Ladies and gentlemen, the great Phil Collins.

So as it turns out, this Phil Collins song was the theme for a movie of the same name (Against All Odds). That film was on TV tonight, so I decided to give it a look. The fact that the film launched the Phil Collins song was a factor of course. But I also watched it because it also stared Jeff Bridges and James Woods, a couple of real good actors. The movie wasn't all that bad. I mean it was well done, but it was also kind of dark and the ending was pretty much a downer. I'm still not quite sure if I like this movie or not. I recorded it, so I may watch it again to decide.

Anyway, not much else going on at the moment. I'm almost done with the fanfic I'm currently working on. But right now I'm just chilling out and enjoying these last few days of December. I think this period between Christmas and New Years is one of my favorite times of the year. This is the time of year where one can just relax and not really have to worry about much of anything else for a bit.

Tomorrow I plan to do a little post-Christmas shopping with my aunt. We were going to try and see that Mandela movie too, but my aunt doesn't think we'll have the time. Just as well though. I'd rather just shop than see a movie at the moment. One item I'm going to try and get is that one Yu-Gi-Oh! card tin I didn't get at Christmas. I'm also going to try and get my hands on some new manga. I've been thinking of giving the manga version of A Certain Scientific Railgun a try. I've heard good things about the anime, but haven't seen it. Of course just because the anime is good, doesn't mean that the manga is.

So that's what's been going on with me for anyone who cares. I hope everyone else is having a relaxing post-Christmas too.
