Chapter 1: universal Rift
Dialga and palkia were in one of their fights again, but this one caused some trouble. In their fight, palkia acidentally broke a universal berriar, which caused a single portal to open between the pokemon universe and another one. In short terms, ours. So for an hour(leanth of this short fight), whoever found the portal would be able to leave their universe. A little girl about 8 years old was camping outside in a tent in her backyard alone for the first time. She went over to see the pine tree she had planted this year. It looked healthy and happy. All of a sudden a portal appeared in front of her. It was big enough to fit even her new baby tree through. She dicided she wanted to see what was on the other side so she packed up her tent and sleeping bag, and dug up her pine tree, and steped through the portal.
About a mile away, the girls best friend/cousin felt that something was wrong. What was happening?
She was being tossed and turned and didnt know which way was up and down. Where was she? What was happening? Then all of a sudden, it stopped. She relized that she was 5o feet in the air over a forest. She screamed as she was about to hit the ground. But before she reached the bottom an oddish came out of no where and knocked her sideways so that she didnt get the full impact.
She turned around and said, "Wow! A pokemon! So this is where the portal took me!" she said exitedly as she looked around.(she has always wanted to come to the pokemon world but it is just a tv show where she is from.)
"What are you talking about miss? A portal?" asked the oddish.
"Wow. And I can understand pokemon too. This is going ot awsome. I wish Sammie was here to see this with me." said the girl.
"Who?" asked the oddish.
"O, parden my rudness. My name is Alexis Hope. Its nice to meet you. My best friend/cousin back home is named Sammie Hope, that is who I was talking about. I just fell from a portal. I dont know where it came from but it brought me from my world to yours. So what is your name?" asked the girl.
"My name is Rose. Im a local oddish around this part of kanto." said the oddish.
"What city are we neerest?" asked Alexis.
"Celadon City." said Rose.
"So we are just a bit away from the bike trail. Well, I need to find a place to plant this tree. Do you have a good place I could?" asked Alexis while pointing to the tree in her arms.
"Sure, there is a valley just down the way. If you plant it in the middle it will become a mamorial tree someday." said Rose.
"Cool. Lets go." said Alexis. They went to the valley. It was a pure empty circle with nothing alive in it. Not even grass. "What happened here?"
"A really big fire. We need to rebuild it." said Rose. So then Alexis went to the middle and planted the tree. Then, she went and got a flate piece of wood from the woods nearby, and with a pocket knife that she always carries, she wrote on the wood, "Here is the tree of the Universal Rift. No one may harm it. Someday I will return to see it again, hopefully I will still be alive when I do. Signed, 'Alexis Hope'"
Then she placed the board in the ground infront of the tree. She looked at the valcano that was above the valley, and walked on her way.
"Can I come with you? I have nothing left here. My family died in the fire. Im still to young to help they said, so I didnt help and servived..."
"Sure. But you arent to young for anything now. We are on our own from here on out." said Alexis.
"Ok." said Rose happily.
Chapter 2: Back home
Back home Sammie watched as days went by. A lafrge search was underway that lasted for two weeks but no one found any sign of Alexis or her stuff and tree. What was she going to do? Alexis had promised her that she would always protect her. But now that Alexis was gone, Sammie wanted to protect her. But how? (Up far away, dialga and palkia are haveing a short fight again.) All of a sudden a portal opened in front of Sammie. She had no dought in her mind that Alexis had walked through a portal just like this not long before. She went through in a heart beat.
After tossing and turning she started to fall and relized that she was 20 feet in the air over a volcano. She screamed as she fell but right before she fell in, a vulpix jumped up and knocked her out of the way of the lava. "A pokemon? This is were Alexis always wished she could go. I would have prefered to see Naruto, Gura, Sakura, and the others but this is still good. Expeacially if Alexis's here and ok." said Sammie.
"What are you talking about?" asked the vulpix.
"Huh. We can understand pokemon. That must make Alexis happy. Let me tell you what im talking about." said Sammie to the Vulpix as she told it her tale. "Thankyou for saving me. Have you seen another girl about a year older than me falling from the sky?"
"Yep. She went toward the burned valley with an oddish that saved her." said the vulpix.
"Can you take me there? By the way im Sammie." said Sammie.
"Im Ember. Sure ill take you there. Its the least I can do since my family were the ones who accidentally burned the valley." said the vulpix. They went to the valley. When there, Sammie saw Alexis's tree in the middle of it. She went and read the wood. She took her own pocket knife out and wrote, "Im in this universe too Alexis. Take care of yourself until we meet again. Sammie."
"Well, ill be off then. Knowing Alexis she is off to the neerest city. What city is neerest to here?" asked Sammie.
"Celadon City. Can I come too? My family and I got seperated during the fire so I have no where to go." said Ember.
"Sure. Come on. But im not responcible if you get hurt." said Sammie.
"Ok. Lets go." said Ember happily.
Chapter 3: your not leaving me behind
The investigation got even more strong when Sammie disappered too. Joey Hope, the oldest of Sammie's younger brothers(6 years old), knew one thing. "Where ever Alexis is, Sammie is too. And there not leaving me behind." he decided. So he went to where Alexis's tree used to be and waited.(dialga and palkia are fighting again. They fight way too much.) All of a sudden a portal appeared in front of him. He stepped through it in a heart beat. After lots of tossing and turning he finally came out above a lake. As he was falling a krabby jumped up and saved him. They landed gentally in the shallow end. "Hay kid. Be more careful next time. You coulda gotten hurt." said the krabby.
Joey looked around and relized where he was. "Wow! The pokemon world! And a krabby! I understood it too! This must be where Sis and Alexis landed! They must be having a blast!(this is his favorite show too.)
"Hay kid, What are you talking about?" asked the krabby.
Joey turned and looked at the krabby steadally. "First, My name is Joey not kid. Second, your about my age. And third, If you want to know what im talking about than shut up and listen." said Joey. That shut the krabby up fast. Joey told it the story then. "so have you seen two strange girls lately?" asked Joey.
"Yah. I saw them heading toward Celadon City at different times. Do you want me to show you the way?" asked the krabby.
"No thanks. I know the way." said Joey.
As he started to walk the krabby dropped the act and finnally said, "I have nothing else to do, can I please come with?"
"Sure, now that youve dropped the ego. So whats your name?" asked Joey.
"Kenny." said the krabby as he tried to keep up.
