Rested

Ladies and gentlemen, Gordon Lightfoot.

Sorry if the chosen song for this post is a little cornball for most of you reading. This is one of the songs I prefer to listen to when I'm really trying to relax. Anyway, I thought everyone would like to know that I managed to get a decent night's sleep last night. I got to bed a little bit after midnight, which is usually when I go to bed. Except on Saturdays, that is. Saturday nights I stay up much later in order to watch Sword Art Online (I really wish Toonami would run that show in an earlier time slot).

Back to my main topic, I had kind of a wild dream last night. Though I remember very little about it. Something about a giant meatball and some european guy who wanted to fight me. I think Africa was involved too somehow, I have no idea. But I'm a lot more rested than I was yesterday. I'm still debating with myself whether or not to do anymore writing today. I'm probably better off just taking the rest of the afternoon off at this point. Otherwise I'll probably just end up working until 9:00 tonight and be all worn out again. Yet I can't help but want to do another chapter of my current story.

This imagination of mine really can be a double-edged sword at times. Sometimes I get so obsessed with working on a particular story that I can't stop thinking about it. My brain just keeps working on it. That is my blessing and my curse I suppose. Anyway, that's what's going on with me at the moment.
