"Lux?" I questioned, looking at the luxray gijinka. He smiled.
"What are you doing out here? You needed air as well?" I asked him.
"Not exactly. I just came out here because I saw you coming out here. But it is kinda stuffed- up in there now that you've mentioned air. Haha" he laughed.
"Where's Hoom? Isn't she you're date? Why don't you check up on her?" I asked, raising a brow.
"Calm down. Her bro wanted to dance with her. I can respect that so I let him have her... for now." He explained.
"Oh... I see" I turned back towards the moon. "You know..." I started. " The Moon is such a beaituful shining piece of hope. 'Hope on a Moon'... That's what I read in a romance novel. Even though I am a Espeon, evolved from happiness and the sun, I preffer the moon more. And look!" I pointed towards the moon. "It is a full moon tonight. So beautiful..." My eyes sparkled as I placed my elbow on the railing and stared at the 'Hoping Yellow Rock'. Lux mumbled something but I couldn't quite hear him. He then jumped onto the railing and balanced himself on it.
"Yeah. The Moon is pretty beautiful tonight. How ironic. On the night of the ball too. Kind of weird." he said to me while reaching his arms out to keep the balance while he walked on it.
"Not weird. No. That's not the right word, Lux. I believe it's... Romantic." I smiled, looking up at him. He looked down at me then turned away quick.
"Hm?" I questioned. I then jumped on the railing and looked him straight in the eye. He turned away quick once again.
"Why do you turn your head from me?" I asked with a questionable face.
"W-What are you talking about?" he replied with another question.
"What is it?! Do I having something embarrassing on my face or something?" I tilted my head in annoyance and poked his chest with one hand and the other hand on my hip.
"It's nothing. Geesh!" he said folding his arms, STILL turned away from me.
"Geesh Lux! What's up with you?!" I poked harder then folded my arms as well.
"Nothing!" he told me.
"Then look at me!" I said while grabbing his face. I turned his head so he would look at me. My eyes caught his. His eyes... They are so sparkly tonight... Like Reo-kun's... I suddenly caught myself blushing so I covered my face but not my eyes. Lux grabbed the hand I had on his face and removed it. Lux began to say something.
"I-"
My ears twitched at the sound of footsteps coming towards the balcony door. I quickly reacted by pushing Lux off the balcony.
"Ah!" he yelled. The bushes below us rustled when Lux hit them.
"Estelle! What the hell man!" he said waving his fist.
"Ssh!" I hushed him with a finger on my lips then jumped off the railing, looking up into the sky. Being the goof I was, I got caught up dazing at the moon again. I suddenly felt a warm embrace.
"Heya" I hear the voice say to me in my ear softly. It was Reo-kun.
"Reo-kun! Don't sneak up on people like that. You might give them possible heart attacks.." I joked. But he seemed to take it the wrong way.
"Oh.. I'm sorry Estelle-chan.." he pouted, letting go of me.
"Oh no no! It was a joke Reo-kun!" I smiled nervously, waving my hands. "Don't worry. I'm not having any heart att-" I stopped talking realising that... HE CALLED ME ESTELLE-CHAN AGAIN! My face exploded with redness and I dazed off a little.
"Um... Estelle?" Reo-kun snapped and waved his hands in my face while tilting his head. I snapped out of it instanlty.
"Uh... Yes?" I replied.
"Are you SURE you don't have a fever? You're face is very red.. and.. you looked as if you were going to faint just now." he worried.
"Oh No. I'm quite fine, Reo-kun. Really. Arigatou for worrying about me ^^." I thank him. His face turned slightly pinkish.
"Oh.. Well You're welcome." he said, scratching his head. I heard a slight groan from the bushes. It was Lux, of course. Good thing Reo-kun didn't hear him.
"Why don't you go back inside Reo-kun? I'm fine. I'll come inside in a minute. I'm not quite done looking at the stars." I smiled. He nodded.
"But only if you promise there's nothing wrong with you." he said. I nodded.
"I promise!" I insured him. He then went back inside and shut the door. I let out a huge sigh. I hopped back onto the railing and Lux climbed back up the balcony. He then stood on the railing with an upset face. More like angry.
"So you pushed me off just so you could have a one on one chat with lover boy?! That freaking hurt! I landed on my tail.." he whined.
"Two words my dear conceited friend. PAY-BACK." I sticked my tongue at him, remembering when he bumped into me and I landed on my tail.
"That was actually an ACCIDENT! You did this on PURPOSE!" he bickered.
"Now, Now. I never intended for you to land straight on it." I replied. He grunted and turned his back to me. I felt guilt inside of me building up. Maybe I'm hard on him sometimes.. Or maybe stubborn.
"But... I apologize. Gomen nasai, Lux." I apologized. He turned his head and looked at me. I felt myself blushing again. I had to stop the blushing! I yanked on his tail.
"Is it better now?" I giggled. That was the only thing I could think of at the moment. He grinned his teeth in pain.
"HEY! What happened to you're sorry?!" he yelled.
"I can't help it, Lux. You're tail really IS fluffy and soft!" I giggled while hugging his tail and rubbing his tail against my face.
"Hey! Don't touch it." he ordered and grabbed my hand. Suddenly my necklace glowed. Then it shun like 4 moons put together.
"Huh? W-What's going on? I can't see a thing!" I questioned, panicking because I was blinded by the light. I closed my eyes and took a few steps forward and lost my balance. I slipped off the railing and I was sent falling.
"Estelle!" Lux yelled as he grabbed my hand. He then pulled my close to him and embraced me while we both fell off the balcony.
While closing my eyes, I envisioned myself floating in the light, in my head. I was naked but my body glowed. Suddenly a Espeon pokemon pounced out my body and faced me.
"A Espeon? ..." I was very confused. I then watched it run away until it wasn't seen. The light became brighter and I opened my eyes. I saw the night sky filled with stars. I heard Lux groaned again, but this time I saw on top of him.
"Estelle, you okay?" he worried.
"Yes. I'm quite fine" I told him.
"I fell on my tail again.." he groaned sitting up a little, rubbing his tail.
"At least mine's safe.." I said getting up to touch my tail. Wait... WHERE'S MY TAIL?! I then panicked.
"Oh my god! My tail is gone-" I placed my hands on my head, then realising that my Espeon ears we're gone as well! I then felt something else attatched to my skull but they were at the side of my head. What's this... Ears?! What kind off ears are these?!? Lux got up and stared at me then spoke after a while of staring.
"Estelle.... You're human..."
