Ok, I had just escaped this attack form these massive machine-thingies when a loud voice startled me.
"-ahem Attention Attention, lovely gijinkas in the house. It is I, Leader-san. If you don't recognize this voice... THEN YOU BETTER COME YOUR ASS TO THE MAIN ROOM IMMEDITIALLY! WHO THE HELL YOU THINK Y'ALL ARE, COMING UP IN THIS HOUSE AND NOT INTRODUCING Y'ALL HALF POKEMON ASS TO MUAH?! GET CHO SORRY ASS DOWN HERE! DON'T KNOW WHERE IT IS? I'M SURE YOU FOUND SOMEONE WHO KNOWS! DIDN'T?! AIN'T MY FXCKING PROBLEM!! ALL OF YOU BETTER COME DOWN OR ELSE I WILL FIND YOU... AND WHEN I DO, OH-HOOO I'LL GIVE YOU SOMETHING TO BE SICK ABOUT!!!! And other gijinkas that are not new, come too. Thanks for listening~!" The voice called out. I looked around frantically.
“WHAT THE HELL?!?!” I yelled surprised. Then, I thought about the message. Seemed like wherever it was, there was shelter there. And, if I was lucky enough, they would welcome me. But apparently, I had to hurry and get my ‘ass’ there. So, I started to walk in the direction of the loud female voice. Doing so, I found a large clearing. In the middle was a large mansion.
“Oh my gosh, this place is huge!!” I heard a voice from above me. I looked up and saw a gijinka on a branch. She then noticed me too, and smiled.
“Hi! You came here because of the loud voice too, right?” She asked, jumping down in front of me.
“Y-yeah..” Was my only reply. The short girl had short black hair, a blue t-shirt, and jeans. She also had these odd whit lumps on the sides of her hands. She stuck one hand out toward me.
“My name is Rin, and I’m a Riolu gijinka! How ‘bout you?” She asked me. I smiled and calmly shook her hand.
But I was seriously freaking out on the inside.
What was my name? Did I even have one?! How the hell could I forget my own name?!?!
Well, turns out if I’m stuck in a freaking cage for most of my life, I’m goanna suffer memory loss.
So I just used the first name that came to mind.
“I’m Star. A, uh, Staraptor gijinka.” I said, hoping I didn’t sound as stupid as I felt.
Then, I looked back at the mansion.
“So now, Rin, do you want to check out what all the fuss is about?” I asked her.
“Sure!” she agreed. We walked to the huge house. I could hear a lot of voices coming from inside. I opened the door, and walked in like nobodies business.
“W-wait, shouldn’t we knock first?” Rin asked me. I smirked at her.
“Sorry, left all of my manners at home.” I walked back to the still open door, knocked, and waited five seconds. Assuming nobody was coming, I walked right back in. I figured, there was so much noise already, nobody would hear us if we knocked or whatever.
I saw Rin hesitate before following me, but I still walked briskly to the area the gijinkas were crowded around, leaving her behind. I then tried to be as unnoticeable as possible. I wasn’t in the mood for talking, especially because my social skills suck. I stood in the shadows, but made sure I wasn’t, like, totally invisible. I don’t want to be an uninvited guest.
Oh, wait. I guess I already was…
Soon, the meeting began.
“HEY PEOPLE!” I looked in the direction of the voice. A tough looking girl stood there with a microphone in her hand. And, wait a minute, is the sclera of her eye black??
Cool.
After the momentary silence, she cleared her throat.
“Hello people.” She tried, calmer this time. She frowned in irritation at the disrespect they were giving her.
“I SAID HELLO PEOPLE!” She glared. Startling about everyone, we all replied.
“That’s more like it. So uh, hey! The name's Lupe. If you are smart then you can tell that I'm a Lopunny Gijinka.” She stated, clearly showing that she was the boss. She continued,
"So.... I know what you're thinking. It's either 'What is this meeting about', 'Where am I?' ooooor 'Who the hell is this crazy lady'. Welcome to Gijinka HQ! A hideout for Our Kind, ya know? Just in case the bad Bounty Hunters comes around again. It's not very secret though.... but it's close to what you call 'home'. I see that most of you found your merry way here and... Well... I just wanted to see all of your lovely faces so I called you all into this room to meet EVERY SINGLE one of our new guests. Besides, don't you think it's kind of rude to not introduce yourself to ME first? After all, I am the leader; the one who assigns your rooms, the one who gives you the permission to stay here, the one who loves cinnamon buns. For the gijinka that I know and love and we had this little chat already, please be patient and be respectful of these newcomers. Now, all newcomers, aka the people that don't know me or other gijinka in here, step forward and introduce yourself correctly. And that's an order." She said. Each sentence repeated in my mind. Bounty hunters? What was that? Then I understood. Those machines in the forest that tried to rip me to shreds. Just because I tried to rest in a stupid tree!! Well, that’s what I thought at the time….
