I was working as a waitress in this "fancy" commoner restraunt. Currently, I was taking orders, going from table to table, keeping up my fake cheerful face. Walking into the kitchen, I saw a few other waitresses, whispering.
"Who is he?" they were asking eachother, "He's so hot! He must be rich! But why would he be here." There was only one rich person who would come to a restraunt like this. Quickly, I walked over to the group of girls.
"Anyone actually going to take his order?" I asked. The just looked at me. Next thing I knew, they were pushing me out of the kitchen, toward the booth of the guy. Sighing, I walked over and slapped on a smile.
"Hello, may I take your order?" I asked.
"Zaphea?!" exclaimed Tamaki, "You work here?"
"Shut up, if you like life," I told him, "Make any bigger of a seen here, and your a dead man."
"Bigger?" he questioned.
"Every fricken girl here are staring at us," I told him. Gawd! His obliviousness got really annoying. "Now, may I take your order?" I gritted my teeth.
"Do you have giant tuna?" he asked. Uh! We're not a rich restraunt!
"No, this isn't your little mansion, so order something on the menu."
"Hmm, then I'll have the sea food medley," he told me. I quickly wrote it down.
"Drink?" I asked.
"Sparkling water."
"Water." I said as I wrote.
"No, sparkling water," he countered.
"Refer to what I have already said." Then I walked back to the kitchen. Just as I had suspected, the girls overwhelmed me.
"I already knew the guy!" I told them in fustration. WRONG! Shouldn't have said that!
"Introduce me!" they all started yelling. Suddenly, my claustrophobia kicked in, as I was surrounded my a huge, heaping mass of girls closing in around me. I started feeling naucious.
Then I was being lifted and carried away. Looking over and trying not to be sick, I saw that Mori had slung me over his shoulder. I would have protested, but I was afraid that if I opened my mouth, it wouldn't be words coming out.
Eventually, I took gulping breaths of open air. Gently, I was set down.
"So, you were stalking me," I said as I looked up to see Kyouya, Mori, Hunney, and the twins, but Tamaki wasn't there. All of them looked surprised to see me.
"No," said Kyouya, "We were following Tamaki, since he normally stirs up that kind of raucus, to save the unfortunate soul who gets attacked by the girls. In this case, it was you."
"Guess you caught me in time," I said. "Those girls would have been full of puke if Mori didn't grab me. I kind of have claustrophobia."
"How can you 'kind of' have claustrophobia?" asked the twins.
"I HAVE CLAUSTROPHOBIA, OKAY!" I yelled at them. These people made me so angry. I needed to cool off though. After I get a claustrophobic feeling, I'm normally not in the best of moods, and I'm easy to tip off the edge.
"I have to get back to work," I said. Turning, I walked away, but definately not back to work. Quickly, I slipped in the back way. I hid behind a shelf of bananas until they were gone. Then, I slipped out and headed back home, my head still spinning slightly. If I had listened closer, I would have heard silent footsteps following me, and they weren't anybody from the host club.

DUN DUN DUUUUUUUUUN! Sorry, but I had to do that. Seriously, I'm not sure where this is going, soooooo... oh, well!

I was sitting at the host club with Kyouya. The club was closing, and Haruhi was trying to herd out the screeming fan girls. Out of nowhere, the twins were on either side of me.
"Since your father abandoned you, where have you been living?" Haruhi looked over. Kyouya showed no hint of emotion. Annoyance welled inside me, but I hid i with my normal, cool, calm look.
"Why do you want to know?" I asked back.
"You answer our question first," replied the twins. Then Tamaki came up.
"We don't want poor Kyouya's girlfriend living in a dump!" he said, tears in his eyes. "What if you have to eat what is remaining of peoples dinners! Or sleep under a blanket made of old newspapers!" His eyes had a distance look.
"Zaphea!" Hunny looked like he was ready to cry. "You didn't start living in a dump in order to be with us, did you?"
"Would you quit it with the odd theories?!" I said at the same time as the twins. It was really hard to hold back my anger now.
"Tamaki, your theories really do get annoying," with the comment from the twins and Haruhi, he went to his dark corner to weep.
"Well, now you know why we want to know," Kaoru said.
"Will you please answer the question now?" asked Hikaru.
"No," I said simply.
"NO?!" The twins and Tamaki said at the same time.
"It's none of your business, so I don't have to tell you if I don't want to."
"HARUHI!" Tamaki called, "Help us figuer out where she lives!"
"Would you stop bringing me into this stuff," she told him, clearly annoyed. "Besides, I already know where she lives." The twins and Tamaki's jaws dropped.
"WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL US!" yelled the twins.
