I bet a lot of people LOVE Pokemon, the games, shows, characters, whatever. Some of you have seen it, think of it as 'Meh, I've seen better things' like i have.
Have you guys heard of Pokemon Creepypasta's though?

Creepypasta-is the web definition for short stories designed to unnerve, disturb, elicit a negative emotional response from, and scare the reader.
So imagine the cute and cuddly Pokemon dying and screaming, really. Dying. You can't revive them, you lose that Pokemon forever.
Or about you finding an old version of one of the games at a thrift store, and the Pokemon GHOST is suddenly able to catch and use to fight? Making your character really kill Pokemon and their owners?
So here at my Pokemon CreepyPastas WORLD, I am going to find all of the Pokemon CreepyPastas I can and put them up on here. And yes, All I run into. Some my be bad, as in not scary and not written well. And others may just freak you out, like some did for me.
If the story comes with a picture, I will post the picture with it. If the story comes with a video, I will defiantly post the video with it also.
*Now I can't find every Pokemon CreepyPasta ever made, so if some of you notice that one you read isn't on here, feel free to PM me and tell me the story, and I will tell you if I was looking for it and read it, or if I haven't even heard of it!*

**Fun to listen to add a creepy vibe. It's not the original Lavender Town, just a mix someone did making the themes from R/B reversed and R/B/Y playing normally at the same time...I may have that backwards...**

I will be giving my opinion about the Pokemon CreepyPastas, mainly about How creepy they are, but mostly how interesting they are to me.
I will 'grade' them with a star system, using *'s for stars.I believe five of them will be the most, me thinking they were very good, and zero of them being to where I didn't like it at all because it just seemed plain stupid to me.

Hope you enjoy

Pokemon Gold

***- I would never turn that game back on either. ._.'
------------
About a week ago, I finished Pokemon HeartGold Version, and I mean finished. I beat the Johto League, The Elite Four, the Kanto League, Red, you guys know the rest. Anyway, it really made me want to relive Pokemon Gold, since I haven’t played it since I was six. I downloaded emulators, but I really wanted to play the real thing.
So I decided I was going to buy Pokemon Gold off the internet, since they don’t sell them at GameStop any more. I bought it from a user named AeBgC244 on eBay. He wasn’t highly rated. Actually, he wasn’t rated at all, but he was selling it cheap. I thought maybe the internal battery died, but it was only $2.50 so I just said what the hell.
It came in fast, the next day in fact. The seller must have been close because the shipping was fast and free. It came in the Pokemon Red box, but he probably just lost the Gold box so I didn’t suspect anything; I barely have any of my Game Boy boxes left. Like any good story I’d read on the internet, the label was peeled off of the cartridge as well, but I didn’t care for two reasons: Those stories are just plain fake, that’s obvious. My Pokemon Red is in the same condition.
I always check the previous owner’s save file. Who wouldn’t, maybe they used a GameShark or something and made the save enjoyable to play for a little while. I was abnormally hopeful that I’d have level 110 Ho-Oh or something. The main menu screen was normal, the music was a little off-key, but it was probably just my imagination.
I pressed the Continue button. I immediately opened up the menu and his name was just “GOLD.” I guess that’s original. I looked at his trainer card and he had all eight Johto badges, but he was currently on Mt Silver, so one could only guess he beat all the Kanto trainers too.
I checked his Pokemon. He had Pikachu, Snorlax, Blastoise, Venusaur, Charizard, and Lapras. I knew he cheated because they were all pretty high leveled and as far as I remember, it’s extremely hard to get all three Kanto starters.
I was hasty to get to the menu, and didn’t realize where I was standing. I was currently right where Red would be if the previous owner hadn’t beat him. This is when I figured out it was a bootleg, though. My overworld sprite was well, Red.
All of a sudden, I heard the sound you hear when a trainer is about to battle you. The GOLD trainer sprite walked up to me and challenged me to a battle. He said what Red usually would, “……… ………” He didn’t have very high leveled Pokemon, it was as if he was a player who just unlocked Mt. Silver and challenged Red too early.

