I think that more or less covers it for this month's post, except for one thing. I have to acknowledge that we're not only close to the end of the month, but also the end of an entire year. Looking back, I'd say this year has been kind of a rough one, not just for me but for a lot of people. One of the big reasons for that is because of the orange maniac living in the White House right now. I don't know if anyone reading bothered to watch Trump's big end of the year address to the country. I certainly didn't because I had better things to do than listen to the ravings of a senile old man. From what I've gathered, the summary of the address seems to be Trump saying, "I'm great! The country's great! Everything that's wrong now is Biden's fault! And all of you idiots at home are too stupid to see it!"

I would think that it's becoming clear to more and more people that there is something wrong with Trump's mind, or at least I hope that's the case. A few weeks ago Trump responded to criticism about his idiotic tariffs by saying that the country is making so much money off these tariffs that in a few years, Americans will no longer have to pay taxes. I barely have a rudimentary understanding of tariffs myself, and even I know that's not how it works! Then there's this thing Trump said about lawn mowers that I only just found out about while writing this post.

So apparently I have a genius level I.Q. because I can operate a simple battery powered lawnmower. But seriously, it should be clear to everyone that there is something wrong with Trump's brain! He either has dementia, or a brain tumor, or...something! The thing is none of the other Republicans who are in power right now aren't going to admit that there's something wrong until Trump does something too outrageous for them to explain or rationalize away like say, taking his pants off in the middle of a press briefing. I get the feeling that it's only a matter of time before Trump does something like that. The problem is all the damage the psycho will do before things finally get to that point.

Sorry for the mini rant about the psycho that the majority of our country stupidly elected president in spite of the obviously better choice at the time. Getting back on topic, it has been a rough year but there have been some good things that have happened during it. The two items that immediately spring to mind are the debut of Pokémon Legends: Z-A and the Kowloon Generic Romance anime. Anyway, I'm hoping that the next year will be better. We certainly have at least a couple of things in the next year to look forward to.
