Shupple
God dammit... I can't believe I let this happen to me... That man, Hogan... He was strong but I didn't think it could actually go this far as to internal bleeding... Crap.
I stood against the wall as Melody came in and helped right after I did, and hurried out of the room with Hoom in her hands and Hon following her. I winced at the slight pain in my stomach as I heard hurried footsteps coming down the hall, so I moved slowly over to the door and looked out but couldn't see really anything because of my vision going in and out. Shit…
Not even paying attention, somebody opened the door and I jumped, somewhat afraid that it was a hunter, but it turned out to be Lux instead. I relaxed after a second.
“Umm, where is Hoom?” Lux asked as he walked towards me.
“You just missed her. Hon didn’t even notice me healing her and quickly carried her away with Melody. Figures he didn’t see me since I am a ghost type.” I pointed towards the other door down the hall and then saw what Lux looked like. He had blood strewn all over his clothes and had multiple cuts on him. Some fight it must’ve been…
That’s when I noticed that neither Lux and me had talked before, even if I did know a lot about him.
“Your name is Shupple right?” Lux asked me with some unsure in his voice and that made me frown. We’ve seen each other enough to actually say hi once in a while.
“Ah…yeah, it is Lux. I know about you and have seen you a lot,” I said as I crossed my arms and stared at him coldly. I was somewhat upset with him not knowing my name by now.
“Sorry, it’s just that we’ve never actually spoken before. I mean I have seen you around as well ha ha ha…” I continued to stare at him coldly and he knew he was digging his own grave as he kept talking. He scratched his head as he spoke. “I mean, it’s not that I didn’t want to talk to you but you were with Mear a lot so I didn’t want to bother you.” Being reminded of Mear made me smile a little, even if I didn’t know where he was at all. My best guess was that he was assessing the damage on the house so that he knew what to fix.
Just as I smiled, it triggered something in me and shot up another wave of pain, which made me fall over a little bit. Lux caught me as I held my own body and I didn’t look up. This was kind of awkward in any situation… and I didn’t really know Lux that much so it felt kind of awkward and weird.
“Are you okay?” Lux asked me. “What happened?” I had to lie. I didn’t really want people finding out.
“I was healing Hoom because we are both dark types so I thought I would help her,” I said after a minute and stood up and pushed Lux a little bit away. “I am just a bit light headed, is all. Nothing more,” I told him, not wanting to prod into the subject of my injury.
“You’re lying.” Lux pushed up on his knee and stood. “I have pretty good eyes and I can see that you have been internally damaged. Do you care to explain?” That was really not the smart thing to say around me.
“What that you say? You have good eyes that and see threw me? So anything else you would like to say, you pervert,” I blurted out. He deserved to hear that, even under the circumstances. Lux stumbled a bit.
“No, that isn’t what I meant at all. You were attacked by something, just tell me what.” Tell it bit by bit and that was all I needed to do. I just mainly wanted to be left alone at the moment and wait for Zaishi.
“It was Hogan, he used my own attack on me which did more damage than expected.” I held my chest as a small wave of pain came up it and stung like hell. I still wasn’t telling him the whole story, because I didn’t really have a need to. I was shivering a small bit because my muscles were screaming in pain, so I leaned against a wall behind me and held myself as I tried to compose my body so that I wouldn’t show that I was in pain. I didn’t like to look weak, even if I was at the moment.
Lux walked over to me and leaned himself against the wall with both of his hands next to my shoulders.
“Do you trust me?” Lux asked softly with gentle eyes and I could see he was trying to make up for what he said before, but I was still unsure about even trusting him. I was somewhat surprised he even said it.
“What? What do you mean?” I asked.
“You said you were a dark type right? Well I can heal you as well with a dark move. I can also say that electricity used in a small amount can help heal some of your neurons and your connective tissue inside your body. I can do that if you let me, but I will need you to trust me on this. It will be a little painful at first but I promise in the end, I can heal everything to a degree that will help you not feel pain.”
Everything he said sounded true, but how we Lux even do that? That was mainly my question. I looked at him, deciding to trust him or not or mainly what to do. If I let Zaishi get to me, for sure I would be already dead so maybe this would the best thing? I was still really confused, but maybe I should trust Lux anyways… He was trying to be nice at least.
“I…I trust you…” I told him quietly and Lux looked at me.
“Alright, but I ask you, don’t tell anyone about this…not even Mear.” I could handle that I guess… Not telling Mear, anyways or anybody else. This was kind of embarrassing in itself. I nodded in agreement.