Chapter 4: Cheladon City
Alexis and Rose have been in Celadon City for two days now. The first thing they did when they entered the city was head to see the pokemon center. Then the pokemart and the pokemon fountian. They stayed at the poke center talking for the night and then the next day as they headed out to play, they saw a girl and a vulpix comming up the path. Alexis took one look at the girls face and then ran to her shouting, "Sammie!" when they met up the had a quick hug, plopped down on the ground, and then Alexis asked, "How did you get here?"
"Same way as you." said Sammie. And then they sat there for an hour telling each other about there time here. They spent the next two days in Celadon. They even took on the gym. They won on their second try. The gym leader(Erika) even tought Alexis how to make perfume and said she would need it when Rose evolved.(she was right, but now, back to the story) They all stayed at the poke center at night talking. While this is happening, Joey found the Universal Tree and wrote on the board, "Hay sis and Alexis. I made it here too. Take care. Joey."
When he finally got to Celadon City, just like Alexis, he headed strait for the pokemon center. As he walked through the door he saw the girls talking on a rest bench. He ran right over.
"Joey!" said Sammie suprised and happy.
"In the fleash. I followed you!" he said. They sat down and talked the rest of the day. They stayed in Celadon for another 2 days. In that time Joey challenged the gym and won on his second try. Then they packed up Alexis's tent and sleeping bag, and the two sleeping bags that nurse Joy was happy to give them, and headed to the next town. Since they didnt have a bike they had to go the long way.
Chapter 5: Help!
They went the long way through the forest. The whole way they trained. By the time they got to Fushi City they were strong enough to face the gym leader. They each won one after the next. When they got past the gym the decided that they would go to the saphari zone. They went in but none of them were able to catch anything.
"So where do we go next?" asked Sammie.
"Think sis. Were does the show and game go next?" asked Joey.
"Cinabar Island. But we will need a large water type pokemon. A krabby cant get us across that amount of water and I dont think Ember wants to get wet." said Alexis.
"Sorry, but she's right." said Joey to an angry Kenny.
All of a sudden they heard someone shout, "Help!" They all ran to outside the beach. There they saw a young lapris trying to get out of a team rocket members hand.
"Razer leaf!" shouted Alexis as oddish shot a powerful razer leaf at the team rocket members and their zubat. Then they all pushed the lapris back into the water.
"Thankyou all. If there is anything i can do for you just ask." said the lapris.
"Can you get us to Cinnabar Island without getting wet?" asked Ember.
"Sure. I even know a path around the ice cave. We will pass a sleeping articuno on the way though so we will have to be quite so we dont wake it." said the lapris. "By the way, Im Ariel."
"Im Rose and this is Alexis." said Rose.
"Im Kenny and this is Joey." said Kenny.
"Im Ember and this is Sammie." said Ember.
After an hour of traveling they finally passed a sleeping articuno. It did wake up as they passed but it didnt do anything but watch them go by. It was a peaceful ride.
In the end after Ariel dropped them off and said, "Come see me anytime your in the naborhood." They went to the neerest pokemon center to take a nice rest.
Chapter 6: lost friends
It was 7 a.m. and Alexis slipped out the front door of the pokemon center with Rose asleep in her arms for her mourning walk. She saw a large minaceing manchion not far away. Gentally, she went to it.
When neer it, it interested her so she went inside. She went inside and snuck by many sleeping pokemon until she entered a room. She saw a torn notebook on a table nearby.
She went over to it and read the title "genetic experaments" then she opened it and read the title of the first chapter "mew and mewtwo". After that she read it and took it with her. She searched the whole mancion for the other pieces of the torn notebook. But once she got the last chapter she relized she was lost. So instead of crying about it, she woke up Rose and together they read the notebook.
"That was such a cool story!" said Rose afterwords.
"Yah. Back home I heard about the notebook but never thought it was that great!" said Alexis happily.
"Lets look for mew and mewtwo!" said Rose.
"Yah! And I bet with mine and the others knowledge of this world it will be easy!" said Alexis.
"So how do we get out of here?" asked Rose.
"No clue." said Alexis as they started to wander around.(Alexis has no since of direction. Niether does Rose.) Back at the pokemon center everyone is still asleep.
After a while Rose said, "You once told me that there was a game based on the map of kanto region right?"
"Yes." said Alexis.
"So tell me. Do you know if there was a map of this building in it?" asked Rose.
"Yes! I bet I know my way out too!" said Alexis getting all excited as she started running around pulling leavers and then headed down a staircase. Soon after she did this 2 more times they finally got out of the building. When they finally got back to the pokemon center it was noon and their friends were still asleep. Alexis put the note books in her backpack and said to Rose, "Someday we wil find a big adventure. But these 4 will have to wake up first." Then Alexis turned back to her friends and let out a screach worse then an upset explode. When the 4 of them jumped out of bed in shock she asked, "So now are you awake?"
"Yes! And no matter where we are you still have to wake me up like that!?!?" asked Sammie.
"Its the only way to wake you up." said Alexis while smiling inocentally and giggleing.(I based a few parts of the 3 main human cherecters off of me and my best friend/cousin and her brother. I really do wake my best friend/cousin up like that.)
Chapter seven: Proffessor Oak
When they woke up the next mourning they dicided to go and visit the fossil restoration clinic. They saw alot of different people bringing back fossils. Then they came upon an old man with a large fossil in his hands. "What is in that fossil sir?" asked Joey.
"An Aerodactyl. It needs a good trainer but since it will be so low level when it comes back no one wants to take it. People are so cruel to pokemon nowadays." said the man.
"Ill take it in." said Joey.
"Thankyou young man. I see you only have one pokeball with you which seems to be for your pokemon so ill give you a pokeball for this one." said the old man.
"Thankyou sir!" said Joey excitedly.
"You look familiar." said Alexis as she pondered over his face. Than she relized who he was. "your proffessor Oak!" she said exitedly.
"Yes I am. You only have one pokemon too. Are you all new trainers?" he asked.
"You could say that. So what are you doing here and not in Pallet Town?" asked Sammie.
"I was visiting and old friend and trying to find this fossil a nice trainer." said Proffessor Oak.
"Cool! Thats so nice of you." said Alexis.
"Thankyou. Well, it was nice meeting you." said the proffessor as he handed Joey the fossil and left.
Joey and Kenny spent the next 3 hours sitting over the fossil restoration machine while Sammie and Ember played on the computer and Alexis and Rose took a nap. Soon the fossil turned into a aerodactyl when it woke up Joey jumped up and said, "Hi its nice to meet you."
