Are you guys pondering what I am pondering? U know the old record players, the ones that are 50 years old...well, they have a special kind of crystal in the needles that makes them work...they're called piezoelectric crystals. You can also get piezoelectric ceramic. They give off electricity when you apply pressure. DO NOT HUGGLE A PIEZOELECTRIC CRYSTAL! I've been thinking about working them into a design I've been toying with for a hybrid car...What do you guys think about this? PM me if you think it's a good/bad idea...
