Crash!

-Hoom

"Ow... why don't cha look where you going, huh? You got eyes don't cha?" a familiar voice said as we both tried to step out of confusion.

"Lupe? Oh, I'm so sorry" I couldn’t believe my voice was still odd, the only thing I managed was a soft thing…

"Oh, Hoom. It's you. I thought you were someone else, like those new gijinka. I swear to you, they have no manners, bumping into people and shit. Ya know?" I was glad to find Lupe because if she wasn’t here then everything would be more chaotic; on the other side finding her meant I was able to talk to her but Estelle was her sister so…how to say it? The next words that came from my mouth were something I tried to keep with me until I found the correct person to talk to.

"Umm, Lupe... Can we talk?"

"Yeah, sure. What's up?"

“Emm…could we walk for a little bit?” I wasn’t sure how to begin or if I was going to be able to do it but talking about something was better than staying quiet.

We continued walking in silence until Lupe kind of got frustrated by the silence

“So, is there a problem with a member? Or any rule or what?”

“I don’t think it has to do with that…it’s something more personal…” I just couldn’t tell her everything, if she heard it, she would probably fight with Lux and the idea of seeing him hurt physic or emotionally was something I didn’t want.

“EEHHHHH??” Said Lupe as another sigh came from me but I tried to continue
“Well…it is the kind of thing you can’t tell anybody because you know there is going to be a conflict and also hurt people; however you need to take it out of your system…Have you ever feel like that Lupe?” Now my body was leaning against the corridor’s wall, letting me slip more, my eyes turned to see Lupe’s reaction; I don’t know why but her eyes began to look as teary as mine and quickly I looked at the opposite side; maybe she too needed to take something out of herself.

Tears began to fall down my cheeks and we both kept in silence for some minutes letting the chance of being alone to play to our favor.

“Well! There is no time to be depressed right!!???” Her sudden change of mood affected me too and her simple words full of meaning made me very happy.

I stood up and looked at her “You are right Lupe!” Both let a smile

“We only need to confront the problem and that’s it” She was full of determination and I was contaminated by it too so there was a nod from my part.

“Then, I want to thank you Lupe” I smiled at her and then hugged her “I’m glad to have you here with us, you are a great leader!…and now, if you excuse me, I need to return this jacket to his owner” I said pointing to Lee’s jacket; she nodded and with that I was gone.

At first I was calmed but I knew a conflict with myself was to begin again; in a rush to get over it or simply ignore it for a little longer I began to run in a fast way searching for Lee’s scent; my legs brought me outside but still there wasn’t any signal of him; at that point I began to wonder if he really existed, but if not then who was the owner of that jacket?

Once again I was lost in my thought while running until I crashed again with someone else; that time it was different since the person moved swiftly and managed to handle the crash

“I’m sorry!” I said as my body moved away from the victim, who now appeared to be someone familiar. “Lee!” He didn’t know how happy I was for seeing him..

“It’s fine. Hello, Miss Hoom.” Miss Hoom? It was the first time someone called me like that but still I liked it very much.

“…..Uh hi,” Now…How should I call him? “I… uh… still have your jacket….” I’ll think about it later, for now my objective was done as I handle the jacket to its owner.

“Thank you,” Lee said forcing a smile.

“Thank you for letting me… borrow it,” He didn’t have to thank anything as far as I knew; I was the one who owe him many things for saving my life.

“We were acquainted by a dream, but the dream seems to have been real indeed.”

“Ya…..” Again my thoughts were taking me away as I figured out if the best was to talk with Lux or not…

“Are you alright?” That question snapped me out and I was glad it did; then it hit me again, there was something in Lee that allowed him to read what was happening inside me in an easy way, or maybe I was easy to read…. The reason didn’t matter because lying to him was not an option, besides he was the one I wanted to talk to.

“I’m just… a little stressed….” I finally answered

“Then why don’t you join me for tea?”

“Um…” Was he talking in a serious way? He was such a gentleman and for now rejecting an offer like that one was not going to help me with anything, the other reason was the fact I felt calmed and safe when he was around “Sure.” That was my answer.

We quickly arrived to the kitchen as I walked behind him.

“I plan to make herbal green tea. Would either of you like some?”

I sat down in the same table as Kat and Sable in silence waiting for the tea that smelled interesting, my nose noticed many different things and was having fun trying to discover the ingredients but it wasn’t very fast because the tea was ready.

After some seconds Lee sat with us and as soon as my tongue had contact with that tea, there was a happy feeling, the tea tasted great.

There was a peaceful silence as we all enjoyed the beverage.

“Thank you Lee-san, this tea tastes great” Lee-san? Well I’ve called him before like that and hopefully he was not going to have any problem with it. At the end he only nodded.

Kat began to talk but my mind began to question that if Lee was real then were where the other new gijinkas we met? Where was Gale and Cheruu? Where was everyone…
