Bio: Elijah seemed differnet from an early age, since the day he was born he seemed to be attracted to certain artifacts, especially golden ones. However, some of these artifacts seemed to react to his presence, causing small fires to start from them. While many merely found this ability odd, a small band of extremists feared that it was a bad omen. So one night, when Elijah was about 3 years old, they kidnapped him and took him to a historical sacrifice site. Here, they lit the old altar and burned Elijah in an attempt make an offering and stop any coming disaster. However, they quickly found that the flames wouldn't burn him, and his body changed slightly in the fire. Stunned, the group watched as the fire grew brighter, and by the time they realized what was happening it was too late, the next day a missionary named Pastor Gambel found young Elijah lying asleep next to the altar in the middle of the scorched remains of the ancient site. Confused, yet concerned, Gambel took the boy, as well as the altar, which fascinated him, back to his church. Here, Gambel raised Elijah as his own, and it was during this time that Elijah learned to use his strange fire abilities through the altar he was once "sacrificed" upon. However, as Elijah grew older, Gambel felt it was time for Elijah to move on and find his own destiny. And so, Elijah left with only one of Gambel's white robes on his back, the Golden Altar, and a strange black playing card that had been the only thing in Elijah's possesion when Gambel found him. After heading out on his own, Elijah encountered a mysterious woman who would only identify herself as "Lady Luck". She claimed to have been the one to give him the card he held and that it was a a symbol of her "blessing". Skeptical, but curious of the woman's knowledge of his past Elijah listened to her as she told him there would be others to receive her "blessing" including his brother. Upon hearing that he even had a brother Elijah was filled with questions but the woman suddenly touched Elijah's forehead and sent Elijah into a short slumber. Whenever, Elijah awoke "Lady Luck" was gone, but Elijah somehow now knew how to use the playing card. With questions filling his head, Elijah decided to search for his brother and others like him, hoping he may find the answers.

This is Beth. She was Izzy's (his bio is below) first girlfriend. However, when she was 17 (and two months from graduating highschool) she died from a heroin OD. It was her first time using. She loved making costumes, and redesigning clothes.
Martha (Marty) Kane. She's pretty geeky, and loves anime, video games, Monty Python and happy-happy-hardcore. Marti is 26, and majored in photography. She's a freelance photographer.

Victoria (Tori) Elizabeth Starr. She's the bass player in a band called adhd. She's 24 years old, and has a day job as a nanny for four kids. (a 13yr old, a 7yr old, and two 4yr olds)
Gwendolyn (Gwen) Lalia Hope Swanson. She's 20, a writer, has Cystic Fibrosis, and is very sweet and girlish. She's very tiny, and often carries herself like a little girl. As such, people treat her like one. She was adopted mainly as a playmate for her older sister Loreena, and when the Cystic Fibrosis was discovered her parents quickly grew to resent adopting her. That resentment showed itself in their actions towards her, and have left scars on her still. One scar being her childlike behavior.
William (Will) Valentine. He's 29, currently out of work, Jewish, ex-womanizer, and very charismatic. What Will may lack in traditional "good looks" he makes up for in charm.
Sebastian Polish-Last-Name-I-Can't-Spell. He's in twenties. His family immigrated to the US when he was a kid, maybe 7 or 8. They moved to Baltimore Maryland. Sebastian's best friend was Italian, so he spent a lot of time in Little Italy. As a result he learned very excellent Italian...But his English leaves a lot to be desired. Sebastian loves cooking. All kinds of cooking. He's obsessed.
Daisy Flower. No one's quite sure if that's her given name or is she made it up. 26. Daisy not only dresses like a hippy - she is one. She works for and with several causes like Wells for Africa, Green Peace, Food not Bombs, Not For Sale Campaign and several others. She's into yoga and inner peace. She's vegan generally (except when she's in places where Vegan food is not totally available). She's spent time working in South Central LA with troubled kids/teenagers, building/fixing up homes for families in need, and in Haiti distributing food.
Daisy is also known for taking in and saving stray animals, and people. She's worked very hard, devoting most free time to others.
Matt Coburn. 27. Matt is very quiet,and fidgety. He's a little shy, thinks small talk is overrated and unnecessary, and cannot stay still. He was expelled from highschool for fighting, and has struggled very hard to make a living. Matt is homeless, partly by choice, and partly because he can't afford an apartment. He was originally one of Daisy's charity cases, but worked his way into the group. He insists on repaying people any way he can when they help him. Despite what people may initially think, Matt is very happy with his life(now), and is at peace with himself.
Isaac (Izzy) McCoy. 23. Want-to-be rockstar, lead singer/guitarist for band adhd. He's as stubborn as he is musically gifted. Izzy has been offered music-contract-things before, but only if he changes his band. He steadfastly refuses, and so they're still pretty underground(though they're fairly popular in Seattle and San Francisco). He is obsessed with Nirvana, is vegan, has several tattoos(ranging from homemade to professional), has several piercings (snake bites, and ear piercings), and has several scars from cutting/burning himself. Izzy is a recovering heroin addict, and it hasn't been easy. He's got an extensive drug history, has been diagnosed as Manic Depressive(bipolar), self injures and has tried committing suicide several times. Don't let all this distract you though, he really is a good guy. Just very troubled and self-loathing. Izzy has wealthy parents and relies heavily on them, though he's trying to find a good job so he doesn't need their money. He has two older brothers, Nate and Mark, and very critical parents. Mark is very kind to Izzy, but his other family members don't know how to deal with him...So they don't. Izzy was practially raised by his nanny (a Venezuelan immigrant) and speaks fluent Spanish. And Izzy is very skilled at pretending to be happy, drug free, or even a completely different person.

