Hello there. Welcome to my world of Random Thoughts. In this world I’ll be posting stuff about anime and manga. Not to mention various other topics. I may post the occasional music video every now and than. And from time to time, I’ll just talk about my life in general. But first, here are a few things about me.

I was born an only child, for one thing. Originally I was planning to go into art professionally, but recently I’ve been more inclined towards writing. I still do the occasional wallpaper every now and then though, and I also still draw a little. But much of my energy these days goes into writing fan fiction. I’ve also recently become interested in archive and library work, which is something I’ve discovered I’m good at. Finally, like most people on the Internet, I like cats.

New Feature and...?

Well, we now have the new feature that we earned from the challenge slam. I'm not sure how useful it will be at the moment, but I'm sure I'll find out.

There's apparently also some "big news" coming. I'm sure it's good, whatever it is, but I usually get nervous whenever I hear that someone has "big news" to report. o-o

Well, I guess that TheO is starting to go through some changes, and hopefully for the better.

Okay, so my wallpaper challenge: Ice To See You, has ended. I'm very pleased with how many people entered. Although a few probably did only because of the challenge slam. Still, it was a huge success. It was also kind of a hard challenge to judge because there were so many entries. I was a little disappointed because almost everyone played it safe and just did a winter scene when they could've done a wallpaper of an ice-type Pokemon like Articuno, or a wallpaper depicting a character who had some control snow and or ice like Rukia from Bleach. Still, these were all very good entries, but there can be only three winners. So here they are!

7-Day Challenge Slam Thoughts

So we have this seven day challenge slam that TheO has going right now. I'm not quite sure if it's very good at encouraging more people to make and or enter challenges. I mean the threat of taking away a feature if we don't do a certain amount of entries might be a little too much pressure. Yes, I'm planning to enter at least two challenges, but I'm not a machine. I can't just churn out wallpapers at the drop of a hat. I'm sure a lot of other people here at TheO are like that too. I think either TheO needs to make this challenge slam longer, or just not threaten to remove a feature. At the very least, they can just take away the feature they just gave us for the comment slam. I know that a lot of people aren't too happy about that one. That's all I have to say on the subject.

Another Typo Corrected

By now, many of you have seen a wallpaper that I've previously done show up in your backrooms again.

This Wallpaper to be precise.

That's because this morning I discovered a major typo. I misspelled "Cthulhu", which is an easy mistake to make. But it wasn't a typo I could let pass. I tried editing the original and resubmitting it, but for some reason TheO wouldn't display the corrected version. So I went ahead and just deleted the original version and submitted the corrected one. So sorry for the inconvenience, and for probably spaming everyone's backrooms with this post.

Just thought I'd remind everyone that my current wallpaper challenge, Ice To See You, ends at the end of this week. So if you were planning to enter but haven't yet, now is the time to do it.
