The Lopunny from before entered the kitchen with a little Meowth boy as I was finishing my ramen. Well, it wasn't something I normally ate, but at least it was shrimp flavored...
"Hey, Lupe! Look, I tidied up the kitchen!" Tanner said happily. She had looked pretty POed when she walked it, but it seemed that the cleaned kitchen calmed her down.
"Well then, after you finish eating, all four of us are going to clean the mansion. No objections." Wow, demanding much? I set down my cup, having finished it off, even drinking the juice.
"ano... Lupe-sama, I'm really hungry, so can I eat too? Then I'll join you in your work, nya." the Meowth boy said. Oh, gawd... he already sounded annoying. Cat pokemon were not my thing, and if he was going to go around ending his sentences in nya, I was going to go insane... Well, he pulled out some multicolored pastries and quickly ate them, then we were ready. Wait, I was new! Why the hell was I stuck cleaning this place?! Hm, there went my good mood... straight out the window...
"Ready when you are, Nya! Let's get cleaning!" If I had to listen to this little kid anymore with his "nya"s, I was seriously going to go crazy...
"Right!" the Lopunny said. I'm sure someone had already said her name. I just looked at Tanner questioningly.
"Who's the Lopunny?" I asked him.
"Leader of this place. Don't piss her off," he told me. They let... a bunny be in charge? Wow, if I had a say, I'd vote for something a little more intimidating... Like a Rhyperior or Electrovire or something... Nodding, I just had to accept the rules if I wanted to stay here...
"Okay, so what're we're going to do first is fill the holes of this place so that we don't get any more rain or any more damage to this house, since nobody can find Mear! Nyarth!" Wait, Nyarth was the Meowth? Oh, jeez... even his name has "nya" in it! GAH!!!!
"Yes, Lupe-sama?" he asked sweetly. I tried not to barf.
"You go get the mops! You, sharkgirl!" THAT'S IT! THE FIRST CHANCE I GET, SHE DIES!!!!! No... no... Shola... you're a big girl... calm down...
"What?" I hissed out the word.
"You follow him and help clean up the dining hall, which is practically destroyed!" She ordered. She. Did. NOT. Just stick me. With the cat. NOW I'M HER [creative string of words] BABYSITTER?!
Steaming, I followed Nyarth to (hopefully) a supply closet. "I'm Nyarth, hajimemashite-nya! Your name is...?" he asked.
"Shola, Sharpedo," I replied. He was silent then. Thank the lord...
We were headed to clean up after gathering our supplies. "You kinda get used to her after a while," Nyarth spoke up suddenly. Her? Oh, Lupe? "She is the person who runs this whole place-nya.... I'm sure she has a whole lot of stress on her. I don't think she intends to be so harsh-nya." Ugh... again with the "nya"s. WHY ME?!
We entered into a... dining room?! This place looked like an asylum came and left! Sighing, I figured I'd get started... Tanner and a Lumineon were there with Lupe and were patching up the wall. Tanner and Lupe started arguing almost right off the bat on the reconstruction of the walls, while the Lumineon seemed like the eye of the storm in this huricane of a room...
"Good! Y'all are back! Git to work. Shola, sweep. Nyarth, mop. Yeah, I mean under the chairs too. Don't do a half-assed job. You gotta live here too." My eye twitched as I grabbed a broom and started furiously sweeping muttering under my breath how stupid this all was. Nyarth followed right on my heel, mopping right behind me. I did my best not to jump around and smack him when the mop brushed my heel. Calm down, Shola... keep your cool... Go to your happy place!
After a while, an Espeon girl came in. Oh, gawd... tell me this cat didn't go around saying "nya" too! (-_-U) Ignoring the other group as best as possible, I finished my task quickly.
About a half hour after we started, the kitchen was finished... except for a hole in the wall. Seriously, what did they do around here?!
Apparently there had been a window there. Outside, the storm from earlier was slowly clearing up. I did my best not to jump when the thunder rumbled in the distance. I couldn't let a group of such new people see me scared... So I kept my stern face and just watched, holding a board or helping where requested. The Espeon put the glass back together using one of her psychic moves. Finally, it was done.
Nyarth seemed to be about to curl up and take a nap, and same with the Espeon, when Lupe caught sight of them. "Nah-uh!! You bitches are gonna clean until the moon comes out! This needs to be done and it WILL get done! It's time I took charge of things around here." Um, maybe a little ironic since they were cats... I contained my laughter at this thought. Just then, there was the sound of a doorbell. Huh, there was one of those? I didn't see one before... Lupe's ears perked up. "MY MAID! FINALLY!" she exclaimed, hopping off. I sweat dropped. If she was expecting a maid, why did we have to do all that work?
Tanner approached me, looking like he was about to apologize or something, but I spoke up before he could. "My good mood is down the toilet, thanks to the Lopunny. I think I'll figure stuff out on my own from here." I knew it sounded rude, but I didn't care. My man-hater, independent side was coming out, as it usually did when I wasn't in a good mood (which was most of the time. Today was a rare occasion...). I quickly left for my room before Lupe could get back.
On my way, I caught the smell of chlorine. A pool? However, the overpowering smell of blood also came from the area. I think I'll wait until that's cleaned up before I'm caught taking relaxing swim... Walking on, I found my room. Splashing my face with water and taking another long drink, my muscles began to relax. That was the draw back of being a fish-like pokemon. My need for water was so constant... And especially after that... Well, I didn't want to think about back then, so I flopped down on the radom couch in my room, staring at the ceiling. Thunder rumbled in the distance, and I shivered. I knew the fear was childish, but... it wasn't something I could easily just talk myself out of. It could be worse...

Yeah, she's a bit off an ass... and a loner. Once her good mood drops, she's reveals her true colors. Well~
*announcer voice* Did Lupe really get her maid? What was the "that" that Shola refered to? And will she ever get over her fear of thunder and lightning? Tune in next time for another episode of "Messin' with Gijinkas!"
