I don't know if the bladder control issues are due to the stroke or not, but I think that's a good possibility. However, my dad and I don't know for sure if my cat has bladder control issues or not. My dad only found a urine stain on the small rug in front of his litter box, and what I'm thinking right now is that my cat could be having a little trouble getting into his litter box. It's one of those models that has the cover with the little door on the front, and with his current mobility issues he could just be having a little trouble getting inside the thing.
That's really awesome news for your cat! The fur loss is probably because he's been sick, I'm sure once he's back to normal the fur loss will stop.
His bladder control issues aren't because of the stroke, are they?