"Nice to meet you too. Where am I? I thought I died." said the aerodactyl.
"You did. We just revived your fossil." said Kenny.
"Im Joey, and this is Kenny." said Joey.
"Im Tory. Who are the girls looking at the box item and the girls asleep?" asked the aerodactyl.
"The item is called a computer and we will tell you about it later. The human on it is named Sammie and the vulpix is Ember. The human asleep is Alexis and the oddish is Rose." said Joey happily.
"Ok. So what do I do now?" asked Tory.
"You can always come with us." said Joey as he held out the pokeball.
"Fine with me." said Tory as instinct told him to touch the black part of the pokeball with his nose. As he did he got sucked into it and stayed there until Joey let him out a minute later. They woke up Alexis and Rose and headed to the pear. When there Sammie asked, "So how do we get to Pallet Town?"
At that moment Ariel appeared and said, "I told you im always here if you need me." they all climbed on her back and were carried to Pallet Town. When there she asked, "I dont want to seperate so can I stay with you? You guys seem to have a lot of fun so I want to come too."
"Sure." said Ember.
"I want Alexis to catch me." said Ariel. Alexis pulled out a pokeball she bought not long ago with some of the money she got from beating the gyms and through it at Ariel. Ariel got sucked into it and stayed.
"Welcome to the team. Ill let you out next time we are neer water." said Alexis as they walked toward Proffessor Oaks lab.
When they got ot proffessor Oaks lab Sammie wasnt shy and knocked on the door. "Who is it?" called a sqeaky voice.
"Some visitors for proffessor Oak." said Sammie. The door opened and a lab assistant walked out and said, "Come on in." we went inside and stood in the center of the lab. "The proffessor will be in in a minute." he said as he left the room. A minute or two later proffessor Oak walked in and said, "O, its you nice kids from before. Stopped by for a visit?"
"Yep." said Alexis happily.
"Well, come on in." he said as he led us to a couch to sit on. "So where are you three staying tonight?" he asked.
"We were thinking of staying with some of the forest pokemon. Rose has some friends here who would be glad to keep us for the night." said Alexis.
"No, no, no. if you are staying in Pallet why not say here? One of my assistants, Tracy, is very interested in drawing you three with your pokemon." said proffessor Oak.
"Well, if you insist.." said Joey.
"Excellent. We will get a room ready and in the meantime why not go out and look around at the pokemon here." he said as he left. They went out to a large pokemon holding ground. They walked over to a neerby lake and Alexis let Ariel out into it and said, "We are going to look around and thought you might want to too."
"I do want to look around. Thankyou." said Ariel as she swam off.
They saw a bulbsaur who was keeping things in order and reconized it from the show back home. It was Ash's bulbasuar. Sammie walked up to it and said, "Hi im Sammie and this is Ember."
"Nice to meet you." he said not thinking she could understand him.
"Nice to meet ya too." she said to his suprise.
"All of these humans understand us." said Ember to him.
"O, thats strange but interesting." said the bulbasuar.
"Your Ash's bulbasuar, right?" asked Joey.
"Yep, but how did you know?" asked the bulbasuar.
"Our human friends here know alot more than they should. They arent even from here either. Where they are from is a secret." said Kenny with a wink.
"Ok. Well it was nice to meet you." said the bulbasuar as he got back to work.
The whole time, Tracy was behind a neerby bush drawing them. He couldnt hear them though. Soon Proffessor Oak took them inside the lab and lead them to a spare room. Inside of it were two sets of bunkbeds. Alexis and Rose took the top of one while Sammie and Ember took the bottom. Joey and Kenny took the bottom of the other. "Thanks for the room proffessor Oak." said Alexis as he left.
"Your welcome miss." he said as he left the room. They all went to sleep soon after. Tracy came in and drew them all as they slept. Then he left.
The next day they got up and said goodbye to proffessor Oak. But as they were leaving a young man ran up to them screaming, "Wait!" they looked back and saw him.
"You must be Tracy." said Rose allthough he couldnt understand her.
"I did some drawings of you guys and thought you might want a copy of them." he said as he handed Alexis 4 sheets of paper. On the first one was a picture of them talking to bulbasuar. On the second, third, and forth, were pictures of each of them in there bunks asleep with their pokemon.
"These are great!" said Sammie as she saw them.
"Thanks. You can keep them." said Tracy as he ran off. Alexis put them in her bag in the front of the mewtwo and mew notebooks as they walked away. (in case you are wondering they did go and get Ariel before they went inside for bed.)(PS: Alexis and Rose still havent told Sammie, Ember, Joey, and Kenny, about the mewtwo notebooks.)
'Now we have memories of this place that we can take home with us.' thought Sammie as they kept walking. 'I wonder if Alexis has even relized we will have to leave someday.' she thought sadly as she remembered they would have to part with there pokemon. 'Wait! Am I the only one who only has one pokemon!?! I need to catch another friend quick!' she thought.
Chapter eight: Giavonni's gym
They had just gotten to Varidian City when it hit Alexis, "Were going to Giavonni's gym!" she shouted.
"We know, this isnt going to be easy since he is the toughest gym leader but considering his pokemon, I think you should fight him." said Sammie.
"Why me?" I asked.
"Because, Ariel will be good against his rock, fighting, and poisen, types." said Joey.
"And you are the best pokemon expert out of all of us humans." said Sammie.
"Hay! What about me?!?" asked Joey.
"Sorry bub, she beat you on this one." said Sammie.
"Humf." said Joey as he turned around mad. They all headed to the gym then. When at the door they saw that for once, Giavonni was acually there.'this is rare' thought Alexis as she went inside, with Rose and her pokeball only. "Arent you two comming?" she asked looking back.
"And risk a run in with Giavonni? No thankyou." said Sammie.
"We will be at the poke center if you need us." said Joey as they left.
Alexis and Rose then went down the hall and into a big room. "Are you my next challenger?" asked a menacing voice.
"Yes." said Alexis, a bit scarred but proud.
"Then through out your pokemon. This is 3 pokemon duel. Through out your first." said the voice.
"Ok, Giavonni. Come on out Ariel!" said Alexis as she released Ariel.
"Wait! How did you know my name?!?" asked the menacing voice suprised.
"Se-cr-et." said Alexis with a smile and a giggle. "If you can beet me ill tell you." she said.
"Fine." he said still suprised.
"Ariel, tell me your moves." wispered Alexis into Ariels ear before they started.
"Ice beam, Hydro Pump, Surf, and Shear Cold." said Ariel in a wisper.
