This is my world for anything that I am watching, have watched, am reading, have read...You get what I mean :) I'm not at all good at writing reviews so I'll just write anything I think about the thing...Laughing is absolutely allowed :D

A Million Little Pieces by James Frey

It's been forever since I updated this world, so I thought I should

I read A Million Little Pieces by James Frey almost a week ago and it was a really weird but enlightening experience for me. This is not actually a novel, it's a memoir in which James Frey has told the story of his drug addiction and his recovery from it. It's a very strongly written memoir and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone younger than 18 years.

It also has a sequel called My Friend Leonard.

The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath

I just finished reading The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath and it was a very unexpected novel for me. Set iin the 1950s it revolves around a 19 year old girl called Esther Greenwood who goes through a period of mental instability and the journey in which she regains herself, the bell jar refering to the device which was used to give electrocution to mental patients...It was quite a short novel and very imaginative too...For those who are into serious reading I recommend this.

Burnt Shadows by Kamila Shamsie

These days I've been reading the Burnt Shadows by Kamila Shamsie, and wow this novle is a whirlwind of adventures...The story starts from the atomis bombing in Nagasaki goes on the partition of Sub-continent on to a brief stay in Istanbul and back to Pakistan and on to America after 9/11! I find this book quite intimidating to tell you the truth, their are just do many places! Still, the story is intriguing and I'd give it an 8 out of 10

The Shopaholic series by Sophie Kinsella

Hey guys^^ These day I'm reading the Shopahloic series by Sophie Kinsella. They are good fun books, unrealistic chick flicks that just make you burst with laughter in every other scene. Its story revoloves around the life of Becky Bloomwood who is really obesessed with shopping but remains in denial about it. She's a very dim-witted girl who has a flair for spending too much money and going into big debts. But she's also witty and very funny and tends to get good luck in the end. The fun fact is that the movies 'Confessions of a Shopaholic' is made up of different scenes of the first three books in the series.

The covers of all six books:

Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson

Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson is a beautiful book. It was a very tragic books and wonderfully written. This is its review on Goodreads.com. It also has a movie.

Melinda Sordino busted an end-of-summer party by calling the cops. Now her old friends won't talk to her, and people she doesn't even know hate her from a distance. The safest place to be is alone, inside her own head. But even that's not safe. Because there's something she's trying not to think about, something about the night of the party that, if she let it in, would blow her carefully constructed disguise to smithereens. And then she would have to speak the truth. This extraordinary first novel has captured the imaginations of teenagers and adults across the country.

I donot own this expert.
