Definitely it wasn’t fine, not in any aspect but at least he kept quiet as we ate, still there was something telling me that was going to end soon.
“So, since you are not doing anything productive here, you are aware you have a lot of work waiting for you at home right dear daughter?” The piece of meat I was chewing almost exits my mouth in a quick way, I was lucky enough to be able to control the feeling and just turn my eyes to him.
“Excuse me?” I said “Are you still trying to do that so badly? Then that means neither Sniper, Trigger or Ben was worthy ” It sounded harsh with the triplets but if he insisted with that then I was right.

Some seconds of silence between us; I noticed familiar faces, such as Badrak, Shupple, Hiro, Gil, Xio and the rest of the members.
“I’m not sure if I’m going to be able to wait for little Don to grow up, he is a good candidate…” Don? The last member of the family that I remember was little Terra…could it be that he was one of the younger ones Hon and I didn’t know?
“How old is Don?” Asked Hon knowing that something in the previous phrase was odd.
“Oh my, so you are really interested aren’t you? He and Rea are 8 years old” Wait, 8 years old and he is already a good candidate? Something is out of place. “By the way, did I mention that he is already a Houndoom?”
That was it, he made him evolve at that age????!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What was wrong with him???!!!!!! Rage began to gather in my fist.
Hon’s fork blend and the fist I had built sounded on the table making Lupe interrupt what she was saying about a thief; she looked at us demanding and explanation. I coughed.
“Emm, Lupe can we excuse us for just a moment? We need to talk in private with our father, right Hon?” He was already standing up digging his claws on Hogan’s shoulder.
“Yes, we just need to discuss a little matter” he said. On the other hand Lupe looked confused for a second but then nodded and continued arguing about the thief.
We walked outside the dinner room and he begins to talk as if nothing happened.
“Don’t you think that was rude? It definitely wasn’t educated; I thought I had taught you that.”
“How could you…” Hon began.
“How could I what?”
“Make him evolve at that age!” I finally said.
“It was your fault.” A cold chill passed all through me and I was paralyzed for several minutes as he continued “If you had stayed by the side of the pack then I wouldn’t have to take some extreme measures…” He smirked, he…he didn’t care at all…I brought my strength together and continued walking until we arrived to an empty room.
“so…What is your real motive of being here?” Hon asked noticing I still was trying to get over the phrase from before.
“That, you already know dear son; however if I’m honest with you, I’m in a hurry because it was a request from the place we live now.”
Information and memories began to take a form; the pack was captured by bounty hunters right? Then that meant that they now worked for…?...No way…
“Bounty hunters. You work for them right?” the words were out by its own; Hon was kind of surprised but then understood.
“Does this means you will ambush us or something like that?” Hon said while I looked at Hogan in the eyes.
“That depends…”An evil grin came to his face
“On What?”
“If you are willing to come by your own or if I have to bring you by force; if its for force, I’ll be sure to turn this peaceful place into something chaotic…you know how much I love that situation right?”
In another time my answer would be I don’t care; but know I did care about everyone in the mansion…if it were just the pack then it wouldn’t be a big problem, but now seeing they were working along with bounty hunters made the decision difficult.
I don’t want to put the members in danger again…we just survive to an attack of bounty hunters with the festival..no definitely I don’t want that…but I too don’t want to give up to him this easily, isn’t there anything we can do?
My face turned to Hon, he looked at me with the same expression I had…we didn’t have a choice didn’t we? When we were about to answer someone entered the room.
“Hey Old man you don’t have the right to force them to do something they don’t want to!” Damn It a familiar voice…What are you doing here Lux???“I just happened to be passing by…”
“Hmm you again…well at least you seem strong; shall we prove that?” He headed towards Lux and I panicked. My father was strong; Lux was strong but in his state he had a slightly disadvantage; My eyes saw how he stopped the first attack, Hogan was going for the second one but at that time someone else joined the battle: Hon. Why were all the males like this??? Or why was I just still sitting there doing nothing?
“HON! Don’t overdo it!!!” I yelled; he still had to train to be able to control the attacks the way it should be.
“Heh…does this means what I’m thinking?”
Damn it! You just made a stupid mistake Hoom!
Now he headed towards Hon
“Not happening…CRUNCH!” the attack was directed to a specific point: His left shoulder. A smile of satisfaction was on my face as my eyes saw him flinch by the attack
“You little b-….” If I wasn’t wrong he would chase me outside the mansion and he did; however I made another mistake.
As soon as I was outside the word ambush that Hon mentioned took a lot of meaning.
“There you are Hoom!” two female voices said at the same time not giving me enough time to escape. If the twins were there then it meant that…the family was there…
“It’s been long time sis!!” the triplets too? My eyes turned to see they too evolved…GREAT! They were going to attack while I was dealing with the twins…that had been the strategy of all the times: no matter if your family is at risk if it means to catch the prey.
When the 3 flamethrowers were about to reach me my ears heard it clearly.
“Hyperbeam!” There was an explosion but the dining room was on the other side so maybe they didn’t notice? My eyes turned to Lux saying Thank you
“Sis! I’ll take care of the twins so go after him!! Lux can you handle the triplets?!” Hon suddenly yelled; we did as commanded and so I ran looking for him, at the middle of the field something made me stop.
“Big sis?” My eyes saw a little kid that later I recognized was Don for the horns.
“Daddy! She is here!” now a little girl’s yelled, that would be Rae and then his scent grew stronger; before he appeared there was another explosion and there was some chattered ice flying; my mind noticed someone joined the fight.
“Hyper beam” ”Shadow ball” “fire blast”
What? Where my mother, my father and Terra aware that Don was still there? Not moving? Then it hit me, that was their plan and it was going to work since at the moment the attacks were thrown I automatically embraced Don and took the attack.
While we flew, my body hit glass that broke up because of the attack, we landed on a table?...Don’t tell me that…My eyes opened to face a bright dining room with a lot of dust; my ears began to hear Lupe screaming as I coughed.
“Don, are you all right?” The little boy I had in front was about to cry, totally scared. “It’s ok nothing bad will happen to you” My hands grabbed his face “besides here is one of my friends that is no going to let anything bad happen to you right?” I couldn’t see who was is but I handed Don to the nearest gijinka I felt.
Then I stood up a little dizzy with the intention of getting outside again noticing my back hurted a lot.
