I woke up on the couch. Funny, did I fall asleep watching T.V? Why am I not in my room..? I got up and walked towards the bathroom.
“Good morning!” Who's voice was that.. a girl.. Wishing me a good morning? I turned my head, A girl who wasn't much shorter than me, looked up at me with her sparkling brown eyes along with her glowing cheeks and joyful smile. It was Kiiro. The little intruder from last night who is now living with us.. how could I have forgotten, and I also let her sleep in my room for the night? What was I thinking !? No- It's ok. I'm being nice to Kiiro for Granny's sake. I looked down at my feet.
I brought my attention to her face “Ah..K-Kiiro...Good morning to you”
“Yaaa” She grinned. “eh.. Where's the bathroom?”
“Oh .. Uhm., I was just heading there, just follow me” I tried not to drag my feet as we headed over to the bathroom. Should I let her use it first? Should we use it together??? should I just go in first and then close the door in her face?.... I should have done that in the beginning if I knew she'd come last night.... I opened the door.
“Ah thank you Silca!” She stood behind me. Still smiling “I'll wait for you to finish, I'm going to head back to the living room! Thank you for showing me the way~”
I dont know why, but that just sounded so annoying and I feel as if she'd rather go first and if I didnt let her, I would feel guilty and then- “Ah Kiiro, Just go first .. I have to get something from my room” Damn it.. I gave in and lied
“Waah!! Really???” She looked up at me with that stupid smile and those mesmerizing eyes. “Thank you!”

The bakery was open, despite the fact that Kiiro showed up and delayed our preparations. She sat at one table and was eating the food that Granny had made her for breakfast, and i was just standing behind the corner waiting for someone to show up so i didnt have to look at those two bond. I'm not jealous or anything though.....
The bells behind the door rang, A customer! Finally I've been waiting all my life for this.....
He was tall and slender and had a jolly attitude, I think i've seen him working in the library a few times, I don't know but he's a regular, he gets bagels and has small talk with Granny often.
"Fin! Fin my boy!" Granny walked over to fin and gave him a bag of donuts and bagels "How are you?"
He smiled "Hello Granny! I'm doing great this morning! I met someone today, He's real cool!"
"Oh! Just in time, This is Kiiro, She's new here!"
Kiiro swallowed her food and waved "Hi! I'm Kiiro"
Fin waved back at Kiiro "Hey I'm Fin!"
Granny cheered ! "Well gotta go share those delights with you're new friends, dont forget to tell them where you go them! See you later Fin!"
Fin shook the bag of doughnuts and Bagels "Thanks granny' and then walked out the door.
Granny went to the kitchen and came back with more food for Kiiro
"AAAH Granny This is so delicious!" Kiiro shoved her face and looked at her plate and then at Granny in awe, and then at her plate, and then at Granny, and then her plate.
"It's nothing much" Granny rubbed the back of her neck and smiled "I'm glad you like it!"She patted Kiiro on the head
I picked up a fork and shoveled some food into my mouth as well "... I like it too..." I mumbled
Granny glared at me "Don't talk with your mouth full, Silca! Especially in front of a woman"
I pointed my fork at Kiiro “She's no older than me and plus.. she looks like a 5 year old”
“SILCA!” Granny pulled my ears “You rude little dollop of whipped cream, apologize now!”
Kiiro looked at me as she drank her orange juice.. with two hands...
“I'm sorry that you are a toddler in a 7 year old's body”
She choked and coughed and then laughed and then excused her self from the table.
“Silca you're going to take her to get registered as a townsperson here”
I groaned “I'd love to Granny......”
She frowned and then pushed me towards Kiiro
“Hey Kiiro, Wanna go somewhere with me” I tried to look away
“L-Like .. a .. a uhm.. uh, ”
“No”
“oh”
I grabbed her arm and her backpack and walked out the door “We're going on.. an.. adventure............” I murmured
She beamed “R-really?”
“No”
We walked over to the police station and I sat her down in front of Alpha, He's the main guy. “Hey Mr. Alpha sir” I waved and gestured at Kiiro “H-Hi!”
“Silca...” He sighed “I told you to stop calling me that... Alpha is just fine.” He looked at Kiiro “Who is she?”
“WELL, i'd like to tell you who she is”
He closed his eyes and then opened them and looked at me “Silca, listen I dont have time for this..”
“NO YOU HAVE TO LISTEN , THIS GIRL SHE'S”
He lifted both Kiiro and I and carried us out the door “Have a great day, and don't come back to flaunt your blossoming love”
My eye twitched and I looked at his back as he walked away “eh..............”
“So! We're a couple already??? .. Take me out to dinner first , Silca”
I screamed and picked her up and brought her to town hall. She's so.. Shes so? Asjklfsjd;kf!!
“Hello, may I speak to Contanza please?” I tried not to loose my cool infront of the receptionist because of this little devil Kiiro .
“Yes you may, shes in her office over there” She pointed and glanced at Kiiro, who was trying to get a lollipop from the bowl on the desk
“Ah Silca!! ”The lady spun around in her chair to greet us “Oh! Is she a new one here?”
“Yes.. she is”
“Ok, just give me one second!" She reached into her file cabinets and pulled out a few forms and put them on the desk in front of Kiiro
"Alright dear, So Where are your parents? are you lost? how old are you? where did you come from?"
Kiiro looked at me for help
"She ran away from home and doesn't plan on going back and she's staying with me and granny for now."
Kiiro nodded "I'm seventeen years old and im from hearthome city.. On my way here, i fell asleep on the bus and i was robbed and when i got off the bus i wound up here,"
Contanza nodded "Alright I'll register you into the system as a resident, I'll mail you your ID within a few days, does that sound ok?" She grinned
"uh.. thank you! thank you very much." Kiiro smiled back at her
"Thank you Contanza" I got up and Kiiro followed, I waved "Have a great day"
:"No problem! and Yes, thank you- you too!"
Kiiro grabbed my arm and stared at me contently
I looked at her for a split second and then looked up at the sky embarrassed "w-W-What K-Kiiro...."
"I-... I'm"
"What"
"Im..... Hungry."
And then i realized, this is only the start to real chaos.
