I got a few things to say..
Reason for absence: Laziness, Difficulties w| life, Trip to New York, Random Headaches, & Personal Issues "Within" Me.
But we are not here to talk about me... Let's Talk PGR.
Alright, so as you heard from Secretary-san, there will be a few changes such as the posting issue and I'm glad Shayde-kun brought the attention to the "Time and Date" of PGR. I was getting confused with the story line as well.. I mean It's been a month and we are still on the same day? FOOLISHNESS! So, Shayde-kun, If you can explain more to me about this "Time & Date" thing to me, we can get that covered and up and running!
Next thing, The rules... There would be a few changes. Like Secretary-san said... the 1 OC thing will change. But I was thinking about the "Explicit" rule too. She told me about how the creators of Bella & Jolt have been kicked out because of a new rule that theO set up..? The "13 and older" rule..? So, can we be mature about sex scenes and/or Yaoi/Yuri? Or would it be too uncomfortable for you all? Lemme know.

So this is what Ima do... we need a BANNER and a WALLPAPER & Naomi-chan and I would give SPECIAL PRIVILEGES to ANYBODY who can make PGR a new banner. (:
I'm not sure about those SPECIAL PRIVILEGES yet... but I was thinking about a FREE item from the PGR store..? Maybe An automatic rank of PLATINUM regardless of your berry points? 3 requests?? New Co-Poster??? Ehh.. still thinking..

Andddddd.... Guys, I promise you, I got SOOOOO many things planned out for PGR but I do not know how to start. I know I've complained a million and one times before but right now, I'm telling you I'm STRUGGLING... struggling really bad. Puberty kills me. Procrastination already murdered the girl who was very dedicated. I'm on the edge of help and I don't wana fall off. So... as your leader.. as your friend... please pray for me... help me if you can. ):