"Nice selection." wispered Alexis. "Now Go!" she said Aloud.
Giavonni threw out a nidoking. "Rock Trow!" shouted Giavonni.
"Ice beam!" shouted Alexis. It was a direct hit and froze the pokemon solid.
"Now finish it off with Hydro Pump!" shouted Alexis.
Ariel did and won the match. "Nice job. Your higher level then I thought." wispered Alexis when Ariel came back.
Then Giavonni threw out a Kangaskhan. "Shock Wave!" Shouted Giavonni.
"Surf!" shouted Alexis. It was a one hit KO.
""Go Tauros." shouted Giavonni.
"Sheer cold!" shouted Alexis knowing that tauros was strong against Lapris. It hit and it one hit Ko'ed the tauros.
"That would be my win. Good luck with team rocket. Dont let it shut down just yet. If it did your son wouldnt have anyone to fight." said Alexis as he tossed her the badge.
"How did you know about all of that?!?!" he asked astonished.
"Se-cr-et." she said again.
"You are lucky that im letting you leave alive, but im interested in what you plan to do next so go on. This wont be the last time you see me." said Giavonni.
"I knew that much too. Seeya someday." she said as she left the gym with Rose not far behind and Ariel in her pokeball.
"Strange kid. I have to keep an eye on her." said Giavonni to himself.
Chapter nine: the Varidian Forest
The group walked through the Varidian Forest that day. They stopped mid way for a nap. Sammie who was a bit upset about being the only one without a second pokemon took Ember and went off on her own for an hour. She saw a weedle off on its own. She went up to it with a pokeball out to catch it. "Please tell her to stop!" screamed the weedle to Ember.
"Why?" asked Ember.
"I need to get home first. Mom is about to have an egg. I cant get caputed first!" said the weedle.
"Well, if thats the case can I come watch?" asked Sammie.
"You understand me?" asked the weedle astonished.
"Yep. And im curios. Ive never seen a pokemon have an egg." said Sammie.
"Its painful. Well, if you want to see it lets go." said the weedle.
"My name is Ember."
"My name is Sammie."
"Im Eliet." said the weedle as they walked. "Here we are." he said at last as they came to a beedrill nest. Inside the beedrill were so busy with the eggs that they didnt nitice the human and vulpix.
When it was over Sammie said, "That was cool and gross!"
"Yah!" said Ember.
"Well, since I let you watch that I cant stay in the nest anymore. Its the rules. So can I come with you?" asked Eliet.
"Sure!: said Sammie happily as she through the poke ball. Then she snuck back before Alexis even got up for her 5 a.m. walk. She fell asleep with both Eliet and Ember in her arms.
Chapter ten: 5 a.m. walk
Alexis woke up and picked up Rose for her 5 a.m. walk. She saw Sammie with Ember and a weedle in her arms. 'She finally caught a new friend.' thought Alexis happily as she walked on. In the notebook she read a story about a mystic lake in the Viridian Forest(the notebook tells more then stories about Mew and Mewtwo. It told the stories of every adventure that the scientists that wrote it had.). It was said to only apear at 7 a.m. when the sun rises in the middle of the Varidian Forest. It was hidden behind a large thicket of tree's though so it was hard to find. It apearentally was good luck for any water pokemon that went into it. Alexis had decided to take Ariel to it. She needed a place to swim for a little while since she had been in her pokeball for 4 days now without comming out. She dicided not to take the others with her since 4 out of the 10 who went into that forest got lost and didnt come back. But her and Rose had promised to always stay together. Alexis wandered and got lots of cuts on her arms and legs from the bushes around her. But in the end it was all worth it when she found the center of the forest. She came just as the sun rised into the sky. She tossed Ariel's pokeball into the air and said, "Come on out!"
Ariel landed into the water. Alexis went in with Rose in her arms for a dip to help her wounds. When she entered the water, they started to heal. Rose woke up when her back felt the water. She turned an ounce to look at Alexis and said, "So we made it to the lake then?"
"Yes. And it heals people's wounds too." said Alexis as she got out. Rose swam in the shallow end of the lake for a bit. She took out the journal and where the story of the lake ended she wrote in it. 'Im Alexis Hope. I found this jornal and Im going on my own adventures too. I went to the mystic lake and found out that its not just lucky but it also heals wounds too. I will go on all the adventures in these books so I hope I make it to the end.'
After a while the lake started to vanish. Alexis picked up Rose and put Ariel in her pokeball. Then they went back the way they came. They had left a path in the bushes so it wasnt as hard this time. Alexis sat down next to Sammie, Ember, and Eliet, and waited for them to wake with Rose awake in her arms.
Chapter eleven: Pewter City
Finally they got out of the Varidian Forest and into Pewter City. They headed strait for The Pewter Gym. Joey with Kenny at his side won on the first try. Sammie who had no water types had to try twice. After they finished Alexis went up with Ariel and won on her first try. after words, She said to the gym leader, "Tell Brok the next time you see him that some old friends said hi." Then they ran out the door leaving the gym leaded dumb founded.
They dicided to go to the Fossil Mussem next. They saw all the fossil's. Even where old amber used to be.(aka: Tory) Then they all said together, "Off to Mount Moon!" and ran off to it smiling and racing. Alexis who is a horible runner kept screamming, "Wait up!" as she chased after. 'Im faster in water.' she thought to herself.
Chapter twelve: Mount Moon
They walked into mount moon and went on in it for about 2 hours. Alexis lead since she knew the way around the changes thanks to the pokemon games gold and silver. She lead them to a little opening to the outside and said, "There is a nice little shop over this way. We can stop by for a while and get some nice trinkets."
"Sounds good. I want to buy a poke doll shaped like a vulpix." said Sammie as she took of through the entrance.
"Do you think they have krabby's?" asked Joey as he took off after her.
Alexis giggled and said to Rose, "Those two sure are fun to be with arent they?"
"Yah. And Ember and Kenny are just like them. They wanted to know if that shop sell's human dolls." said Rose with a giggle as they walked through the entrance.
When they got to the other side Sammie, Ember, Joey, and Kenny, ran up to them.
"Look Alexis! They had a Vulpix doll!" said Sammie as she held up her doll.
"They had Krabby's too!" said Joey as he held up his doll.
"They even had human dolls!" squeeled Ember and Kenny with one boy and one girl doll in their mouths.
"Thats great!" said Alexis and Rose as they walked past they others and up to the store. They went inside. Alexis went over to the dolls and picked an oddish doll, a lapris doll, a eevee doll, and some sowing suplies. She bought them and put them in her bag.
