"Really?" I gushed, "That is so cool!" I smiled innocently at Yuuta. "What do you do on the weekends for fun?"
He stopped short, smiled, and said, "Enough about me."
Oh, he was one of those guys. The let's-not-talk-about-me-let's-talk-about-you kind. But as I started talking a little about myself, I found he seemed to not really care about what I did for fun or what kind of movies I liked. He was like a puzzle, and i was going to figure out what kind of guy he was.
Quit acting like a bimbo, you are embarrassing yourself, Axel told me with disgust in his voice. He is obviously not crushing on you like that!
I frowned, Shut up! What do you know? I can try can't I?
Axel sighed, Don't say I didn't warn you!
"What's wrong?" Yuuta asked me suddenly, breaking Axel's and my connection we had going.
I blinked, "What?" I really didn't know what he was talking about.
"You had a very unhappy look on your face all of a sudden," he informed me.
"Oh, did I?" I asked, my cheeks turning red from embarrassment. Usually I was good at not letting the emotions out like that. "I was just a little lost in thought."
Lost in something all right- but not in thought, Axel sneered.
Yuuta seemed to except the answer and we kept going.
"Tell you what?" Koari asked suddenly. I had heard the two girls whispering to each other about the cold. What were they hiding?
