At a different side of town, quite the group of people was crowded around a private plane. Girls were screaming as they waited for the rumored prince to finally show himself. The said prince was preparing himself in front of a mirror, his servant right beside him, helping.
“Dino, mon ami. How do I look?” The Prince asked, turning back and forth to look over his casual yet fancy outfit.
The prince was a tall blonde Frenchman, with hair that stopped just above his shoulders. He had royal blue eyes, and a bit of stubble upon his chin. With the way he was dressed, he might as well have been going to a night club. But then again, he did every night until he was cut off.
His servant, on the other hand, was just as tall, and around the same age. His blonde hair was spiked, but slicked back to suit the ‘proper servant outfit.’ He sighed before he answered. “You look like you do all the time, signore.” His Italian accent was quiet, but definitely heard.
“Mon ami! We’ve been friends since we were enfants! Why don’t you treat me as such, hm?” The prince turned, pouting.
“I was raised to be your servant, signore. I have to treat you like this.”
“Non. I refuse to allow you to continue acting that way with me. You will treat me formally and we will be friends. Not ‘master to servant.’” The Prince nodded, giving his final word.
“But… Francis. It is hard, don’t you see? I was brought into your family to serve you, not to befriend you.”
Francis shrugged. “I’ve been cut off anyways, I’m sure this won’t make a difference, mon ami.”
The two young men opened the door to the plane and stepped out, Francis first. Girls screamed and were held back by tight security. It didn’t help when the prince winked and blew kisses to everyone. Dino sighed and rolled his eyes. “Francis, you’ve been given a goal, so stick to it and stop messing around. This is why you got in trouble in the first place, amico.”
“Oui, oui.” Francis said, waving off his friend. “But before that, let’s have a little fun, no? We have til tonight before the party. So let’s kill some time~!”
Francis jumped down off the steps to talk and mingle with some of the girls in the crowd. Dino was left behind to do what he pleased. He sighed, walking down the steps and stopping at the bottom. The prince was too far into the crowd for him to even be retrieved. It wasn’t worth it to get him at the moment, anyways.
Mingling went on for a while and Dino got bored waiting and almost fell asleep standing up. He didn’t even realize that a blonde Englishman took place next to him. Francis stumbled out of the crowd, laughing and headed towards his servant. “Dino, mon ami! Come join me~ Oh? Who’s your friend?”
Dino blinked and looked next to him. The Englishman smiled a bit and bowed to the two. “Hullo. I’m Arthur Kirkland. It’s quite a pleasure to meet a prince.”
Francis chuckled. “Now now. I’m just like all of you while I’m here. No need to be so formal with me.”
“Yes, well. I’m here to offer a service to you.” The Englishman smirked.
“Er. Thank you, mon ami, but… we are not interested. I’m only interested in women you see and-“
Francis was cut off by an irritated reply. “I’m not offering you that kind of service, twit!” He was silent for a moment until he cleared his throat. “I mean. I’m a magician. And I’d like to offer you a free one time trial.” He held out his hand. “Care to take my offer?”
“Sir…” Dino whispered to the prince. “Don’t you think that this is a bit sketchy?”
“Nonsense, mon ami!” Francis grinned, whispering back. “Haven’t you learned to live a little yet? What’s wrong with having a little fun?” He turned to Arthur and shook his hand. “You have a deal, mon ami.”
Arthur smirked mischievously, taking his hand back. “Good… Now if you’ll just follow me to my… office. Of sorts.” He turned, the cape he wore flowing behind him as the wind passed through. Francis and Dino followed, one more suspicious than the other, but both unknowing of what they were running into.
