IM GOING TO KILL MY COMPUTER !!!!

• EVERY TIME I WANT TO ACKSES ANOTHER PAGE OR PRES A LINCK ANOTHER WINDOW OPENS UP FOR IT
  when your not on capps you are on caps and when your not you are {how it shows it on the key board is difrent from the computer}
  if you try to go back to soemthing you wrote before it will highligt everyting after that making you have to erase it all insted of just corecting what you wwant!
  also i cant use numbers only this will pop up iv tryed this with capps and with out caps and no i havent been presing shift it doesent work also! only this comes out insted of numbers !!!!#!#!#$#@$@#
  I WOULD THINK THIS IS A VIRUS BUT W[SORY CAPPS THING IS MESSED UP AND JUST FLIPED TO ON CAPPS WHEN YOU ARE ON CAPPS! YOU SEE WHY IM ANOYED RIGHT?}i cant even get into my anti virus scaner {i can get in to my anti vurus stuff but when i press an action its as if i pressed regular text{ps i dint even change my text back to non caps it did this bye it self}
