My muse for PGR is slowly returning. Emphasis on the SLOWLY.

I looked at Kat as we headed out, then at Lee. I couldn't read the Hitmolee's face, so I looked away. Looking at the town as we approached, thinking back to all the places I've been, trying to put a finger on this one. Finally, it slowly came back to me.
"I think I know where the entrance is," I said aloud. Aparently, Kat and Lee had just been talking about splinting up and searching, cuz Kat jumped and looked at me with surprise. "Don't look so shocked, Kitten. How many times have I told you, I've broken out of almost every Bounty Hunters' hideway there is. Thjis one I just got out of not too long ago."
"How many times have I told you not to call me 'Kitten'?!!" she hissed.
"A bunch. Your just cuter when your mad." I said with a smirk. I then proceded to walk a few steps, then turned to look back at them. "Coming?" I asked. They both started to follow as I led them through many back ways and allies. Within minutes, I reached the one I was looking for. A dumpster was pushed up tightly to the side of the building. Always the sign. Walking over, I lifted up the lid. Sure enough, it was completely clean, but had a door that you could walk through with only minor hunching over built into the side. "Their disquises are always the same..." I muttered with a sigh. As I hopped in, Kat called after me.
"What are you doing?!" she asked. I put a finger to my lip, then motioned them over. As Kat looked inside, I could almost see the lightbulb go off. Holding in laughter, I turned, and phased my hand through the door, turning the lock on the other side, then pulling open the handle. As I walked in, I heard Kat land almost silently behind me, followed by Lee. Inside, I hugged the wall, hopefully blending with the shadows, looking at Kat, I motioned to my ear. She paused, then shook her head, and we proceded only slightly less cautiously, me leading them to where I knew prisoners were usually held. Phasing my head through while staying invisible, I looked around, and satisfied that no one was there, I opened the door, and walked into the musty, dank hall with iron door lining the sides.
"Lee, this is your part. You look for them. If you find them, I'll open the door and let them out. K?"

Okay! So I'm sure many of y'all just hate it when people join roleplays and never post, correct? So I got Otomi-chan's enthusiastic approval on what I'm about to do.

What is a purge, might you ask? It's where you get rid of the inactive members, of course. This is a new feature that Otomi-chan is letting me control (me being the housekeeper and all, it's only fitting). Since I'm OCD, it all comes naturally. Every once in a while (whenever I see that the collection of inactive members is growing big) I'll call a Purge Warning. Then, every single member has to post something, or at least comment on that post, showing that they are renewing their promise to be active in PGR. If they don't post, they have to give an acceptable reason that they're not posting.
And try not to use the excuse "I'm lost desu~" because that's what the STF that I do is for. And if you say that you're stuck in a writers' block, just ask in a post for someone to give you an idea for what your character could do to get back in the story. Don't just SIT there and do nothing while the rest of us faithful members are posting!
I think I'll make an exception to the "post or else you're out" rule though. Because maybe an active member doesn't see the memo, or is on vacation, or something. So I'll give you a list of people who are definitely on the chopping block, and they will comment/post or be KILLED. XD jk
In addition to the list of questionable members, I'll give y'all a Purge Date. You have until then to post or comment. It might be a few weeks or a month.
This is for the members who might get on the chopping block: IF you choose to comment saying that you will post and get active again, PLEASE make sure to do what you say you will. Don't just comment, then go back into inactivity later. Try your best to get active, because if you dont, that shows slightly or fully that you are not really committed to this roleplay.
If a warned member can't comment (maybe they have no internet or are punished) then if there's any way that they can contact a fellow member via texting or something, then someone else can vouch for them, taking them off the chopping block.
The now-Purged people have either:
1.) Joined and never ever posted
2.) Used to post but then got so inactive a while ago
Whatever of those two they have done, their fate is the same....they are kicked out of Poke Gijinka Revolution for inactivity. It's time I did something about them only taking up space in the introduction.

But. Not right now. Otomi will say this in another post, to give y'all her word that she approves what I'm saying, but Applications Are Now Closed To Non-Members. Meaning, if you're not in the club, you cant get in now. If you're already in, and you want a second character, then you can make another character if you want.
Either I or Otomi-chan will announce when apps are open again. ^-^ The reason we close apps is so that it cuts off (for a while) the FLOODS of new gijinkas arriving at the mansion. If apps are always open, then new people will always be arriving, and having to introduce themselves, thus kinda disturbing our current plots, ne?
Ah! That reminds me about 2nd characters! People, if you make a second character and you've already posted with them, PLEASE keep posting with them. Don't let them go inactive. I'm mainly talking to these characters:

-Cainen
-Gray
-Sable
The reason I didn't mention Ariel or Roselyn is of this reason: (as far as I know) Kro and Saccy-chan haven't even introduced their new characters into the story yet. Maybe they're waiting for a good opportunity to come in. They're okay because their characters can't be inactive if they were never active in the first place. ^-^
AND now for the members who are on the chopping block! They havent posted in a while, and....as much as I hate to say it, these members will be Purged if they dont comment/post.

Time for a design change!! Otomi-chan would like a member of the Drawing Committee to design a new banner. She requested that it be of all the characters doing poses and having a good time. I'm adding that you include the acronym PGR in the picture. ^-^
