Hey, I'm WildGirl1977 (aka Lena). I'm a punk rocker, hence the name of the blog :)It's a play on the Ramones song "Sheena Is A Punk Rocker". I like anime (duh), sci-fi, comics, and rock and roll. Who wants to see me do an art vs artist meme?

Hey guys! Hope everyone had a nice weekend. I had a pretty good one. I don't have time to do a full update now but I'll try to log on this afternoon-I don't have work today! I get to go home!
I just uploaded a crap-ton of new stuff, so be sure to check out my portfolio when you have time. Some of it's good, and some of it's just silly. Speaking of new stuff, I'm loving that art vs artist meme that's going around. I put one together, and i'm debating whether or not to post it. I dunno, I've never put pictures of myself here. If it's something people would be interested in seeing I'll put it up, but right now I'm on the fence. What do you guys think? Let me know in rhe comments.

waiting

I submitted a wallpaper this morning and now I'm waiting for it to be approved. Waaah, I hate waiting! I'm so spoiled, I'm used to having fan art published instantly, but this is only my second wallie so I have to wait. I'm kinda worried it might get rejected. I think it might be a bit crowded-looking. I had an e-cart rejected a long time ago (it was really crappy and you couldn't read the text at all). Anyway, sorry for rambling. I'm just really excited about this wallie, I think it looks really good.

who doesn't love getting packages in the mail?

Hey guys! Hm, its been a little while since I posted new at, hasn't it? I've got a few things in progress, but since I'm working now I have less time to goof off, and it's definitely taken a toll on my productivity, art-wise. It's sad cause there's so many things I want to draw...
So I decided at the last minute to go to prom this Saturday. I have the dress, and my mom and I ordered accessories last night and they're coming Thursday. I'm also getting a Cowboy Bebop tee shirt, which I'm even more excited about than the accessories, though the accessories are pretty awesome. I ended up with fishnet tights, bangles, cat earrings, and a tattoo choker-I'm definitely gonna have to post pictures when I get them.
