Okay folks, I am gonna be gone for a week from Saturday to Saturday so please take good care of my boys and don't do anything foolish. So this will be most likely my last post until next Saturday. So here it is! :D

Lux
“Mear’s gone… He left the mansion… and me along with it. He broke up with me-“ She couldn’t stare me in the eyes. It was obvious she was struggling. “-and he’s gone. He just left… and that’s final.”
It has been at least a week since I was at the mansion so I had no knowledge what happened and hearing her say this to me and watching her cry was breaking my heart inside. “I’m sorry I didn’t know. I didn’t think he would do that to you.”
Even after saying that, it was like she didn’t hear me and covered her face with her hands as she began to cry more letting out a small scream. She and I were more alike then we contemplated, when I was a child, I would go home and cry like this from being hurt or bullied. Even now, a grown man, I cry and do I feel unpleasant, sometimes but I think its best to let it out even when there is someone watching.
I slowly crawled out of the bed and went to her putting my hands on her cheek and gently lifting her head from her hands and giving her a small smile. “Shupple, I know nothing I can say right now can take away your hurt, but I want you to know that it’s okay to cry, it makes you gijinka.” Her eyes were still watery as they flowed, never once had I seen her like this though we haven’t spoken much to begin with but seeing a damsel in distress, well I certainly did not akin to it. “They say when one door closes another opens right? It may not be much, but Mear…well it’s his lose, you are a fine woman and will find someone new, you really are beautiful Shupple, and now that your door with him has closed, maybe its for the best. I mean, look here, a new door has opened for a new friendship between you and me.” I chuckled for a moment and smiled and looked her in the eyes. “You are my best friend Shupple, and you mean a lot to me, honestly, I love you very much Shupple.”
I leaned in and kissed her on the cheek, but before I knew it she had her arms around my neck and was crying into my chest. What was I suppose to do? Honestly, I am not very good at this but the only thing I knew how was to do just hold her close. My wounds will still throbbing as I picked her up and sat on the bed with her as I held her on my lap. The heart monitor next to me was beeping leisurely as I held her and began to hum, not sure why but it was a tune my mother did when I was a child and it always relaxed me. But as I hummed my tune turned into words and began to sing to her, I never did sing to anyone before and here I was singing to Shupple softly to calm her down,
“Oh, why you look so sad?
Tears are in your eyes

