Yes I'm still alive, though at times I wondered this year. I learned one important thing this past year. Being on a volunteer list for picking up extra work is not a good thing. So when it came time to decide for the upcoming semester... I asked to be taken off that list. Picking up the slack when other teachers came up short about did me in more than once.

I spent so many days barely having time to eat and sleep that I no longer care if the extra experience is valuable. I don't want it. -_- Sometimes I wondered if they were just handing over part of their own work and being lazy instead of really needing the help. I'd explain it better but I'd rather not since it kind of ticks me off a bit still.

Anyway, it's at least vacation time and I don't have to deal with any of that until the 12th of next year. Just knowing I don't have to go anywhere tomorrow if I don't want to is nice.
