole problem of "So how will we decide what time it is in the rp??"
Because I am lazy in strange ways and also to make sure I'm heard by everyone, I won't comment in a comment box to give my opinion, I'm just going to make a post about it. XD
So far there's been given many different possible solutions, different ways to tell the time in the roleplay. One, where the RP mimics real-life time. A second, where a week in real-life may equal a day in the RP. Or that very complicated sequence that Shayde-kun thought up. XD
You know what we've been doing all this time? Leaving it up to ourselves, yeah I know everyone knows that. What if, we did just leave it up to each of us to determine when the time changes? The only difference between the past and what we would do from now on would be, we would be more conscious of it. Instead of dragging a day out, whenever someone thinks it's time for the day to change, they'd simply write in their post that it's the next day.
Yeah, yeah, I know-- what about the people who don't post for a while and now it's been a couple of days and their character....what? Has been stuck standing in the same postition for several days? Nah. It's up to the rest of us, active participating members, to help with that. If a missing person's character is in a group of people, one of those side-plots, then the rest of the group characters would just puppet the character for the original owner.
And I dont know, if it has been a while and the original owner doesn't post, maybe whenever it's possible, just leave the character somewhere where they aren't included in the side-story anymore, so it can continue. The original owner would just have to find somehow else to come back in.
Still the question, "BUT WHEN THE CHARACTER COMES BACK IN, THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN GONE FOR MULTIPLE DAYS!!" You know what my answer is to that? This isn't real life, y'all! We can just have our characters IGNORE the fact that the character seemed to be missing in the RP. Just act like they never left. UNLESS maybe the original owner had an explanation, like my explanation that Nyarth had been away from the mansion was that he was roaming around, and slept in a tree.
Also, in our posts, right after we say "Included in This Post:", we can give an inkling about what time frame our post incompasses. For example, "Taking Place Around the Time When Xio and Rikku are Battling."
I'm sure that most of us would have a pretty good common sense about just how many events could happen in a day, so maybe we can just leave it up to ourselves to decide when a day ends.

First and foremost, our leaders and twins are not going to be on for a few days due to not having internet. So I am just giving them a heads up, so lets keep making good stories so they have A LOT to read when they get back lol!