She rested her head on my shoulder as her tension began to ease up,

She softly drifted to sleep, if she had been up as long as she had said she had, I assume a bit of sleep would be good for her. More or less, I was surprised she was comfortable falling asleep in front of me. Laying her down in my bed and covering her up, I dimmed the lights in my room and sat down and watched her. I don’t know why, it was a strange feeling, the love for her was different then with Hoom. Maybe it was because her and I were misfits in our past. Certainly she had a hard time I give her that, but she was never alone like I was. Maybe when she awoke we could talk more…yeah…I would like that.
Gently I rubbed my fingers across her forehead as she slept, the nurse came in and offered me a new lunch since Shupple here ate my original one. She returned a few moments later with a sandwich, juice, and pudding, OMG PUDDING! …Along with my meds. Looking at my medicine there was 3 of them and one was HUGE.
“Umm excuse me miss?” I said to the nurse a bit shyly.
“Yes?” She answered.
“This yellow pill here, its really big, it’s a horse pill. Not even a Ponyta would swallow that.” I gulped with a nervous smile.
She giggled and left the room without saying another word.
I sighed, “But I wasn’t kidding, this thing could choke a Rapidash.” Without much thought, I took all my pills and stuck my tongue out at the ill flavor of each of them. At least I could enjoy my meal as I sat next to Shupple quietly.
I was done eating within 30 minutes as I waited for Raine to come back. Maybe she was a slow eater or something? Shupple’s sleeping pattern was a soft breathing so she was in good condition but after 2 hours I was worried about Raine. She hadn’t returned, maybe something happened to her? She wasn’t the brightest from what I could see but she also was the most intimated as well and really was shy so who knew what happened to her-
“PLEASE STOP!! EEP!!”
Scratch that thought, she was in trouble and was close by. Okay right outside my door close by as I popped my head out. She was with two other guys, actually really big guys.
It was around 6 or something because the doctors and nurses were no were to by found, I guess a change in shift or something. But as I watched I saw them playing with her tail and she was as nervous as ever. Now I know why she hates men, they were teasing her.
“Come on, we just love how fluffy your tail is? I mean we haven’t seen many gijinkas before but you by far are different, possibly a half breed?” The bald fat one said to her. “I sure do like cuddling with fluffy things.”
“Umm no please I j..just want t..to get back to my friend…” She cried as the other wrapped his arms around her and began to look like he was fondling her.
Oh hell no.
“Sweet pea, we just want to play a little? We have been sick for a long time and haven’t seen a beautiful face likes yours for a long time.” The bearded one said to her and he wrapped his arm around her neck and held her chin in his palm forcing Raine to look at him. “How about a kiss?”
“Please…I…”
“RAINE BABY!!!” I cheered walking down the hallway.
Both men instantly took a step from her with vulgar looks on their faces. Raine on the other head looked like she was about to cry. “I’ve been looking for you dear, where have you been sweetheart? I’ve been worried sick about you.” I wrapped my arm around her waist quickly and pulled her in close. “Please don’t make me ever worry about you again, it breaks my heart.”
I kissed her cheek and instantly she went red in face, has she ever been treated like this before? Oh well, I guess I will go with it for the time being to just get her out of this predicament. I just continued to embrace her.
“Yo buddy!” The short bald and fat one muttered as he took a step towards me. “You know this girl?”
“Well of course, she’s my friend soon to be my lover!” I chuckled with a smile. Okay, half a lie, but hell I could pull this off jackass. No way I am gonna let you take advantage of an innocent and scared little girl you son of a bitch.
“Is that so?” The other said. He was unconvinced and Raine, well her face wasn’t helping matters as I lowered my hand to her hip and moved it closer to the front to prove she was my girl. At least I was trying to play the part of her man but obviously she hadn’t been touched like that. “For some odd reason, I don’t believe that. This little lady is with us.”
“Oh I highly doubt that.” I shrugged, “Besides, she has better tastes in men, isn’t that right my sweetheart?” I turned to her and smiled sweetly hoping she could get the idea.
She blinked with that pink face and then nodded, “Y…YES!”
The fat one looked at the hairy one as they both lifted up their eyebrows and pulled Raine closer to me. The hairy one spoke first, “Alright, if you say so why not kiss her?”
Shit, didn’t think that far ahead did I Lux? Raine instantly blushed more. You can out smart them. “Why? I have nothing to prove to you, besides, I am ill and don’t wish to make my lovely sweetheart sick.” I closed my eyes and gently rubbed my finger across her lips. “Isn’t that right love?”
I slowly turned Raine with my arm wrapped around her waist and began to walk away. But they followed us and I stopped with her, “Do you have a problem gentlemen?” I asked lifting an eyebrow.
“Yeah we do, you are taking our joy and toy from us and to be honest, if you are her boyfriend we won’t let you have her back until we have some fun with her. So please excuse us but we will be taking her back.” They sure were persistent and in a hospital of all places.
Raine’s grip on my shirt tightened as I could feel her fear increasing as she hid behind me. They began to crack their knuckles. So a fight is what they wanted? Tch, barbarians!
“Gentlemen, we really shouldn’t fight in front of a lady or the rest of these people. Besides, I don’t want to cause any more trouble. So how about we move on with our lives!” I waved my hands in front with a smile but this nice jester didn’t seem to help me out in the least.
“No, even if you are a gijinka who cares about what you are because you won’t hurt-“ The fat one fell over and the hairy one quickly turned as I held my fist in the fat ones gut and smiled at him and disappeared and karate chopped the back of his neck. Something quick and painless. Hopefully that would keep everything calm in the hospital.
Brushing my hands together as I cleaned up my mess as the doctors and nurses return, they took both men to their rooms on a different floor on stretchers. “See there was no reason to fight in front of a lady, am I right Raine dearest?”
She stood there a bit red in the face and not sure how to answer as things got back to normal. It appeared she was lost in thought or something.
“Raine?” I asked with my hands on my lower back since it was bothering me and she snapped out of it and looked at me with her hand up again her chest in a fist. She looked sad but also that shy look came back. She was strange. “Are you okay now?”
She nodded with a slight blush. “Yes..thank you.”
Stretching out my arms and yawning. “Yeah no problem Raine, hopefully you will forgive me touching you that way but I had to convince them somehow and get you out of there.” I bowed to her.
“Oh no thank you so much.” She bowed quickly but she didn’t realize I was coming up and we hit heads. “Ouchy!
“Argh…Damn…” I rubbed the back of my head as she did the same. She really wasn’t bright but I couldn’t help but laugh at her. “Hahaha….You really are a cutie Raine you know that right?”
She looked up and turned the other way as I walked toward her. “Thank you.”
Wow! She was really blushing, she was a real doll. I stopped in front of her and gently grabbed her hands. “I should be the thanking you my dear for everything you have done. I humbly appreciate everything you have done for me Raine, so I hope you don’t mind if I steal a kiss…”
She was surprised as she quickly turned to me, but without hesitation I leaned in and gently gave her a small kiss on the lips and pulled back. “Now shall we return Raine? Shupple is sleeping, and we should be there for her to awake.”
She stood there for a moment as I walked back to my room and she then followed. As we both entered the room, Shupple remained sleeping as Raine and I sat down on the couch.
“My…my…” Raine whispered as she sat next to me.
I blinked and turned to her as I felt her head rest against my shoulder. “Hmm?”
She closed her eyes and cuddled into my side. “My…my opinion…of you….you really are sweet…thank you for your kindness…Lux…”
Oddly enough, I was blushing from her just resting her head on me as she too began to fall asleep. So did she trust me? Apparently. “No problem…” Was the only thing I could whisper to her as she fell asleep.
I pulled a blanket over her as I sat there thinking about things that had happened between Hoom, Gil, and I. There was a way to resolve this and I just needed time to think. I staid on guard until one of the girls awoke but sadly, I too feel asleep….

Short post but since I am on vacation for the next week starting tomorrow I wanted to post something short and sweet for my lovely Lux and I hope that was okay Kitty I really wanted to have Lux do something for her since well he hasn’t been in the best of shape lately and her opinion of him was probably very poor.
Oh and anime I hope that was okay with Shupple! I just wanted a more sweet post for Lux with his newly friends.
