As some of you probably know, today is my birthday, and here is how I spent some of it so far. First, my aunt took me out to Red Lobster for lunch. They have such great popcorn shrimp. After that, my aunt and I went to Borders for some book shopping. I ended up buying the third and fourth volumes of the Code Geass manga. I also tried getting the rest of this manga anthology called Code Geass Queen, but Borders only had the first volume of said anthology, and I already have the first volume of Queen. After Borders was Best Buy, and I went there hoping to get Gundam SEED Destiny on DVD. Unfortunately, the anime section of this Best Buy was not only small, but it was also picked clean. They didn't have any anime that I wanted. I guess I'm going to have to try ordering Gundam SEED Destiny online again. I tried ordering Destiny online once before a few years ago, and they sent me the original Gundam SEED instead, which I already had. I'll try again though. After Best Buy, my aunt and I went to Target where I bought some new Yu-Gi-Oh! cards. I bought two packs of Starstrike Blast and four packs of Duelist Pack Yusei Fudo 3. Unfortunately, I was still unable to find Formula Synchron (Arrrgh!) but the Duelist Packs had a couple of cards that can help me summon Formula Synchron, Boost Warrior and Stardust Xiaolong. So I'd be lying if I said that today went exactly the way I wanted it to, but it was still a good day as birthdays go.
