I couldn't BELIEVE the hunters followed me so far... Seriously, I may not be fast, but I have endurance. However, I would have to stop them here.
A small lake appeared ahead, and I smiled my pointy tooth grin. Jumping up in the air, I dived in, and waited for the first stupid guy to jump in with me. Sure enough, not even a minute later, I hear the first splash. Swimming at my top speed, I was on top of him in less than half a second, biting his ankle and dragging him down into the deep.
There was splashing as others tried to get out, but I managed to get one more. That would teach them a little lesson. Getting out, I wrung my hair dry, and felt my clothes dry with my skin. The cool water actually felt good on the hot day.
"Now, where to go..." I muttered walking in a random direction. Looking up, I thought I saw a house in the distance. Blinking a few times and wondering if I'd gotten too much water in my eyes, I walked toward it. Soon enough, I was standing in front of a mansion. A mansion in the middle of nowhere. Well, I figured since it was day, it wasn't going to be one of those horror movie scenes, and if anything did jump out I could use Skull Smash.
Finding the door open, I walked in and looked around. "Uh, anyone here?" I called. There was no responce. Sighing, I walked down the hall and found a small kitchen. There was something splattered on the wall... it looked like sushi. Man, what a waste!
Well, at least the smashed sushi was recent, so someone or some people had to be here. I was probably just in the wrong part of the house. Walking of to inspect the smashed sushi, a voice made me jump, and I tucked my head in incase I needed to preform a Skull Smash.
"Um, who are you?"