“GOLD would like to battle!” It was weird because it didn’t say “Pokemon Trainer GOLD” or anything like that. Anyway, he sent out Typhlosion, and my Pikachu took care of it easily. The cycle went on, and I beat him.
Back on the overworld map, he disappeared. He didn’t run away, he just disappeared. I tried to leave the cave before another battle happened, but I literally couldn’t move. I was just stuck on that platform. I wasn’t bored for long though, because Professor Elm’s sprite came up to me.
By then I was kind of scared. I knew it was a bootleg, but it seems pretty straightforward. Battle after battle, and I couldn’t move. I went into another battle with “Elm.”
“PkMn Professor GOLD wants to battle!” I knew I just beat Gold, so why am I fighting him again, and why is he a Professor? His trainer sprite was that of Prof. Oak’s, because Elm had no sprite for some reason.
He had every legendary in the book. His Pokemon were Mew, Mewtwo, Entei, Raikou, Suicune, and Ho-oh. They were all within the levels 95-100 range. He wiped me out. The end of the battle said “RED is out of usable Pokemon. RED blacked out!” Which was weird because the trainer’s name was GOLD.
There I was, in the bedroom at Red’s house. I knew it was his because of the NES in his room. The overworld sprite was still Red, but I had no Pokemon left. I went on to the PC, but it said “Red could not use the broken PC.” Okaaaay. I checked and Red only had Pikachu left, and it was level 5.
I went downstairs and his mom wasn’t there. Actually, nobody was there. There wasn’t any music either. “The TV doesn’t work.” Nothing worked. The PkMnGear radio was broken too. The phone still worked though, but nobody answered it.
I walked outside of his house and the scene was shocking. There was a weird Game Boy sounding wind outside, still no music. The buildings were covered in lines, which I presumed were vines. Nobody was outside and the small body of water at the bottom of the town was dried up. I checked the trainer card, and my name was now RED, though he had Prof. Oak’s sprite as well.
When I walked through the grass, there were no wild Pokemon. There was almost no life. I walked up to Viridian City, but it was just covered with bits and pieces of building tilesets, kind of like a sloppy Romhacking job. I ws walking toward the gym when it said “Pikachu died.” It didn’t faint, it died. The screen turned black and then I appeared in front of the Pokemon Tower in Lavendar.
I went inside and I could actually read the graves. It had actual names, like Oak, Elm, Blue, Green, Joey, etc. In the back of the room, there was a staircase. I tried to go up but a dialog box said “The building is decrepit. You can’t go up any further.” I couldn’t leave either. I was stuck.
I could have just made my own save now, but I was interested in this. I examined every grave until one said “It’s an empty grave. RED placed Pikachu in the grave.” After that happened, it went into a wild pokemon battle. “GOLD GHOST appeared!” It didn’t say wild before it, just that.
I didn’t have any Pokemon, so I tried running. “RED is paralyzed by fear.” It was as if in Heart Gold when a trainer comes in and talks to you mid-battle, except it was presumably the ghost. “You played as Red and you beat the game. You ever wonder what happens once you turn it off?” After that, it said “GOLD GHOST used PERISH SONG.”
The battle went away, and all of the sudden, a high pitched squeal, like a Pokemon cry, looped over and over. The screen gradually faded to Red. This scared me, and as it was happening, I turned it off. I assume Red died or something.
It wasn’t extremely scary to read, I’m sure. It’s not a horror story though, it wasn’t made to be scary. And I promise, it’s more scary when you experience it.
I’m never turning that game back on.

Odd...

-I think this one is just odd, and I have no idea how to rate it.^^;
----
A few years ago, after I had lost my Pokemon Red Version, I decided it would be a good idea to buy a new cartridge. After looking around for a few days on the internet and in used games stores, I found one on this site that I don’t remember the name of. it was cheap, only $1 USD, so I decided to get it, since if it didn’t work, I only wasted a dollar.

I ordered it, and then went to sleep that night. I had a very strange dream that night, I don’t remember much of it, but I remember something about the game that I had ordered. I seem to remember it to be a scary dream, but I could be remembering it wrong.

I waited and I waited for the game to come. I eventually decided that it wouldn’t be coming, so he stole a dollar from me, what’s that good for nowadays?

Then, the next day, after two whole months, the game finally came.

At first, I didn’t know what it was, it was in a plain white box, completely unmarked. No address or return address, so I wondered how the delivery guy knew to come to my house. I opened the box, and saw the game inside.

The cartridge was completely blank, but I suspected this to rowdy kids, as I did it to a few of my games when I was younger. I decided to try it out right away, and went to get my Game Boy, and put the game inside.

The main menu came up like normal, and I saw there was a saved game. Strangely, it was my name that was on it, but I just thought that the person must have had the same name as me.

As the game loaded, I noticed that it was at the very beginning of the game, which was strange, since it looked like the player had not taken a single step. I went downstairs as normal, and when I talked to the mother, I noticed that she had a name, which is strange in itself considering the fact that in Pokemon games, they don’t give your mother a name.

Stranger yet, however, was the fact that her name was the same as my real mother’s.

