-Hoom
Some minutes later the meeting ended in a unique way; at first my first plan was to show Gil his room and then rest some time or just spend it along with Lux; however there was a slight change when Lupe announced we were going to have a dinner…Definitely that sounded strange but it had some sense if you analyzed all the new members that were in the mansion; maybe it was a way to get to know everyone better or something.
I didn’t notice Gil was standing behind me until some minutes passed, then I turned a little bit surprised.
“Guess what” I said smiling
“What…” He definitely was arriving to the point of “If you don’t say the thing I want to hear I’m going to kill you”
“I’m going to show you your room!” That phrase sure made him happy so I told him to follow me.
As we exited the room my eyes saw a thoughtful Lux
“Lux? What do you plan on doing while we wait for supper?” The worrying mode was still within me and it was something you couldn’t help
“Why don’t you show Gil his room or something. I am a bit dirty and need to take a shower to clean up.” He finally said with a normal tone, meaning with that I had to do something and stop my worrying feeling or at least decrease its level.
“Are you sure?” There is was again, still I managed to smile
“Yeah its cool. I’ll see you around, and Gil. Hands off buddy.” A little smile was drawn on my face when I heard him saying that; we continued walking.
“So how do you know where my room is?” Gil suddenly asked
“Well I really don’t know” For a moment a tense atmosphere began to emerge
“When everyone arrived it just seemed that Mear had thought about a room for everyone; a room designed especially for every gijinka. So, I think if we look for the rooms that are empty there would be one just for you” With that the tense feeling suddenly disappeared.
We didn’t take a lot of time at finding the room; when the door was opened a cold breeze embraced us.
“I guess we arrived” When I was about to leave Gil talked.
“Thank you! You know? I was preparing myself o search for your room tonight if you didn’t show me my room :D ” my face had a strange expression “What? You are responsible for my safety right?” At that time I couldn’t help myself but to laugh
“Yeah sure Gil…I have to go, see ya at the dinner…If you need anything just let me know…” I turned and slowly walked to my room not thinking in anything in particular, just the fact of the suspicious dinner that brought me a strange feeling; when I entered to my room I didn’t notice hon until he was in front of me; he surprised me…
"What are you doing in my shower?" Was the first thing that came to my mind.
"You were in my shower the other night if i remember correctly" He was totally right, guess its my fault for taking baths in Hon’s room;s till there wasn’t any problem if it was him so I threw a towel at his face as a normal thing to do but when I was about to enter the bathroom the urge to not let him go reached me and so I nearly tackled him; for a strange reason I just didn’t want to let him go. Next thing I know is that I’m flying, landing on my bed.
"Well aren’t you playful tonight" That was it, for strange as it was, that comment was my weakness.
"I just love you Hon!" I would never grow tired of telling him that.
"I love ya to big sis!" We hugged for some seconds and then I returned to what I was about to do.
"See ya at dinner sis!" Was the last thing I heard him saying before taking a relaxed bath; after it I jumped on the bed and stared at the roof for a while since it was too early to go downstairs.
Should I ask Estelle to make the kimono for me? Hmmm maybe not, but still I’m sure it would look unique…yeah I would ask her if she doesn’t have a lot of work….
Then another random thought arrived.
Nii-sama right? Yes I called Lee-san Nii-sama…Sounds nice, after all I’m the older one…do I have more sisters or brothers? Maybe…who knows what happened to everyone after that incident; and why do I even ask myself this?
I quickly stood up from the bed, brushed my hair and then exited the room figuring out that it would be better to see if there was anything I could help with; at the end there was nothing but still I managed to be distracted and sat down where my name was. What was strange was an empty chair between Hon and I, there wasn’t any name on it but probably it could be for a new member. We both looked at each other with confusion but at the end desisted and just acted normally.
Some minutes later people began to arrive; I could see the new members who had presented themselves and also new faces; it seems we also had a Flareon, Lunatone and a Solrock. Then Lux arrived; there was a happy feeling for a tiny detail: he was sitting next to me.
I couldn’t helped but to wave at him and then noticed the scarf he was wearing…more strange things were happening.
“I have never seen you wear a scarf before Lux.” The words came out of my mouth.
“Please don’t say I look gay Hoom!” That reaction definitely was adorable…
“Oh no no no! It’s just different is all, I really do like it.” I said in a quickly way before I wasn’t able to talk or something similar; then I kissed him on the cheek.
“Really, you think so?”
“Yup!” If you don’t stop with those comment I won’t respond for the behavior….
Then, it was too late to do something about it; it hit me pretty fast; that familiar scent that was lost for many years was now very close to our location; my ears stopped listening to Lupe, it was as if I was in another dimension in which everything happened slowly.
It looked as if I was returning and seeing the same nightmare from before, my father was actually there…Questions began to flow. ¿Are you alone?¿Where is the rest of the family? And the most important ¿How the hell did you find this place???!!! My body began to tremble, I wasn’t sure if it was for the fear or the anger, maybe both were mixed.
“Good evening everyone. It’s a pleasure to meet all of you. I am Hoom and Hon’s father. Lupe has told me many good things about you and my children. I do hope I am not intruding.” What was that fake speech? What I was wondering were his true intentions….
“Hoom?” Lux voice returned my scents, and then my eyes saw how my hand was holding his in a strong way, he continued “Are you all right? You are trembling…” He looked confused and so I tried to calm myself letting a really deep sigh come out of me.
“Can I hold your hand for a little longer? This visit was…unexpected….” He only nodded and at the same time I heard his voice again; apparently someone told him he wasn’t intruding and that he was welcomed in the mansion.
“My name is Hogan, It’s a pleasure to meet you all” my eyes turned to everyone, they seemed kind of surprised but didn’t find any problem at all and continued to do what they were doing…couldn’t they tell because of Hon’s and my expression what was really happening? Guess no…
Next thing I know is that he is sitting between us and about to embrace us; the phrases came out automatically; both of us trying not to capture many attention.
“Don’t touch her!”
“Don’t touch him!” Hon and I said at the same time; something that made him stop and look at us with the cold eyes he used to.
“I can see that I’m not welcomed…” he said in low voice “…But I’m pretty sure you don’t want to ruin this dinner right? So why don’t we try to bear with it for a little longer?” We both kept quiet; he was right…
“Where is everyone?” I suddenly asked, still maintaining the low tone of voice.
“What, are you going to tell me that you want to meet the younger ones?”he stopped looked at us and then continued “They will be here soon so don’t worry…”a smirk on his face and the only words on my mind were What a relief…Yeah sure!
“Then tell me Hoom, is that you boyfriend?” He noticed I was still holding Lux’s hand; my face turned to him who seemed kind of nervous but I didn’t say anything.
“You are easy to read…”he laughed and then turned to do a similar comment to Hon. Well at least if he didn’t screw with anyone in there then it was fine; if he dared to say something about the mansion or the members, about my friends or something then he was dead.
“He is going to kill me right?” Lux comment got my attention right away
“What?” I asked with confusion.
“Oh come on Hoom is pretty obvious, I wasn’t expecting to meet your father…He is probably thinking I’m the one who stole his girl or something like that” I began to laugh, something that made Lux even more confused.
“HA! It’s true I’m the older girl but believe me, he really doesn’t care….”
At that time the food began to appear.
“Well everything is going to be fine if he doesn’t make any comment..” I thought to myself.
