Transformation!

Sitting in class, I dutifully took the notes. The teacher was rather boring, but what teacher wasn't, really? The bell rang, not too quickly, either. Pushing my long black hair over my shoulder, I grabbed my back-pack and headed outside. I wasn't real sure what I wanted to do today. Maybe head over to the park and do my singing gig.

I actually really liked that idea and headed over to the main street where I would get the most amount of people walking by. Flattening out my skirt, I made sure I looked proper enough and good enough to be singing in front of all these people.

I waved with a smile at a couple of boys passing by me. They returned the wave, giving me a second glance, but I kept walking, knowing I needed to get to my usual perch before rush hour. I passed by an alley way and had to turn and walk back to the entrance and looked down it.

Two young girls, both of whom I recognized as being my classmates. One was touching the forehead of some cat and began... well, transforming. Frowning, I looked around to see if anyone else was seeing this. I decided that I was going to keep walking and pretend I didn't see what I had just seen.

Turning, I began walking towards my intended destination when a woman popped up in front of me. She had orangish yellow hair and was holding a staff. "You are another one," she said to me, pointing her staff in my direction.

"Look lady," I shook my head. "I don't know who you are, but I don't want to get involved in any of this. I won't tell anyone what I saw if that's what you want." I went to push passed her, but she stopped me when she reached out with her hand.

"Please, just wait one moment," she told me. "You were destined for this."

I frowned. "Destined? I don't believe in destiny. No offense. You are going to make me late." I put my hand on my hip defiantly.

Suddenly, the cat from early appeared on the girl's shoulder. "Yes, she is definitely another one."

My eyes shot wide open. A talking cat? What the? Had I been knocked out and was having weird, delusional dreams? I would wake up any moment now. I pinched my hip, but I only felt the pain in my flesh, nothing else changed. Frowning now, I stared at the car, going to poke it to make sure it was real. It moved it's head towards my fingers so that I was touching the symbol on its forehead. i felt a strange feeling come over me, like this was right. I was doing what I was supposed to. I was right where I needed to be.

"Mars," it mumbled.

The girl nodded, handing me a bow that I just looked at, knowing my life was no longer going to be as simple as I was used to.

"Now, say Mars Power Make-up!" the cat ordered me.

I nodded and did what it told me to do, transforming into a Sailor Scout.

Continue?
hope that was ok!