Lux leaned in closer, which was a little weird, and then he embraced me, which confused me and then he did something I wasn’t expecting at all. He dug his fangs into my neck and began to bite straight into my skin. I quickly screamed as it burned like Hell’s fires, and tried hitting Lux on the shoulders to make him stop, but I was already weak as Lux bit deeper into my neck and started to send small shocks of electricity into my body. I really didn’t like this…
“GAH! Let me go! Please.” I struggled as I fought to get out. “I DON’T LIKE THIS! STOP!” I knew he wouldn’t as I continued to struggle but slowly, I just grew weaker as he held me tighter and sucked on my skin.
He held at bay as I stopped struggling because I realized it was no use as I felt my internal organs and the connective tissue being reconstructed in my body and made my muscles grow weaker and my vision go even blurrier as Lux used some more electricity on me and I let him. It was the only way… right?
Once I felt my muscle and mind give out on me, I knew I was going to completely pass out. My head hit his shoulder as I was unable to control the amount of blood loss I had just lost and the blood that dripping down my neck and all over my body. I knew I had to repay Lux back somehow, but that wasn’t the thing to say at the moment.
“Thank you,” I whispered for I closed my eyes and blacked out, with Mear and Lux both on my mind.

My neck stung as I woke up slowly with my head spinning and my head hurting like hell as I tried to sit up but couldn’t. I jumped when I felt a hand on my back, helping me sit up but I still couldn’t fix my eyes on the person or my surroundings.
Just as my eyes were fixing, I noticed I was in my room and the blankets were over me. That’s weird… How did I get in my room? I was just with… Oh. I guess Lux brought me back to my room. I had to thank him for healing me… but how? That was the thing stuck in my mind as I looked at the person who was sitting beside my bed. It was Mear.
I looked him over and saw only a few scratches on his shoulders or legs, along with a bandage on his face and his sketchbook lying on his lap and no hat on his head but in his hands.
“You’re awake,” Mear said with a small sigh and I gave a small smile as I felt my neck give a little pain from moving it. I moved my hand up my neck and felt four little holes and remembered I couldn’t tell Mear. It was a bit too personal…
“You okay?” Mear asked and I nodded and saw all the dried blood on me. That’s just… great.
“What about you?” I asked and Mear looked at the room and then at the window, which was slightly open and drafting in some cool wind. Mear didn’t answer and just continued to look out the window. I knew he was worried about the house and his artist’s block.
“You worried?” I asked and he just nodded solemnly and still didn’t look at me. I slowly moved my right hand and put it over his with a slight blush on my cheeks.
“Don’t worry. We’ll fix the house, okay?” I reassured Mear and he just nodded with a slight blush on his cheeks as he looked at me.
“Y-Yeah…” I smiled and looked at the bandage on his cheek and noticed something different about it. I could see a mark barely underneath. I lifted my hand and slowly took off the bandage and he winced as I flinched. It was a punch mark, and I could recognize it anywhere. It was Gray’s.
Small tears, not just from the pain in my neck but from also seeing the mark, strung down my face and almost immediately, Mear wiped off the first tear that came down my cheek.
“Why did you let him hit you?” I asked as I wiped away the tears and put my hand over his mark.
“Sorry…” Mear whispered to me and I shook my head.
“But you’re the one that’s hurt,” I said and he shook his head this time.
“But you’re the one that’s crying,” and I shook my head and put the bandage back over his cheek.
“I’m going to punch the living crap out of him,” I said and Mear chuckled a little and stood up.
“I need to go and check on what I need to fix. Is that okay?” Mear asked me and I just nodded as I took my hand back and Mear gave me a small smile and left the room.
Knowing I needed to get this blood off of me, I slowly stood up with clutching my nightstand for support after I stumbled a little and headed over to my bathroom, took a quick shower with wiping the blood carefully off of me and my neck, and finished up.
I got out, got dressed into a black tank top and shorts and my usual black boots and went over to my desk and grabbed a bandage out of one of the drawers, set it carefully on my neck so that nobody would see the four bite marks and if it bled again, and wrote a quick note to Lux, and left my room. I noticed it was dark but I could see mostly everybody was still up, but just in their rooms or in another’s. That’s when I also noticed Lux had fallen asleep outside of Hoom’s door and I snuck over quietly as I blended in with the darkness, placed the envelope on his head and then went to the main room and started mediating so that I could get this stupid headache away and just to relax… hopefully.

Hope that was okay~ ^-^ I haven't done Mear in a while, so I hope I got him right, and I hope it's okay that I went to nighttime and after the fight. ^-^;;; Basically, the note is thanking Lux and inviting him to have the relaxation thing Shupple is doing, even if she is still a little pissed. XD ^-^