Then, I knew I was right about my assumption of her being leader. And I just had to get her permission to stay here. But all of a sudden, I felt like a criminal for just walking in here. I looked for Rin in the crowd and saw her also hiding in the shadows. I felt bad for walking ahead of her. So I snuck up to her.
“Sorry for abandoning you like that.” I whispered. I barely startled her, and she turned and grinned.
“No need to apologize.” she whispered back. Then she turned her attention back on Lupe-sama. Lupe scanned the crowd, and viewed all of the new people’s faces. I tried not to, but I had a feeling I was looking totally nervous. Damn, I didn’t want to go up. I barely know enough about myself! And like I mentioned before, I totally SUCK at social skills. But I guess I’ll just have to use my top rate acting skills….
Lupe, noticing we weren’t going to go up and talk, gave us a thumbs up sign.
“C'mon peeps. We won't harm ya! Introduce yourselves and this would be all over!” She winked.
I sighed. She said to get up there, so might as well get my ass up there. Seeing others get up, and start to line up, I soon ended up being only the second to introduce my self.
Then, the boy in front of my opened his mouth to speak, stopped and had a face that knew of danger, and a sudden chill of anger filled the air. I soon saw two luxray gijinkas glaring at each other from two different sides of the room. And two female gijinkas trying to stop one from what seemed to me about to go berserk with anger. Then, the boy in front of me muttered, “blizzard” and the luxray's arm became incrusted with ice. It was broken easily, and the anger was now brought to the gijinka responsible for his momentarily frozen arm.
“Lux, I’m not aware of what is happening between you two; however I’m aware those girls were willing to stop you it doesn’t matter the consequences for them” was all he said.
Ooh, so this luxray gijinka was named Lux. Well, what about the other? And this glaceon gijinka in front of me? And everybody else in this damn room?!
“He is right, besides do you think this is the right form to welcome your brother?” The other luxray commeted. Wait, they’re brothers?! Well, they do look similar…. But what about their ‘mortal enemy’ vibes coming from them?
“You don’t have to look at me with those eyes Hoom; I know Lux is precious to you and I’m really sorry if the comment offended anyone but don’t you think that you are being exaggerated by standing in front of Lux like that? Besides I don’t know why he acted like that” he said. I noticed the houndoom gijinka glaring at him. Ok! Now I know another name.
“Well Then let’s continue with the introductions!!!!” Lupe interrupted the drama. I noticed everyone was trying to calm down. I let out a breath I didn’t even know I was holding, and I felt a little less tense. I still wasn’t about to let my guard down though and relax fully.
Then, the glaceon gijinka finished what he was saying. His name was apparently Gil.
I really wonder how I’m supposed to remember all this…
Then, I noticed a gijinka hiding under a table near by. By the looks of it, he was late, and didn’t want Lupe to find out and rip him apart. Too bad for him, he got caught.
“HIRO!” Lupe yelled. He hit his head on the table. I tried not to laugh, at this ‘not laughable’ situation. And besides, it would be rude to the poor guy.
“YOU’RE LATE!” She yelled at him. She seemed to get really mad at the late people…
The boy, who apparently was Hiro, tried to run away, but Lupe caught him by the hood. He struggled, but she dragged him to the table, and forced him to take the microphone.
"Uhhh...Hi my name is Hiro and I hope you all take care of me!” Was all he said, and left quickly. Then, it was my turn.
“H-hi..” I stuttered more nervously than I expected. I then bowed very deeply. “It’s good to meet you all, my name is Star, and I hope I will be accepted here..” I said. Crap! I just said ‘accepted here’ didn’t I?! I stood up straight. “I’m sorry, I meant to say I hope you can all take care of me!! I think…” I said, trying to look as calm as possible. “W-well, just ask me if you’d like to know more!” I said quickly, then hurried to get the hell out from the spotlight. Instead, I did the opposite, and tripped which brought more attention toward me.
“Eh…” was all I muttered. But in my head was this:
CRAP!!! Oh m’god, oh m’god, OH MY FREAKIN GOD!!! Uwaa, what should I do, what to do, what to do…..
“Here, need help getting up?” a kind voice asked me, putting a hand in front of my face.
