First off, a late-late-late-late-late happy father's day to those dads that are cool to their kids (cause those that aren't don't deserve to be called dads).
My dad's a teacher here at the local High School (the terror of the school xD). I've seen him teach, ready lessons, grade papers and other stuff. But back in Ecuador Dad was a lawyer. Now while I knew that dad left for his office every day and came back late every night and had a lot of lawyer books, I never actually saw him in court or with a client. So after some major stuff broke out between my uncles and my aunt and my grandpa's house (long story short, no one trusts my aunt to take care of my grandpa or his house) it surprised me that Dad called home and started raving about how some of the house's papers had a loophole on it that needed to be patched up. Then he went on about how one of my cousins could actually take the house from my aunt. It was just amazing to see dad at work

Some time ago (back in myO) I told you that I tend to get nosebleeds for no apparent reason. This condition worsens in summer, so lately I can't turn around without bleeding myself into weakness. One of those times, I was thinking about any anime out there and the stigma that goes with a nosebleed, and I couldn't stop laughing. So now, every time the nose bleeds, I crack up, thinking how big a perv I must be xDDD
Here's a thought tho, why did the Japanese think that nosebleeds = pervertness? I'd be very interested in finding that out

I am, much like many of you, a gamer and some of these are DLed from some shady places. But I've never been one for MMOs. The principle seemed fun enough, but the fees just killed it for me. Then one day (cruising theO, no less) this ad caught me: MapleStory. Sure it said free, but I thought it would be only for a trial. Still it looked fun, so I gave it a try.
Two weeks later, I'm hooked . It's just a simple and entertaining game and best of all it's free!! for real!!!
If you do decide to get it, look me up in Windia, Channel 10, where I usually am.

manga readin
OK, so as pretty much everyone else here, I am an avid manga fan (tho I wouldn't say i'm obsessed since i haven't bought one ) and anytime something sounds interesting, or when someone recommends something i usually read it (if i got time from all the evil that is school that is). so, when I came across a title called I''s I was captivated to say the least.
First of all, I've never even heard of I''s (except for a little cameo on Jump Ultimate Stars (Best Game EVER by the way) so I guess that it was that cameo that drew me to it. I'm not a spoiler so I won't get too much into it, I will say that it is a very moving (at least to this guy) love story with enough stuff to keep the guys entertained.
By the same token, I also read Ichigo 100%. This, to me, is one of those mangas that make you laugh outloud and have you cheering for the hero (and the heroines). personally, I liked it better than I''s but both are great. And Ichigo 100% is a much suspenseful story in a romantic way (and I think that's a win-win for all of us)
Now, I hate hate hate hate HATE!!! chick flicks, but these manga (which had some chick-flick-like stories and moments were awesomely enjoyable. Unfortunately, I don't know any more like these so i'm going back to naruto (which has gotten very interesting) and bleach and i'll keep an eye out for other (It'd be really awesome if you guys recommended a series or two ^^)
anime watchin
I don't think I'll have to explain why i love anime so much (but let's just say it has a certain quality that other animation just don't have). Currently I'm watching a couple of series.
I've now officially given up on most dubbing efforts by american companies when it comes to anime. Naruto's crap! Bleach's so-so, and others are just not worth mentioning (btw, I do love the Death Note dub, and the Code Geass is not too bad either) but let's leave that aside. I think I've bitten off more than I can chew as I'm watching about 8 series (huuuge anime fan but I don't really know what anime to watch ^^U) again, I would loooove it if you guys would point me in the direction of some great anime

ahem...well. Unless you were one of the contacts I had on myO, you probably don't know me (first post being a sign of that). So I'll try to make this quick and painless for us all.
I'm David, currently 19 years young (xD) and currently boiling my butt here in Arizona (man it's hot!!!). Study-wise, I ain't gonna bore you with the details, suffice it to say that it's summer and I'm loving it. Now, cause of school I usually wasn't on myO that much (seriously last post was around last year), but everytime I come here I feel at home. Of course, now that I can't understand half of what I'm doing at myO (what the hell happened there???! what's this vibrant thing I keep hearing about...me so lost!!!). So I guessed building my World would be much easier. Thank you for having me here theO, I swear I'll be a good Otakuite *bows*

For the first post here in the ryyoku dimension, I'd like to start with a little dream I had about two days ago...it freaked me our...and I don't even know why....
a guy's mind at work Warning! some pervertness ahead (i think)
I usually go to bed at around 11 maybe later but I don't go to sleep right away, so I turn on my mp3 and listen to music while I try to fall asleep (and sometimes I fall asleep listening to that music xD maybe that's what I need). And that's what I did that Sunday, and as it happens sometimes I dreamt. In this dream, I seemed to be in some big town and some huge school, maybe I was about to go to class because I got on a bus and I was followed by two fine ladies (I mean that in every possible sense there is) one of them looked like an old high school friend, and the other (and this is where it started getting weird) looked like Hyuuga Hinata I kid you not. So the three of us sat on the very back row, the two of them made it so I would sit between them. It was all good from then, nothing happened for some time, then outta the blue, the Hinata look-alike crossed her left leg (she was sitting to the right of me) over my right leg! I completely froze!! (and seriously what would you do?) what's worse is that the other girl looked like she wanted to do the same thing but backed down because Hinata beat her to it. Then (and against everything I would even think of doing) I put my right hand on Hinata's knee!! and Hinata put her head to my shoulder! and the other girl looked like she was about to cry! (it was right around here that I started wondering what was up) then our stop came up and the other girl got up quickly. As Hinata and I were about to get off, she came back with a cup full of something and threw it at us...well at Hinata. And then it seemed like a catfight would break out, and I was in the middle of everything trying to make sense of everything and trying to stop them from going at each other. When the other girl stopped and looked at me with those eyes that break a guy's heart (yeah! those eyes) and started singing Mika Nakashima's Glamorous Sky very low. Then...I woke up and I was listening to that same song in my mp3!!!
So...should I seek therapy?? maybe stop looking too much into my dreams? be glad it happened??? I dunno but that was definitely one the strangest dreams I've ever had...and that's saying something
well...just had to get that off my chest