Loreena Winter Swanson. 21. Loreena is artistic, loyal, a bit wild, and boy crazy. She loves painting, parties, baking, and her friends. She's currently dating Sebastian, and they bond over a mutual love for cooking. She's always sacrificing herself for the people she loves. Some examples: She worked at Hooters so Gwen wouldn't have to live at home, and she took in a drug addict (Izzy) at his lowest point when everybody else ditched. Loreena is very strong, and very kind.

Personality: Friendly, protective of friends, sensitive but can take a joke, not a morning person, is there for his friends whenever they are having distress, is always either the voice of reason or the one that's causing the chaos, has some mechanical knowledge.

Past: Lived a pretty normal life in a small town until the age of twelve when he decided to leave home because he realized that he had no future where he was living. After three years of traveling the countryside, helping small villages with miscellaneous problems, word of him started to spread. Although it wasn't much, he began to become uncomfortable being recognized so readily because he knew he wasn't as experienced as some of the people made him out to be. One of the people that he had run into a few times who had become one of his best friends, Akari Yasutora, told him of a wise old man a couple days away that would train him in secrecy. He picked up on many of the techniques well but was impatient at times earlier on in his training, feeling that he could go farther than he was realistically able to. And every time that happened, the wise teacher would let him proceed and let him fail all the same. Thus Satoru quickly learned the meaning of patience. A year into his training, he left the man's house because Akari's birthday was coming up. Even though Satoru did not get to meet with his close friends, Akari, Ayumi, Ren, Kamari, Rika, and Fumiko, during his training, they sent letters to him encouraging him. When Akari's sixteenth birthday arrived, Satoru decided that he would temporarily leave his training and go spend time traveling the countryside again with his friends. The old man spoke to him and said, "You have learned much in the time you have been here. Let me give you this." It was the that he had forged using Satoru's help. Satoru thanked his master and left for the village where some of Akari's friends were celebrating his sixteenth birthday. In the middle of the celebration, Satoru, Akari, and two other people that were there learned that they were four of the seven angels that protected the seven elements. Satoru was recognized as the angel of earth and now he is traveling with some of his friends to go find the other three angels.

Clothing (on daily bases): lots of long flowy skirts, and sweaters, long sleved t-shirt. she wears nude frosted lipstick, and very light eye makeup, however, she doesn't wear makeup everyday.
Misc: Gwendlyn has Cystic Fibrosis, because of which she has to use an inhaler, go to the doctor a lot, takes lots of meds, do chest pysiotheropy, and eat very calorie filled, high fat content food. She also suffers from mild to moderate anemia, making her very pale, have a lot of headaches, get dizzy often, tire out easily, and have trouble consentrating. She is always really cold (from having a very low body fat ratio). (all that stems from having CF! And if you just read it all I'm impressed!)
Oh, and she works at Starbucks!

himself, Akari!! .gives self round of applause. I'm new to theO and I wanted to create a world that would let people see the creative genius of others. So, I created "RPC's UNITE!!!" For those of you that dont know, a rpc (Role Play Character) is basically a original character that you put in stories that you write. You can also put your rpc's into stories that are based off of different tv shows, movies, games, ect. For example my rpc, Akari Yasutora, is in not only my original stories but also stories involving Naruto. I created this world so that people cannot only have people share their rpcs with other but also to request the use of someone else's rpc in an up and coming story, manga, drawing/painting, ect. To get you guys started i'll show you my rpc.
