“It shouldn’t be that hard to find....” I told Gray dryly as I forced myself to stand and gave Mear a sideways glance as I headed into the mess of canvases and started to dig out Gray.
Once I finally got to him, he was holding the medical kit to his chest and smirking. I put my hand up to my forehead, and Gray just burst out laughing for a solid minute. Finishing up his laugh, Gray stood up and walked back over to where Mear was, I following him. Gray distributed the bandages between us, and once I finished up, he stuck the bandages inside his pocket then looked at Mear.
“We should find the others... Well... those that remain....” Gray told everybody and Mear raised his eyebrow to this. I sighed and replied quicker than Gray did.
"The ones that still are walking around confused in the house... The ones that aren't are either stuck in the little girl's playground... or stuck in the black world I found you in," I told Mear and he nodded. Gray continued.
"What about this rabbit?" Gray asked as he pointed at Mear's picture, and slid next to Mear, wanting to get a better look at it. Button eyes... white bunny....
"It's what I saw in that vision the little girl had given me..." That gave me an idea.
"Well... the bunny might be somewhere in the house... most likely in where they put storage... Maybe an attic?" I asked Gray, knowing he probably looked all around the house, and he nodded back.
"I don't recall seeing the bunny up there, though. Just a lot of boxes and really old things but I don't recall a bunny." I was even surprised when Gray said this. I actually wasn't expecting there to be an attic in this house, and neither was Mear from the way he looked.
"We should look up there soon... but we need to ask somebody who might've seen this before... And it has to be specific... That's the way with... clinging to things for... ghosts... Maybe she had as a doll or something... That might mean some Gijinka are stuck as dolls..." I muttered but everybody heard it since it was dead silent in the room.
"That... just might work..." Gray muttered.
"Let's try and find Estelle... She might know something about sewing and stuffed animals..." I said as I slowly stood up, and Mear stood with his picture in hand. Gray just sat there for a second before standing.
We slowly headed out the door, keeping an eye on everything, especially as we headed down the stairs, and again, I had a sure feeling we fell into another illusion.
