In other news, I'm leaving for a six-week trip to Taiwan in a couple hours! *dances* I'm not sure if there'll be a scanner available to me or not, so there might be some inactivity around here, art-wise...But hopefully I'll be able to submit some of my older works.
Anyways. Yeah. That's pretty much it. And I know not all of you have a DeviantArt, but please check out my new deviation, titled "Life Drawing." I'm not allowed to post it up on theO because it has nudity in it (but it's not suggestive or anything). But please give me some critique or at least specific comments? Yay!! School's finally out! Now I just have to do my summer reading packet. 
It was really cool though...The last two days of school were only four hours long each, so we could just go home and cram for the following final relax. =D We've been having one hour of strength and injury prevention conditioning followed by two hours of open gym for volleyball twice a week, which has been very tiring but also very fun. Everyone wanted a break though, so there's only conditioning next week. The lazy people. Now I don't get another open gym for the rest of the summer, since I'm gonna be in Taiwan all July. Gr.
Anywho. I got to go to a birthday party on Thursday, which was a lot of fun! We pretty much just hung out and didn't do anything special, but it was nice. We played tons of games on my old school's campus (my friend's house is within walking distance from there), and I got tons of grass stains. =p
Then yesterday I had a piano recital! I played a super long and hard piece by Chopin that I've been working on since like February, so I REALLY wanted my hard work to pay off and just play it perfectly...Buuuut I think I could have done better last night. I guess it's all finished now though, so oh well. =S
Also today I'm hosting a goodbye party for G-man. He leaves this Tuesday, and I'm gonna go to the airport to say bye to him too. =)
Well, I'll stop blabbing and leave you guys with a video of the piece I played...obviously that's not me playing though. XD
Almost there!! School officially ends the 19th, but since that day is only for making up finals, I only have to stay through Wednesday, and Tuesday and Wednesday next week are both shortened days! OH MY GOD I CAN'T WAIT. We have finals all next week, but they're all going to be really easy, so I feel pretty confident about it...On Wednesday, our last period is 4th, when I have racquet sports with a friend, and we are seriously considering skipping that period and just leaving school (for the entire year!) early. XD Don't get me wrong - we're both very good little girls and never skip...But it'd be totally pointless to stay at school just to play tennis for two hours. And it's not even exciting tennis. Our teacher just makes us do the same thing every day, so everyone's always sick of it and not even trying. =p
In other news, THE WEATHER IS GOING CRAZY ALL OVER THE WORLD! What the heck is going on? On the East coast it's super hot, in the midwest there are tons of tornadoes and storms, and here in the Northwest IT'S FREAKING COLDER THAN SIBERIA (no seriously, it said in our newspaper that on Tuesday our city's average temperature was lower than Siberia's). It's mid-50s through mid-60s now when we normally get 70s-80s this time of year. It hasn't been this cold in June since like the 1890s or something like that, according to our local news. WTF?! And it's rainy and windy and COLD - and people are wearing their Northfaces and Uggs - and it's THE MIDDLE OF JUNE. WTF?! Usually by May people are in their shorts and t-shirts!
Maybe global warming? Keep in mind that global warming doesn't mean that everywhere just turns into desert...Some places get colder, some wetter, some dryer, and some hotter...It's just that overall the Earth's average temperature increases. =S This is kind of worrisome. Seriously, the effects of GW are being seen centuries earlier than originally predicted.
Anywho. I gotta finish up on projects, studying, etc. for finals. CAN'T WAIT FOR SCHOOL TO BE OVER!! I'm going back to Taiwan this summer!!! =DD

Uuuuuggghhh stupid speech sub! We had a sub today for speech class, and we had had her before, and she was really nice...But today she was a total bitch (excuse the language, but she really was). We had NO idea WHAT was wrong with her today, but GGGAAAAHH!! She yelled at us for ANYTHING we would say or do or whatever! This one guy was sick and wanted to go outside to fill up his water bottle, and the water fountain is just RIGHT across the hall from the classroom, and she just wouldn't let him go because "I remember last time I let you go and you didn't come back!" And it wasn't even him! IT WASN'T EVEN OUR PERIOD. WTF?! And he would be like, "But I'm sick-" And she'd just cut him with a "NO!" for every two words he said! Then she let other people go out to the bathroom or to get water or whatever!
Not only that she was yelling at us about how "immature" we are and how she's "so worried" about us and how "disappointed" she was in our school cuz apparently her kids graduated from here and OF COURSE her kids are just AMAZING. -_-' Then she was screaming at these people like - and I quote directly - "DID YOU NOT HEAR ME? OR ARE YOU DEAF?! THERE IS NO TALKING! NO NOISE! NOTHING!" And proceeded with "YOU HAVE TO LEARN TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS, FOR ONE THING. AND THAT'S BEEN GOING ON SINCE THE FIRST GRADE!"
"I'M JUST TRYING TO HELP YOU GUYS GET 20 POINTS! JUST DO THE ASSIGNMENT! NO! YOU CAN'T DO IT ON THE BACK OF THE PAPER! GET YOUR OWN PAPER OUT!" And not everyone had even brought paper because we were supposed to listen to speeches today. But of course she goes, "I DON'T WANT TO HEAR ABOUT IT. YOU'RE A STUDENT. IT'S YOUR JOB TO BRING YOUR MATERIALS TO SCHOOL. WHEN YOU GET A JOB AND DON'T BRING WHAT YOU NEED I'M GOING TO BE REAL WORRIED ABOUT YOU!"
WTF?!! UUUGGGHH I just wanted to punch her in the face so bad!!!
Whew. Okay. Now that I've written you guys a novel I'll shut up and leave you with a fanart I submitted a looonnng time ago but never mentioned here.

Oh my goodness.
I disappeared for an entire month from this site. Oops. I'll have to check up on everyone once I'm done posting here... X__x
I guess not much has happened though, so there's nothing really to report. End of the school year is coming up FINALLY, and people have started worrying about finals....GRR. Plus my mom's making me apply to this one scholarship or something that's not even for college...The due date is this Friday, and I've only JUST finished all the forms and crap...Uuuurrrgghh. I was supposed to write a letter of recommendation for a Chinese library I volunteer at...or rather, they were supposed to write it for me but they just told me to write it and they'd sign it. XD But yeah. I let my mom take a look at it this morning RIGHT when I was about to go out to volunteer for them again. She yelled at me for giving it to her last-minute and how much it sucked. X_X Then I tried calling them to let them know I'd get there late but no one picked up, so I guess they're closed for Memorial Day weekend...And my mom yelled at me about not clarifying that last week and how I never get things straight. Ooops.
But at least there's no school tomorrow!! haha
Okay well I can't think of anything else to write about so I'm off to check up on you guys~!
