I don’t know how Lux always managed to make me feel happy, I was grateful to that.
"Let's turn up the heat Hoom and show these kids how we dance." He grinned and I hoped it all went nice and fluid.
I wasn’t aware I had those abilities nor the fact that the dress allowed me to make all those moves but I was having the time of my life while dancing. I heard comments from others in the process and let myself go with the rhythm.
When it ended both of us were panting hard and I thanked my abilities for being able to keep with Lux’s
"Hoom you are superb at dancing."
"You aren't half bad yourself Lux." Was the best thing I managed to say. We sat down talking and resting. Some minutes after, Hon appeared asking to dance with me. I was wondering where he was and thought about looking for him later since I assumed he was with Melody but she appeared to return to the kitchen…
Our dancing was kind of silent, however for an unknown reason it was better like that; as we danced I couldn’t help but to see Badrak with Poochy, I swear I didn’t want to hear about what they were talking but I could hear a I was raising my young siblings until we were trapped by hunters that killed them. A horrible thought came to me as I wondered what would be the result if Hon hadn’t appeared and later someone surprised me telling me he was dead. My body hugged him in a hard way.
“Are you ok?” Hon asked
“I just wanted to dance like this…” interesting excuse if you asked but feeling him near me made me feel secure.
The song ended but we still wanted to continue so we didn’t stop as the next song began. It seemed new couples had joined the dance floor and everything was going nice.
The song ended and Hon and I were eating some delicious food and talking when Poochy and Badrak appeared.
“I like your dress Poochy” I said smiling to her
“yours is pretty too Hoom” She replied
“You look good Badrak” He gave me a smile and then looked at Hon; I assumed he wanted to be presented, he was that type… “This is my brother Hon”
“Interesting…Nice to meet you Hon” They shake hands and we continued talking and laughing. It had been a long time since I last talked to Poochy so it was really cool until Badrak began with another conversation.
“So, Hoom, where is your date?” Lux was probably taking some air or something because his scent came from the balcony; couldn’t recognize the other scent because there were many that I got confused.
“Do you love him?” His question came from nowhere and he didn’t mind the WTF look that Poochy, Hon and I had. If he was joking with me, then we would regret it, I wasn’t going to fall for his strange game or whatever he was trying to do.
“Yes I do” I said firmly looking to his eyes which seemed to lecture
everything in my mind.
“What if he doesn’t love you like you do? Or if he betrayed you or any bad situation you can imagine…would you still love him?” Damn Kadabra who could see what my deepest thoughts were; it was true I had imagined some things because it was a short time since we met but at the end I preferred living in the present and loving him like it would be the last day. My tail went down and Hon noticed it; he was about to say something to him but I stopped him.
“I’ll still love him no matter what. I’ve been thinking about it Badrak and if something like that happens then…”
“Then what?” He was being harsh for some reason
“Then, the only thing I’ll know for sure is that I love him. I won’t expect anything in return…”
“Isn’t that suffering too much?” That was it…he arrived too far and I couldn’t take it anymore.
“Please excuse us but we have to go..” I almost didn’t hear my voice and grabbed Hon taking him with me.
We kept in silence and before going away from the ballroom I told Hon to stay there, I needed some time.
I walked to the kitchen and found Melody. She looked so pretty with the dress she was wearing. I said hi and then an idea came to me. talked with her..
“This would sound kind of dumb and Hon would probably kill me for doing this later…Anyway the things is that my brother really wants to dance with you…so…”
“I just can’t leave everything here…” She was very committed with her task, it would be difficult to convince her
“If you want I can look for everything, besides, it would only be one song…”
Convincing people wasn’t my best ability; at the end Melody said she was going to think about it and would tell me.
I headed to the entry of the mansion and let myself relax for a little bit while looking at the full moon and breathing the fresh air of the night. Suddenly a familiar scent of a certain Kadabra reached me and I was about to hit him hard if he said anything else.
“So you where here” my eyes kind of scared him but he continued “I’m really sorry for the incident of before…my intention was not to make you feel confused or uncomfortable but the thing is that sometimes I just speak what comes to my mind…Would you forgive me for what I’ve done?” At that time I knew he wasn’t lying and maybe he said what he said because he was hurt in the past or something.
“I forgive you…You were right after all, that option would mean a lot of suffering”
“Nothing is written Dear, so why keep on thinking about it if you can enjoy the present? Is not that what you think?” How did he…He was right, I wanted to enjoy this ball.
“Thank you…” I said, he smiled and offered his arm.
“Shall we go then? You left a worried Poochy and your date is probably looking for you” After all he seemed a nice guy. We quickly arrived to the ballroom; the first thing I did was to look for Hon, when our eyes finally met I somehow told him everything was fine.
“Well it seems Poochy is talking with someone right now; could I have your company for the next song Hoom?” I nodded.

So...Poochy I don't know what did you talk with Badrak before or what did you said that made him go to apologize with Hoom...
mm as for Hoom...I hope the Melody and Hon part where right...*pie*