"Why did you buy the eevee doll?" asked Joey.
"Because I plan to catch an eevee some day and want to have a doll for it first." said Alexis.
"Why did you get the sowing supplies?" asked Ember.
"I plan to make a plushy of a legendary pokemon they didnt have." said Alexis thinking of mewtwo.
"Which one?" asked Kenny.
"Se-cr-et." said Rose with a smile.
"She is always doing that." said Sammie.
Then they went back in the tunnels to finnish their walk through them.
The group were in the last tunnel in the cave. They could see the exit right in front of them. But right before they got out Alexis took a right and tapped on a stone wall infront of her 3 times.
"What are you doing?" asked Sammie.
"Watch." said Rose.
"What is that?" asked Ember as the wall in front of Alexis opened into another path.(Alexis and Rose learned about this from the notebooks.)
"Where did you learn about this tunnel?" asked Joey suspicaslly.
"Se-cr-et." said Alexis with a giggle. "There should be a large moon stone and alot of cleffa, clefairy, and clefable, in this tunnel." she said as she ran inside with Rose right behind her.
Dumbfounded and a bit confused, The others followed. When they got inside they sat down and watched the cleffa, clefairy, and clefable, do a dance around the moon stone.
"How did you know about this?" asked Kenny.
"I guess its time to tell them Alexis." said Rose with a grin.
"I guess your right." said Alexis as she turned to Sammie and Joey, "You remember the notebooks in the haunted manchion on Cinnabar Island on the game?" asked Alexis.
"Yes." said Joey.
Alexis reached into her bag and pulled out the notebooks. "I found them when I went on a walk in the manchion when we were on Cinnabar." said Alexis as she handed them to the others. She flipped it to a page that told the story about this tunnel.
"So this is what you have been hiding." said Sammie.
"But what was with the sewing stuff?" asked Ember.
"Im making a mewtwo doll." said Alexis with a smile as she pulled out a half finished plushy of mewtwo. "Im not done yet."
"So this is what you keep doing..." said Joey as he and Kenny absorbed into reading the notebooks.
Alexis giggled and said, "Interesting arent they?"
"Ill say. Do you know how hard it is to get Joey to pay attention to anything that hard?" said Sammie. So after that they left the tunnel. they headed through the entrance of the tunnel. "On to Cerulean City!" said Rose as they ran through.
Chapter thirteen: Cerulean City
They had finally made it to Cerulean City. Sammie, Ember, Joey, and Kenny, all wanted to go to the pokemon center.
"Ok. Well meat you there later. We have somewhere to visit." said Alexis as she picked up Rose and ran off toward a bridge. She was planning on visiting a famos scientist in the area named Bill who lived in an old manchion up this way.
They walked until Alexis saw the manchion she remembered from the tv show. Then they walked up and knocked on the door.
"Who is it?" they heard a voice out of no where say.
"My name is Alexis and this is my friend Rose. We came to visit you." said Alexis. The door opened. They saw a giant cranidos in the center of the room.
"Its me, Bill. Im stuck in this costume." it said.
Alexis walked up and pushed a button on the back and it opened up.
"How did you know how to open it?" asked Bill.
"Sit down and Ill tell you." said Alexis as they sat on the floor for a talk. She told him about her home and even the tv show called pokemon. She told him about an incident with Ash Ketchum, him, and a kabuto suit.
"That acually happened. This is quite strange. What do you think sent you here?" asked Bill.
"My best guess. I bet dialga and palkia were fighting and palkia acidentally set off a damisional rip 3 times. So it will probably happen again." said Alexis. Bill went over to a desk and pulled out a phone.
"This is a personal phone that can get signal anywhere. Use it to contact me if you see another rift. My number is in the contacts." said Bill. They had some tea after that and then Alexis and Rose went back to meet up with the others.
The group went to the Cerulean gym after all that. They went up one at a time and all won on their first try. Alexis was last and after she won she said as she left, "We will come see your show later. You are quite preaty in them, dont let your sisters say otherwize when they come back. O, and tell Ash we said Hi." said Alexis as they scurried out of the gym.
"What strange people. How did they know that?" wondered Misty as they left.
It has been about 4 hours and Misty's play started. She looked out into the audience and saw the group watching. 'strange people' she thought. The show was a lovely mermaid proformance and she did great. Alexis had the feeling that she wanted to be in one. So before they started to leave she said, "Can we stay a bit longer. There is something I want to do."
"Ok. But not too long. We need to get to the next gym." said Joey.
The group headed to the cavern that was supposed to be filled with powerful dangerous pokemon to see it(Cerulean Cave). To there disapointment, the entrance had caved in. So they headed to the Cerulean Gym that afternoon to see the show. At the end of the show, Alexis and Rose wondered away from the group to go see Misty. They knocked on the door to the gym. Misty looked out the peak whole and saw who it was and said, "Come in."
She opened the door and let them in. "Will you answer some questions for me?" she asked.
"On one condition." said Alexis.
Misty really wanted to know so she asked, "What do you want."
"Can me and my lapris be in one of your plays?" asked Alexis.
Misty felt relived. "If thats it, sure. Now tell me. How did you know that about my sister, and Ash?"
"Were im from I can see all sorts of people's lives. I saw yours and your adventures." said Alexis.
"Do I want to know how?" asked Misty.
"Probably not." said Alexis.
"Ok, one last question. So how did you know what my sister think of my looks? And how do you know how I think about it? " asked Misty.
"Thats just womans intuition." said Alexis.
"O, ok. Well, you will be in tomarrows show if you can memorize your lines fast." said Misty.'I didnt know you could have womans intuition when your that young.' though Misty.
"I can do it, thankyou." said Alexis as she and Rose ran off to tell the others.
Misty dilivered Alexis's script to the pokemon center that day. Alexis and Ariel spent the whole day at the lake memorizing their lines and movements while Rose slept. They went to sleep at the lake(the lake is right behind the cerulean gym) without going back to the pokemon center. The next mourning they got their costumes on at the Cerulean Gym and went to the pool to practice. They audience filed in that afternoon for the show(the group included). Then the show started.
Misty came out of the shell in her normal mermaid costume. And said, "O, how i wish someday that a knight would come and find me."
"Im sure one will come and take you away someday my lady." said Alexis as she came around in a blue mermaid costume. It was just like Misty's acept that it didnt have a crown of jewery, and it had a sil veil covering her stomach.
