KPop rappers are DA BOMB.
Some of them are, that is. Obviously, not all of them are.
My favorites [are all guys] are (in the following order):
1. Zico (Block B)
2. Ilhoon (BtoB)
3. Junhyung (Beast)
4. Zelo (B.A.P)
5. Suga (BTS)
6. Kyung (BLOCK B)
7. Dongwoo (INFINITE)
8. Outsider
9. Sangchu
10. G-Dragon (BigBang)
11. Rap Monster (BTS)
12. Rome (C-Clown)
13. T.O.P. (BigBang)
14. Tablo
I mean, that's obviously my personal opinion, so I'll bet you most people would disagree with it.
Zico is my all-time favorite because he has swag. He's not exactly the most attractive dude, but he's awesome. I love his parts in Faddy Robot, LOL, Nillili Mambo, and probably some others that I've forgotten about.
Ilhoon is so awesome. He's not glorified as much in BtoB's songs as Zico is in Block B's songs, I think, but he's definitely very good. My favorite Ilhoon raps are probably the ones in Nightmare and Insane.
Junhyung... I don't know that well. I don't really listen to Beast, after all, but I think I like his style, because I liked his parts in Fiction, Be Quiet, and Faddy Robot. From what I could tell, he's pretty dope.
Zelo is my favorite member of B.A.P (although he's neck and neck with Jongup, for me). He is skilled, especially considering his youth, although I feel his voice is a little too nasal. It's distinct, and unique to him, though.
Who's next? Suga. Suga is... he's got a lower voice than I thought he did/would. But he's cool. He's got some nice parts, but I can't think of any specifics.
KYUNG~! He used to be one of top favorites, probably even before Zico, but he's been receiving smaller and smaller parts in Block B's songs, so... there's not much for me to love about him. But he's got a very unique voice, I think, which is strange but nice to listen to.
I don't know a lot of INFINITE. But Dongwoo is my favorite member. Because he's got some nice parts. My favorites are in Destiny and Tic Toc. He's got a pleasantly resonant low voice.
Outsider is so boss, man. He's a master at speed-rapping and that's so unique and awesome. I loved his part in Faddy Robot.
Everything number 9 and on are not so impressive to me, but definitely skilled and better (in my opinion) than any of the rappers I didn't mention (or at least more unique/distinctive).
Sangchu... I don't know anything about him. At all. I just know that I liked his part in Faddy Robot. Nothing more.
G-Dragon. He's a lot of people's favorite, from what I understand. But I think he's overrated. That's not to say I don't like him, but it took me a very, very, very long time to like him. I had to learn to like him. I do like his Heartbreaker, Light It Up, and Crooked, though. And his part in Monster.
Rap Monster is cool. He's got a deeper voice and can rap pretty fast. He's got skills.
Rome was... the first KPop rapper I ever heard. So... he's special.
T.O.P. is eh. Like G-Dragon, I think he's overrated. He's had his great parts, like in Doom Dada, Lollipop, Monster, Love Song, Fantastic Baby, and some others. But he's also had his bad parts, like in Doom Dada, Digital Bounce, and this one song I forget the name of.
Tablo I don't really know, either. I liked his parts in Tomorrow and Light It Up. I don't know much more than that...
But yeah. I've already said this, but this is only my opinion. I really want to stress that. A lot.
And, not to sound like a hater, but I thought, since I'd mentioned my favorites, I'd mention some of my least favorites (1 being the worst):

3. P.O (Block B)
4. Yongguk (B.A.P)
5. Sehun (EXO)
MY GOD. Lay's part in Growl (which was blessedly small) was HORRENDOUS. And his part in Wolf wasn't much better. And Eli's parts in Standing Still, Neverland, and one other one I can't remember the name of was... UGH. And P.O! Don't even get me started on him! God! He's got one of the most obnoxious voices, plus he's not even good-looking, and he's awkward and... *shiver* And then Yongguk? He says, 'Chyeah' way too much. And he's got kind of an annoyingly low/husky voice. And he's just awkward and... awkward. And Sehun... he's not that bad, now that I think about it, but he hasn't got the greatest voice. AND HE'S WAY OVERRATED.
Sometimes, I don't why these people are even considered rappers. I guess Yongguk and Eli could pass for rappers, but the rest? TCH.
Oh, but, now I'm starting to remember... you know which rapper I really can't stand? As in, worse than Lay?

YUNHO DOES NOT EVEN... HE'S NOT EVEN...

Oh, and I forgot to mention Ravi from VIXX. He's kind of annoying and not really attractive. But he'd probably rank after Sehun (6th if you don't include Yunho) on my list of bad rappers.
And I don't really know anything about female rappers. I know Hyuna. And CL. And someone named LE is supposed to be really good, but I don't really know her.
And Amber? She was in Henry's 1-4-3, but I didn't really like the song, so...
*shrug*
Well, anyway. Rap is awesome. Love rap. Love KPop rap, love English rap, I've even listened to Spanish rap, Danish rap, Italian rap, and German rap. It's all cool. Although German was a little weird.