"Because she didn't, and still doesn't, want me to tell you." Tamaki was at Kyouya's feet.
"You know where she lives, right?!" he asked.
"Of course," Kyouya told Tamaki.
"WELL?!" said the twins.
"If she doesn't want me to tell you, I won't."
"You leave us no choice!" Tamaki said.
"Stalk me, and I'll call the police." I was able to get my calm face back again (some how). Tamaki got a nervous smile.
"You are good," said the twins.
"Yeah, yeah, I know. Now, I have to leave." I walked out the door.
"So we follow her in secret," they whispered loudly.
"I heard that!" I called back.
"FINE!" the twins yelled.
"They're gonna follow me anyway, huh?" I asked myself. "The first one I catch will get punched in the face."
~~~
With the threat of prison, Tamaki probably won't follow. Besides, who ever heard of a rich kid in prison?
I ran the whole way to the bus stop. By the time the I got there though the bus had already left. So I got out my cell and called Bruno.
"Hello?" answered Bruno's gruff voice.
"Hi Bruno it's me Genji. Hey, can you come pick me up? I missed the bus."
"Sure. Are you at school?"
"No I'm at he bus stop on Parking Avenue and Gin."
"Okay be there in a flash."
Then he hung up. I walked over to the bench and sat down so I could catch my breathe. I leaned my head back and looked at the sky and street lamp above me. It was in the reflection on the street lamp that I saw a group of nosey, annoying, rich kids hiding around the corner. And Haruhi.
"What she doing?" I heard Tamki whisper.
"Weren't you listening?" Whispered Kaoru.
"She's waiting for someone named Bruno." Hikaru whispered back.
"Who's Bruno?" Honey said alittle too loudly.
If I hadn't already known they were here that would have alerted me.
"SHHHH!!!" Hikaru, Kaoru, and Tamki said in hushed tones.
"Do we really have to do this? It's an invasion of her privacy." Whispered the voice of reason, Haruhi.
"Of course. She's Hikaru's and Kaoru's customer. We're simiply making sure that they won't be implicated with any ninjas." replied Tamaki.
NINJAS!!!! That's their stupid little theroy!?!
Then I saw Bruno's black suberban pull up. This wasn't going to help with their delusions any. I opened the door and quickly got in.
"Hey kiddo." greeted the smiling, big, buffed, brown spiked haired, Bruno.
"Hey Bruno. Do think we can take the maze way to the tent? I've got some nosey trackers."
"Sure." Laughed Bruno.
As we pulled out I noticed some fancy, black car was tailing us.
"That them?" asked Bruno.
"Yep."
"This is going to be fun."
Of course Bruno would find this fun. Bruno then turned off on to a side road and began the twists and turns. Finally after about ten minutes we lost them.
"Come on thats all it took?" complained Bruno.
"Don't worry they're a stubborn bunch. You'll get a second chance."
On that note we drove to the tent.
--------------------------------------
"YOU LOST HER!!!!" Hikaru, Kaoru, and Tamki yelled.
"I'm sorry please forgive me my lords." apologized the driver.
"Relax. I'll just pull up the corrdinates of the tracker I put on her." Kyouya assured them and pulled out his PDA.
"Don't you think this is bordering on obsesive." asked Haruhi.
"I simply wanted to make sure she wasn't mixed up in anything that would comprimise the Host club." replied Kyouya.
They then drove to the center of a forest a hour out side the city to a tree that had a note and the tracker taped to it.
"Nice try dipsticks." Mori read as the rest of the club stood there dumbfounded.
"Man she's good." commented Hikaru.
I was surrounded by blackness. A white spec was glowing, becoming larger. "It's not your time, Zaphea," I heard my mother's voice, who had died the same way I was about to. I guess this was the light everybody said to stay away from. They didn't know how inviting it seems, though. Suddenly, the white shrank back, and all was black again...
~~~
I awoke, blinking at the bright white of the room I was in. Automatically, I thought my father had taken me to a hospital, and Tamaki had agreed. Groaning, I tried to sit up, but a hand held me down. Looking over, I saw Kyouya standing above me. He looked more angry than I had ever seen him. Sadly, I knew I couldn't blame him.
"Did Tamaki agree?" I asked him in a voice smaller than a whisper. Kyouya just continued to glare at me. "Please! I didn't want this!" My voice was hoarse, and choked back tears.
"Your father sent you to make friends with us so he could buy out Ouran! Turn it into one of his own, all-boys-academies!" A single tear slipped out of the corner of my eye.