"thankyou Alexis, my loyal servent for comforting me but it might never be." said Misty.
"Im sure it will." said Alexis.
At that moment a man(random actor) came up and snatched the princess and said, "Finally, I have finally caught a mermaid princess. I will take her and sell her. This hard life was worth it."(bad guy)
"My princess!" said Alexis but she couldnt catch up. She swam to the serface and called out, "Ariel! Ariel! I need your assistance!"
A lapris came to the surface and said, "What is it Alexis?"(the audience couldnt understand her. But it still worked.)
"The princess has been kidnapped help me find a prince to save her." said Alexis.
Ariel carried her deep into the water. (then a curtian covered the water stage and the tanks background changed to that of a shore.) They arived at the shore and a castle was on the land. They saw a young prince walk up on the shore. "Young prince! Young prince! We need your help!" said Alexis.
He turned and said, "Wow! A mermaid what do you need?"
"Our princess has been kidnapped, will you save her?" asked Alexis.
"Of course, it would be my honor." he said as Ariel let him get on her back as she carried him to the secret base of the bad guy(background changed again.) The prince went into the large stone castle on the shore(its really made of corral)(background change) Then he ran into an underwater room. He saw the princess in chanes and resqued her. "You shall not take my captured mermaid princess today!" said the bad guy who ran at the prince with a sword. The prince pulled out his own sword and won the sword fight. Then he through the bad guy out the window into the ocean. "My prince he finally came." said the princess as the prince carried her out to the ocean(background change).
"I told you he would." said Alexis with a smile as they walked by.
(that was the play. Now the curtian fell and ended the water play.)(this was in an acual fish tank.)
After the play Misty said, "You guys are pretty good actors. Do you want to stay for a while?"
"No thanks. We promised our friends we would be on our way after the play. But thanks for letting us be in it." said Alexis with a smile.
"No problem. But since you were such a good actor, and you worked for free, why dont you take that mermaid costume and underwater breather with you. You earned it." said Misty.
"Thankyou!" said Alexis really happily. They left that night with a goodbye and a wave. Then they headed on their way to Vermelian City.
Chapter fourteen: Vermelian City
They group walked through the night since Alexis had a problem of falling asleep in the sunlight and Sammie just wasnt in the mood to be in the sun and Joey didnt want to sleep. The pokemon did sleep in their arms on the way there though. They went through the underground tunnel to get to Vermelian City. When they arrived in Vermelian City Alexis fell asleep with Rose in her arms right on a patch of grass outside the pokemon center. She didnt want to go inside on such a nice night. So Sammie through a blanket on her and went inside with the others. Those two slept there the who night. Even when day came and people started to stare.(giggle)
It was mourning in Vermelian City and Alexis and Rose got up at 5 a.m. Strangely alot of people in this city were up first. They walked to the harbor and watched the boats leave and come into port. "Its noisy in a port city." said Alexis. "Ill say it is." said Rose. Alexis went to an open area of water and let Ariel out of her pokeball. "Come back before noon." said Alexis. "Ok" said Ariel before she swam off happy. She was an hour late getting home but Alexis didnt mind.
It was about time to go face the Vermelian Gym Leader but Alexis and Joey were freaking out. Everyone only has two pokemon and water isnt very affective against electric so they thought they would be at a disadvantage. Sammie hit them both on the head and said, "Well then lets get more pokemon." she looked at Alexis who was looking at her angrilly and said, "Were is the nerest place to catch pokemon that arent water?"
Alexis's inoccent thoughtful look came across her face as she thought then said, "There is a field area along rought 11 we could go to. They mainly have normal, grass, and psycic types there."
"Then lets go!" said Joey as he got hyped up and took off.
"Wrong direction! This is different then the game map Joey!" Screamed Alexis as she took off the opposite way.
It took about half an hour since Alexis cant run well, but they finally got to rought 11. They started running around seperatlly hopeing to find a new pokemon. Sammie was the first to stumble upon one. It was a male meowth. "You wont catch me." he said as he took off in a sprint not thinking she could understand.
"You wanna bet. Im faster then the track team!" she said as she followed. She caught up to him and said. "Ember, use flamethrower!" Ember used flamethrower on the meowth. It caught his tail on fire.
"Oww! Hot! Hot!" he shouted as he ran in circles trying to put in out. Sammie walked forward and tossed some sand on his tail. He sighed in relife as it whent out. "thanks." he mumbled.
"Sorry for catching your tail on fire." said Ember.
"No prob. Just dont do it again." he said.
"Well than join us and we wont have to." said Sammie.
"No thanks." he said.
"Why not?" asked Ember.
"I dont want a trainer. They always want us to fight." he said.
"Sammie isnt like that. She only fights gym battles. Ive never had a fight outside of a gym until now." said Ember.
"Really?" he asked while still sitting on one spot on the ground carressing his tail.
"Really." said Sammie.
he jumped back in a hurry and stood with his back up and said, "You understand us?"
"Yep, ill tell you why if you come join us." she said.
"Maybe just for a week or two. This interests me." he said walking forward.
"You have alot to hear." said Ember as he followed.
"My names Sammie, and this is Ember." said Sammie.
"Im Takun." said the meowth.
About 15 yards away Joey was wandering around looking for a pokemon. He acidentally tripped over something. He looked down to find a sleeping geodude. He poked it with a stick a few times until it grunted and woke up. "Let me guess, you want a battle to try and catch me?" said the geodude not knowing that the boy could acually understand him.
"Yes." said Joey.
"Well thats strange. You understood me." said the geodud still not moving. "Ill join your team. Im interested in you. Im Ronald."
"Im Kenny and this is Joey." said Kenny.
"Ill tell you a really interesting story and you can guess weather its true or not." said Joey as he sat down next to Ronald.
About half a mile away Alexis was searching around when she when she saw up in the tree something that shouldnt be there. A combee was wandereing around looking for something. Alexis walked up to the tree. The combee ducked behind the tree. "Its ok. Im not here to hurt you. Why are you here and not with you hive though?" asked Alexis.
"Im lost. I got seperated during a migration. Our hive got destroyed so all the combee and our vespiqueen left. I got seperated." said the combee not thinking she could understand but knowing that her oddish could.
"Well, we will help you find your hive. Where was it going?" asked Alexis. This shocked the combee but she said "The Orange Islands."
"We wont be going there for a while but if you want to come with us until we go there you are gladly welcome." said Alexis.
"You truely understand me?" asked the combee.
"Yep." said Alexis while smiling.
"Im Rose." said Rose.
