Today's field trip was awesome :D

We watched a live National Geographic presentation about genealogy and how they're using genetics to trace the many paths humans took out of Africa to populate the world that I found really interesting. I'm not a huge fan of bio, but once combined with archaeology it's not that bad ^-^

Afterwards we went to the beach! But the teacher didn't tell us *anything* about going to the beach, so we were all wearing jeans and sneakers >.> something told me in the morning before I left to wear sandals, but I decided against it. I still walked along the water, but I would've liked to go deeper.

I'm dead tired now, since, right after we got back to school, I went to help my club teacher. Me and my friends (and my sis), obviously having nothing better to do, spent about two hours stuffing envelopes for the Hollywood rep running for mayor of LA (the day before, we labeled and stamped the envelopes). It was pretty hectic, but fun...