"I came here originally, knowing he was planning to buy a very expensive business, but not knowing what it was," I whispered. "I thought I was moved out here to save money for the business. Then my father called me, and told me he wanted me to make it so Tamaki fell in love with me, so that he would convince his father to do it for me. When I saw Tamaki's love for Haruhi, I knew it was hopeless. Truely, I never ment for you to get caught in this!"
"Tamaki... He has had the love tactic used on him once before, in a very different way." Kyouya said, never removing his burning glare. "He is even madder than me, so I suggest you stay away from him."
"Every one is mad at me, huh?" I asked. "It figuers. Once again, I am alone in life. My father thinks me worse than scum, and you all hate me with good reason." Another tear slipped from my stinging eyes.
"Haruhi..." Kyouya started.
"I suppose even she hates me for what I did. Since she would have to be sepperated from all of you." Haruhi... she had been so kind to me. I hated doing this to her. My eyes were squeezed shut, trying to destroy the picture of Kyouya's glare and hold back tears.
"You never told me what Tamaki said, though I suppose it was yes, since I seem to be in a hospital with you." No... please, Kyouya, say it's not true! Just then, a doctor walked in, Kyouya left.
"How do you feel?" asked the doctor.
"I... I don't know. My head hurts alot." It was hard to figuer out what was emotional pain and physical pain. They both felt the same. Could a broken heart turn into more than a figure of speech?
Ever heard of the term "will to live"? I have very little. What is the purpose of my life? Probably to make everyone elses lives miserable. The beeping in the backround slowed to less than a normal beat, for I guessed it was my heart beat. The beat slowed dramatically, and the doctor gasped, and left the room.
I heard him talk to someone outside the door, and only got bits and peices of the conversation. "Heart beat... slowing dramatically... started out of nowhere... no will to live... case before..." I didn't really care who he was talking to or what he was saying. I closed my eyes. The door banged open, and someone rushed in. The beeping that represented my heart was slow and far away.
"Zaphea!" I heard a voice... whose? My mother's? No, it was... Haruhi's? "Don't give up! You're my friend!" she was just saying that because she didn't want to make it look like she was the reason I died. My pulse slowed a little more.
"No matter what Kyouya says, he still likes you!" yeah right, you wouldn't say that if you saw his face. Now, the beeping was faint and very, very slow. Why couldn't Haruhi just give up on me. Then I felt a familiar touch. Kyouya. Was he just trying to make the memory of him more painful as I die?
"He didn't..." I heard Kyouya's voice faintly say. It faded in and out like when the doctor had talked. "Tamaki... refused offer... Ouran... not sold." That was good... Ouran wasn't sold... but they still all hate me for what I tried to do... and my father... I was less than scum to him...
Then I felt a kiss. It was soft, but desperate, on my lips. With a shock, I realized it was Kyouya. I heared the beeping speed.
"Please," my hearing no longer faded. "Come back to me!" I felt a warm, wet drop on my face, and realized it was a tear. Maybe... he really cared for me? Kyouya... is crying for me? My pulse went up more.
"We all make mistakes." It was Tamaki speaking this time. "I made some, long ago, that I tried to forget about, but telling you would have prevented this."
"You can hold bun-bun," I heard Honey sniffle. Those two acts of kindness brought up my heart beat even more, and I blinked my eyes. Everyone from the host club stood around. At seeing this the twins smiled and spoke the final, helping words.
"We will lend you anything you want from our mother's designs," Kaoru said.
"Yeah, you could use it, with those ugly school uniforms," finished Hikaru. I couldn't help my smile and give a little laugh.
"But... after all I did..." I managed to whisper.
"If you cannot figure it out," spoke Mori, "We have all forgiven you."
"My father... what happened, if you said no?" I asked.
"Your father was a mean man." Honey told me. "Me and Mori don't like mean men." I smiled at the picture of Honey and Mori beating up my father. I realized that my heart beat was finally normal again. Sitting up, I was auto- matically embrased in a huge group hug. For once, even Kyouya joined in.

Well, that's the end of my firt major story. If you didn't figuer it out, my father owned an all boys academy, and was looking to buy out Ouran.
It may be a while until I think up another big story...
I don't really like the style I was trying, so I'm writing like a normal person...
"Happy Birthday to you!" We finish singing to my, just turned 5 year old sister, Yumi. I grab a small bowl of strawberries, as a new maid hands out cake to the little kids. The maid starts to give me a piece and is startled when my mother rudely tells her I don't eat sweets, and to never offer me sweets again, or she's fired!The poor girl bursts into tears, as another maid takes over the cake giving. I glare at Mother, and storm from the room! Why must she make such a big deal out of it?!? I get to my destination(the music room) and slam the door. I then pull out my diary, and start writing.