It was here I realized this was a hack, but thought that it might be a “good hack,” and that the names were simply coincidences.

After this, I did the game as normal, going into the grass above Pallet Town, but instead of seeing “Oak” in the textbox, I saw the name of my grandfather.

as I saw this, I was starting to get freeaked out. But stuff like this can happen. After we got to the lab, and “Blue” started talking, in the textbox, the name listed was the name of my brother.

I was starting to get very freaked out by now, but I decided to play the game normally. Everything was the same, except for the names. Everyone that was named had the name of one of my family members or friends.

I eventually got to the Elite 4, and this is when it started getting weird. Replacing Lorelei was my principle in 5th grade. Replacing Bruno was my former boss that had fired me. Replacing Agatha was a nanny from my childhood, and replacing Lance was a boss of the place I had just been fired from a week before.

Then, after defeating my “brother”, instead of the typical Hall of Fame Scene, the room went black.

Then, a textbox appeared.

“MYSTERIOUS VOICE: THANKYOUFORYOURCOOPERATION

IHAVEBEENWAITINGFORALONGTIME

YOURLIFEBELONGSTOMENOW”

When this came up, I was very skeptical. I waited for the game to save, then I turned it off.

The next day, I had some very important things to do, which would cost a lot of money. I called the bank to see what the balance was on my credit card.

As I talked to the lady on the phone, she said that the account had recently been canceled. I told her that I did not do this, and she replied that I had indeed done it just the day before.

I thought that this was very strange, and did not rest easy that day.

After a while, I decided to call my mother. She answered the phone very questioningly, even though she had caller ID. She asked who I was, and I told her it was me.

What she said next was very heartbreaking to me. She said that I couldn’t be her son, because “he” was visiting her right at the moment.

I thought her memory was fading, so I called my brother. He answers his phone without looking at caller ID, so I said that it was me. He asked if I was calling to rub it in.

This got me curious, so I ask him what he meant. He laughed sarcastically and said that we got in a fistfight the day before and that I had won, giving him a black eye and a brooken nose.

I hung up the phone without saying goodbye, and decided to get some rest.

When I woke up the next day, I remembered everything that had happened, and decided that my name was useless, so I should change it. So now I have no family, a different name, and complete wonder over what is happening to my family.

Where Do You Think You Are?

***- Xan and Brooke think this is pretty good!
----------------------
Where do you think you are?

In every pokemon game, there are dark caves that require the move “flash”, for you to be able to see inside them. However, have you ever tried getting through them without it?
I discovered this trick on Pokemon Gold, and have since tried it on every pokemon game I own. It works on them ALL, even previous generation red, blue, green and yellow games.

You must be in a dark cave, or anywhere that you should use flash. Walk around, fight pokemon in the dark, bump into trainers, and just keep wandering in the dark because eventually you will find a ladder that isn’t on the map. Go down it.
The screen will go black as you hear the ‘going down stairs’ noise, but it will play four times, as if you’ve just gone down four floors.
A text box will appear on the black screen saying simply, “where do you think you are?” The music is distorted for a few seconds, and the screen goes glitchy. Sometimes you might hear a ‘thud’ noise as if you’ve walked into a wall, or a distorted pokemon cry that sounds like a scream.

Then you’ll be able to see. In the older versions of the game, it simply looked like you’d found a new area that wasn’t on the map. In newer versions you can tell something is wrong because everything is in black and white.
You’ll be in a big, empty room. The four walls all have something written on them, usually your player name and the time, or the names of your pokemon. You can walk through one of the walls, which one depends on the game, if I remember rightly it’s the north wall in Diamond, and the left one in Yellow.. and so on.

When you go through the wall, you’ll be back in the overworld outside the cave. But everything will still be in black and white. The music will be slower, and lower too and occasionally it jumps. Trying to talk to people now is useless, you can’t interact with them anymore.
In pokemon Yellow, the pikachu that follows you around is now the sprite of a ghost from lavender town. If you check your pokemon, they will all be there, same stats and nicknames and moves, but all their icons are replaced by the ghost sprite.
If you go into the grass and find wild pokemon, they will almost immediately run away or flee from you.

Go back into the dark cave you came out of. This is now the only place you can fight wild pokemon and other trainers, so long as you don’t use Flash.

I discovered recently, that if you play the game like this for long enough, in that one dark cave eventually you will see a trainer that looke like you (main character icon), they stand out, because they are in colour when everything else is black and white.
However, if you try to talk to them, all that happens is that a box pops up saying “Where do you think you are?”
The screen goes black, and you hear the distored music, thud, or scream from before…
