I would be the worst computer support person in the history of support people. I am so impatient, and get so frustrated when people don't respond quickly. I'm also finding that I'm a very visual person, so if I can't see what's going on, I get even more frustrated.
My sister's computer started acting weird, so she decided to make me help her fix it over the phone >__> I had to use the Sony support site chat, then relay all the info to her. It took almost 2 HOURS!! Gah, horrible way to waste my evening >.<"
At least it's fixed. She better not break it anytime soon...
