Entry Fee: Something that is taken away from a Player before they can play the Game. The fee is not chosen by the Player, it is merely taken. The entrance fee should be what your character values most. It can be a variety of things--personality traits, memories, physical objects, people, skills, etc!
About: A brief description of your character's physical appearance and personality. For Players, perhaps include motives for playing the Game. Save the other in-depth stuff for during the roleplay! There will be plenty of opportunities to tell your story. Also, if you have a reference picture, feel free to link it!
Why do you wish to play?: A brief statement of interest! Don't worry about being formal or anything, I'm just curious!
Skype: Optional. You'll be added to a group chat that will be used during the roleplay for out-of-character shenanigans.
