((had a story in mind today... and the plot line will hopefully be interesting. Please read and review the small beginning of this <3))
Friends? Not a single one. Family? Ignored by all. Others? Let's just say I'm on my own. I go by many names at school, and not a single person calls me by my real name. This life I'm living has been completely going downhill. I doubted that anything could change it, until that one day.
I sat in class, head down on the desk, ignored by others, like everyday that passed by. I never had any friends. Well, any real ones at least. I've been driven to many solutions to try and end this lonely world of mine, but i've always chickened out, on the hopes that something would save me. One day, much like any other, somehow changed the moment class started.
"Class," Our teacher began. I sat in the back, like I always have, and listened in on the announcement. "We have a new student today. I'd like to introduce Izaya. He'll be joining our class from now on."
I glanced up without any interest, but as soon as the new student stepped into the room, my eyes flashed with amazement. He was tall, handsome, and looked flawless. His hair was dark blue, almost black, and was tied back into a downwards ponytail. His eyes were were bright like sapphires. Wait. Why was I noticing these things? Looking around the room, I swear I could just hear all the girls in the class swoon over the new boy. Sighing, my hopes drowned underneath the other girls interests, knowing that I wouldn't have had a chance even if I tried. I brought my gaze back down onto the desk once again.
The teacher began to speak again. "I hope you all take care of Izaya, class." She 'hmm-ed' as she thought of where to place the new kid. "There is a free seat in the back next to Lily. You may take that one if you like." The boy quickly said 'Thank you', his voice was smooth and magical. I kept my gaze on the desk as the chair next to mine scooted back and Izaya took his seat.
The teacher stared the lesson for the day and I took out my notes and began to write. After several nagging minutes, i felt the sense of being watched. I glanced up from my notes over to the new kid. To my surprise, he was staring at me. More amazing, he didn't look away when I caught his eye. Instead, he smiled warmly at me.
"Hey, Lily." Izaya said, making my cheeks heat up for some reason. "I hope we can be friends." His smile widened to something more opening.
Flustering, I quickly buried all my attention into my schoolwork again. Thoughts rushed left and right through my mind. The main one insisted on poking at me over and over again. Someone has actually talked to me, and with a smile. Was this the small light of hope I've been waiting for?
((WANT MORE!? ....Please tell me, I'll be glad to continue. If not? ...then.... wasted story idea will be trashed. 8D))