"Im Alexis." said Alexis.
The combee flew out infront of them and said, "Im Honey. Id be glad to come with you until you go there. My hive can wait for my return." She was interested in Alexis.
"Well lets go." said Rose as they started to go.
"And I have a story to tell you on the way." said Alexis.
Two hours later they all gathered up at the edge of town. All three of the new pokemon where stunned in silence.
The group headed to the next gym and entered. "Lt. Surge's gym......Is so cool!" said Joey as he saw all of the electricity above him.
"I dont like it much..." said Kenny as he hid behind him.
"Looks fine to me." said Ronald as he entered behind them with a yawn.
"Come on you guys. I want to start the battle! Not first!" said Alexis since she didnt like battleing that much.
"Not first!" said Kenny so that Joey wouldnt go first.
"Looks like your up first sis." said Joey looking back at Sammie.
"Alexis! Why am I always first!?!" asked Sammie.
"Because your the slowest talker." said Alexis with a giggle. Sammie started chassing her and she ran off giggleing and hid behind Joey. A strong old man walked in.
"Be quiet! This is a gym not a playground. If your here to battle shut up and lets start." he said. He was in a bad mood.
"Your Lt. Surge." said Alexis. She pushed Sammie forward, "She is your first apponent."
"Ill get you for this later." said Sammie so low that only Alexis could here. Alexis giggled and pushed her forward again.
Lt. Surge let out a magnazone first. "Wow!" shouted Joey as he lokked in astonishment.
Sammie pulled out a pokeball and said, "Go Takun!" she said as she let out her meowth.
"I thought I said no battleing outside of gyms!" he shouted.
"This is a gym battle Takun so calm down and fight for once!" she shouted back. "Quick attack!"
"Thunderbolt." shouted Lt. Surge as she hit his magnazone. They both got critical hits.
"This is gonna be a short match." said Alexis with a sigh. 'because Sammie isnt that good at battleing yet.' she thought to herself.
"Iron Tail!" shouted Sammie. It missed.
"Where did the meowth learn that?!?" shouted Joey.
"No clue but it can be learned in the wild you know, but its uncommen." said Alexis in aww.
"Thunder Wave!" shouted Lt. Surge.
Takun got hit and was paralized.
"No Takun! Try and move!" shouted Sammie.
But it was no use. Takun was paralized. "Thunder bolt!" shouted Lt. Surge. One hit and Takun was out. Sammie returned Takun to his pokeball and said, "You did your best I guess." and then said to Ember beside her, "Your turn."
"Got it." said Ember as she ran out onto the field.
"Rock throw!" shouted Lt. Surge as the battle began.
"Dodge!" shouted Sammie. The rocks missed. "Flamethrower!" shouted Sammie. It was a direct hit.
The Magnazone hade taken enough damage from the last battle that, that hit finished him off.
"Dang." said Lt. Surge as he withdrew him. "Go Riachu!" he shouted.
A Riachu came out onto the field.
As the battle began Sammie shouted, "Quick Attack!"
"Dodge." shouted Lt. Surge but his pokemon still took a minor hit and average damage.
"Thunder Bolt!" shouted Lt. Surge. It was a direct hit. It wasnt very effective though.
"Fire Spin!" shouted Sammie. It was a direct hit. It was averagely effective.
"Shock Wave!" shouted Lt. Surge.
"Dig!" shouted Sammie. Ember got hit with shock wave before she could dig and took a critical hit. It took Ember out. "Its ok." said Sammie as she withdrew Ember. "Go Eliet!" shouted Sammie. When the weedle came out she shouted, "String Shot!" It encircled the riachu and it couldnt get out. "Now Tackel!" shouted Sammie.
Since the Riachu was so week from its last battle it fainted. After returning his Riachu Lt. Surge shouted, "Come out amphiados!" as it came out he shouted, "Thundershock!" it missed.
"Come on Eliet! We can do it!" shouted Sammie. At that moment Eliet started to glow.
"He's evolveing!" shouted Alexis excitedly(this is her first time seeing a real evolution). Eliet evolved into a kakuna!
"Eliet use Harden!" shouted Sammie.
"Tackel!" shouted Lt. Surge. It didnt do much thanks to the Harden.
"String Shot!" shouted Sammie. The String Shot rapped amphiados and it couldnt get out.
"Now Tackel." shouted Sammie. Eliet tackeled 6 times before amphiados got out. Then it used Shock Wave which was hardly effective. "Now Tackel!" shouted Sammie. That Tackel was the finishing blow and amphiados fainted.
"I hate to say it but you win." said Lt. Surge as he gave Sammie his badge. "So who's next!" he shouted.
"I am!" shouted Alexis happily. "I dont like fighting but this looks interesting."
"Hah! Well see if you think that way afterwords you weekling!" shouted Lt Surg. "We'll battle tomarrow when my pokemon are back to full strenth. See you then!"
"Looking forward to it!" shouted ALexis as the left. They stayed at the pokemon center over night and came back the next mourning.
"Ready!?!" shouted Lt. Sruge that mourning.
"You bet!" she shoted back. "Go Rose!" she shouted as she sent out her oddish.
"Go Riachu!" he shouted. "Dig!"
"use hyperbeam into the dig whole!" shouted Alexis.
"Ahhhh!" they heard the Riachu shout as it hit. It was a one hit KO.
"Go amphiados!" shouted Lt. Surge. "Shock Wave!" he shouted.
It hit. "Thundershock!" he shouted. It took Rose out. "Its ok Rose. You did great." she said as she returned her to her pokeball. "Go Honey!" she shouted as her combee came out. "Use Honey!" the combee shot a spay of honey over to a neerby patch of ground which atracted the amphiados. "Use Gust!" this took out the amphiados.
"Your good at this. But that wont work on my next pokemon. Go Magnazone!"
said Lt Surge as he sent in his magnazone.
"Were in a tight spot Honey. Looks like im going to have to send out Ariel and hope for a one hit knock out." said Alexis.
"No! I want to keep fighting!" shouted Honey.
"But your moves wont be very effective, are you sure? You could get hurt." said Alexis.
"Im sure. Your the nicest human ive ever met and this seems important to you. Ill keep fighting for you." said Honey. She started to glow.
"Your evolving! You must have gotten enough exp. from that last battle and enough corage to evolve." said Alexis.
"O no! I cant evolve! The hive wont accept me back!" shouted Honey in distress.
"Then ill stop your evolution for you!" said Alexis as she pulled out an everstone.
