I was asleep when I heard the door open. I blinked to see some men coming. "Stupid humans..." I mumbled to myself. I went to the back of my cage and let out a low growl. They were heading toward the cage a few to my right. Since no one was ever in the mood to introduce their self I had no idea who was there.
"Stupid dog." I heard one of them say and heard the clank of the try hitting the ground. "Just stay still and it'll be all over..." I heard another one say. "Not this time!" I heard someone say and soon saw one of the men laying of the floor gasping for breath. I heard the high pitched sound of the shocking rods. "Now he's in for it..." I sighed. "No where to go mutt." Then I heard the clank of metal on metal. "What the--!" "He must have swiped them from doc!" I heard the clank of the keys unlocking the chains. "Shoot! Get em'!" I heard a lot of commotion. This was getting intrusting...I looked out of the cage to see him looking over the helpless men. "Please! Don't hurt me!" I saw his foot go back and nail the man in the head. His body hit the wall and went limp. "Who's the dog now?" He growled. And left the room shutting it behind him.
This was my chance! I scanned the dark room with my eyes. Since I was a gijinka Poochyena I had some dark type in me and could easily see in the dark room. I spotted what I was looking for. The keys he had thrown. And not far away from my cage either. I reached my hand out and garbed them then unlocked my self. Finally! Out of that cage! One of the men was slowly regaining conciseness. I could hear him groaning form the broken ribs he had given them. I started to go over to him when something hit my foot. I look down and smiled. It was that needle that was filled with some kind of drug or chemical. I picked it up repeating there words. "Just stay still and it will be all over..." I said as I pricked the needle into his arm. He groaned again and was soon out cold.
"Stupid dog..." I said and headed to the door. I frowned. No handle. I put my hand out in front of me. "Dark pulse." I said quietly to my self. A dark shock wave hit the door with much force. The laches came undone and I was soon free.
I walked out of the room and sniffed the air. His sent was still fresh. I turned and went to fallow his trail.