"Where did you get that?!?" Shouted Sammie from the sidelines.
"When I woke up yesterday it was next to me. Someone must have dropped it." she said.
"Wait! I dont want to stop evolving. I can always go say bye to my old hive and if I evolve someday I can start my own. So for now ill evolve and stay with you to help. But your still takeing me to see my old hive." said Honey with a smile.
"Ok, if that is what you really want." said Alexis as she put away her everstone. Honey evolved into a vespiquen. "Now use Power Gem!" she shouted.
"Dodge!" shouted Lt. Surge. The attack missed. "Now use Thunderbolt!"
It was a direct hit but didnt take Honey out.
"Now use Silver Wind!" shouted Alexis. It was a direct hit but didnt take out the magnazone.
"Thunder!" shouted Lt. Surge. It missed.
"Now use Power Gem once more!" shouted Alexis. It took out the magnazone.
"Your good. And your up next." said Lt. Surge as he gave Alexis her badge and looked at Joey. "See you tomarrow for our battle."
"See you then!" said Joey confidently.
Far away Dialga and Palkia are fighting again. this time giratina showed up all of a sudden and attacked them both. In both the Pokemon world and Alexis's and the others home world, the planets started suffering weather abnormalities because of this, but no universal rips yet. When will this fighting end?
The next day came soon and everyone slept at the pokemon center. When they got up they went to the gym.
"Your turn squirt. You ready?!?" asked Lt. Surge.
"You bet jerk!" he shouted back.
"Big words. Lets see if you can match them." Lt. Surge shouted.
"Go Ronald!" shouted Joey.
"Go riachu!" shouted Lt. Surge.
"Ronald Rock Throw!" shouted Joey. It hit.
"Iron Tail!" shouted Lt. Surge. It also hit.
"Now, Body Slam!" shouted Joey. It hit and knocked it out.
"Dang. Go amphiados!" shouted Lt. Surge.
"Take Down!" shouted Joey. It was a one hit KO. "Ha. That all you got old man! Now you only have that magnazone and from the girls battles I know its moves! I didnt think I'd win this easy! Ha!"
"Ha! Dont get too cocky kid! Go Electrive!" shouted Lt. Surge as an electrive came out. At Joey's shocked face he said, "Didnt exspect a new pokemon? Well, dont underestimate me! Hammer Arm!" he shouted. It was a hit.
"Rock Throw!" shouted Joey. It hit.
"Hyper Beam!" Shouted Lt. Surge. It missed.
"Roll Out!" shouted Joey to everyone's shock. It hit 3 times without Lt. Surge being able to hit it and then it took the Electrive out.
"Well, it looks like ya lived up to that big talk but dont get too cocky. You still have a ways to go. Goodluck kids, and boy." he said while looking at Joey, "Come back someday. I want a rematch!"
"You bet ya big Jerk!" said Joey as they all ran off. After 3 minutes of running Alexis hit the ground panting and said, "Can we take a break?" she noticed they were at the dock. "Or better yet." she jumped in the water. "Ill swim there. Catch me if you can!" she screamed as she took off underwater. Sammie and Joey kept running after her. "Eat my bubbles! I had to say it!" she said with a giggle as she swam faster and farther ahead of them.
Since Alexis, Kenny, and Ariel didnt want to leave the water, everyone else walked along the coast as they swam until Sammie said, "Ok you guys, out of the water. The map says we have to turn into the woods here to get to Celadon City."
"Awww." they all said as they got out and Ariel got returned to her pokeball. After that everyone headed into the woods.
"This would have been easier if they had gotten out of the water earlier." said Joey.
"True, but Im much slower on land so it would have taken twice as long." said Alexis as they went through the woods. They reached Celadon City that afternoon.
Chapter fifteen: Celadon City
They walked into the City and first thing Joey did was pick up Kenny and say, "Im going to the gambleing rank. Seeya!" and he ran off.
Sammie picked up Ember and said, "I remember there was a huge pokemall in this town and im gonna go and see if they have any trainer gear. I hate being without any electronics." Then she ran off too.
"Hay Alexis, what now?" asked Rose.
"You know, I remember this town had alot of nice elders so im gonna go visit the tea lady who lives in the big building next to the pokemall." said Alexis as she picked up Rose and walked away from the gate toward the center of town.
As she came up to the front of the building she saw a meowth swinging from the bottom of the 4th story balcany and it couldnt get down. There was a nice old woman down below shouting, "Hold on tight Meo!" she looked worried.
"Come on out Honey!" shouted Alexis as she through her pokeball in the air and her vespiqueen came out. Honey then went up and pressed its back against the meowth until it let go and was on her back. Then she lowered back down to the ground and the meowth jumped off into the old ladies arms.
"O thank you so much young lady!" shouted the old lady happily.
"No problem ma'am." said Alexis with a gentle bow and then she said, "Are you the nice lady who lives here that has excellent tea? I know it sounds selfish but I came here to try some."
'Alexis is in her polite personality again' though Rose with a sigh. 'It happens everytime she is neer an elder.'
"O, thats me and your not selfish at all. Come in come in. Ill let you try some gladly." said the old lady.
Alexis followed her into the building and they sat down in a room right around the courner. The nice old lady poured some tea and told Alexis to let her pokemon out and try some. After Alexis and all her pokemon tried some Alexis said, "This taste's great! Your really good at making tea!"
"Why thank you. Ive made it so much I guess I would be good at it by now." siad the Lady. "So where are you from? Ive never seen you around before."
"Well, far away. My friends and I are not from any town around here." said Alexis. Sammie had told her the other day not to tell everyone where they are from since they might not always believe or it might cause trouble so she didnt say it spacifically.
"It's ok. I understand. It is a secret. I bet you are having fun in Kanto though." said the lady with a smile.
"Yeah! Its great here! We have made all kinds of new friends and have caught all sorts of pokemon!" said Alexis with a smile.
"Well, that is excellent. Your pokemon seem quite strong. Why dont you try your chances at this towns gym?" asked the lady.
"We are planning to meet up with our friends later and we will all challenge the gym together." said Alexis with a smile. Her and the woman chated for a while and then Alexis got ready to leave.
"Please come back and visit me anytime." said the nice old lady as she left.
"Ill visit again someday. Promise." said Alexis with a smile as she ran off.
She went to the water fountian and let Ariel out for a swim and waited as the sun set. This is the place she would be happiest waiting for them. It felt nostalgic to her. After all, there was a fountian like it in the center of her home town. She fell asleep on a bench near it.
