Summary-
Sasuke’s assigned a mission to train a certain Hyuuga, it's either that or weed picking with the rest, He knows exactly what will happen if he goes weed picking with his team, and besides, if he trains with a the Hyuuga he can get some training himself and get to know their moves a bit more...nothing can go wrong…right?
Mission-
Chapter 1- The Mission
"Ahem" cleared a throat,
Shizune looked up, that was fast, she thought.
She stood up and walked up to the Hokage's door, she knocked three time...no answer, man, she better not be sleeping in there, Shizune knocked again, when no one answered, she opened the door, well she's not asleep,
"Hokage-sama, he's here" she said, the Hokage had her back to the door and was looking at a painting that was on the wall,
"let him in Shizune" Tsunade replied still having her back to the door,
"she'll see you now" Shizune replied, what is she doing? Team 7 already has a mission to do, Shizune decided that whatever it was it must have a very good reason to it.
The boy walked into the room, he wasn't sure on why he was called, he was just told by that Shikamaru guy that he was wanted by the Hokage, something about a mission for him, hmp, as long as it's not something useless like weed picking in some old lady's backyard.
When he was inside, he didn't exactly closed the door quietly, and the Hokage turned around to see the boy that she had asked for, she took one look at the boy with dark raven hair and darker eyes,
"ah...Sasuke, I’ve got a special mission for you" she walked over to her desk and sat down, when the boy didn't say anything, she continued on, "Hyuuga Hiashi, has some problems with the way his daughter is progressing, so in order to give her a boost, he wants to hire a trainer for her..." while she was talking, the only word Sasuke heard was 'Hyuuga' and daughter', those were the ONLY word he needed to hear,
and before Tsunade could have finished explaining Sasuke simply said,
"no"
"excuse me?" Tsunade was kind of pissed of, she didn't like being interrupted,
"I said no, there's no way I’m going to be working for a Hyuuga, especially a girl Hyuuga, can't you choose someone who actually likes to show off to girls, I don't know, Kiba? Naruto? Besides, why me?"
Tsunade smiled when he said Naruto,
"I've told you, the girl isn't progressing well with her current team, and there's no way she can survive if she's working with Naruto..." Tsunade opened a drawer and took out an info card of the mission with a letter handwritten in cursives by the head of the main Hyuuga family himself, there was also a picture of the Hyuuga girl he would be training if he agrees to the mission, the girl in the picture had very light lavender eyes, well all Hyuuga does, her hair was black with little tints of blue that could be seen, she didn’t have a smile in her photo, well it wouldn’t be counted a s a smile a sit was so small, the letter and the photo was attached to the card by a paper clip, Sasuke took a look at the letter, he read it, it didn’t take him long…
“Dear Hokage,
My daughter, Hyuuga Hinata, is the future Heiress of the Clan, but sadly her strength in all ninjutsu, taijutsu and genjutsu are very low, this worries me, she isn’t making any progress with her current team and I’ve tried making her train with her cousin Hyuuga Neji, but still no results, so I ask that you choose a suitable trainer for her. Hopefully the trainer would be around her age, Hinata is a very polite girl and would do anything an adult had told her to do, so I don’t think that an adult as her trainer would do her any good, I want someone who she can communicate with, who listens well and doesn’t interrupt her, you not have noticed but my daughter stammers.
She knows how to activate her byakugan and knows the basics of the gentle fists, these however will not be enough if she has to bare the power and responsibility of the whole clan.
So hopefully there is someone out there who would have the ability to help her

After he had read it twice…Sasuke was still confused, why me? He thought,
“As you can see…” Tsunade pointed out to the information on Hinata her age team-mates and rank was there under the letter
Team: 8 (Yuhi Kurenai)
Comrades: Inuzuka Kiba and Aburame Shino
“Kiba is part of her team, and Naruto… well I’ve told you why he’s a no, I’ve made a list of people that’s the same age as her, and you’re the best one for the job,” she threw another piece of paper onto the table, this time it was a list of ninjas, all of the names were crossed out except for Uchiha Sasuke,

This list doesn’t explains on why she chose me…
“Still confused on why I chose you?” Tsunade asked, Sasuke just nodded, “okay then let’s go down the list, first we have Haruno Xume, she’s an eye user, quiet strong and really close to Hinata, but she was crossed off the list by Hiashi himself, she’s a slacker. Next we have Haruno Sakura, Sakura’s strength is remarkable, but she concentrate more on medical ninjutsu which isn’t what Hinata’s father want her to train in. Yamanaka Ino, she uses mind jutsu, which again isn’t going to help Hinata, Ino’s taijutsu is just the same level as Sakura, we’ll skip you, Shikamaru uses his brain and Shadow techniques, totally different to Hinata, Akimichi Chouji needs to train with Shikamaru and perfect their duo, Uzumaki Naruto won’t let Hinata concertrate, so the only one that’s left is you, you’re both eye users, you’re the top student of your year, you’ll be able to teach her how to concertrate her chakra, throw weapons more accurately and your really good at concentrating so you won’t distract her, does that explains on why I chose you??” after she was done explaining, Tsunade took a sip of the tea that was n her table, ugh…yuck, it’s cold, she thought, she looked up to look at the Uchiha in front of her, “so Sasuke, what’s your answer now? “
“Still no, I can train by myself, and I don’t need the money” Sasuke turned around to walk out,
“Okay then, well enjoy weed picking with the whole of team 7” Sasuke stopped in his track and Tsunade smiled…
*Sasuke’s flashback *
“ALRIGHT! LET’S GET WEED PICKING!!!” Naruto shouted as team 7 entered the garden,
“This place’s a tip!” Sakura moaned, looking at the jungle of weeds, in the middle of the garden, were some flowers in a square fence, “well, the flowers looks nice”
“Okay then, guys get to work,” Kakashi said as he took out his orange book and went to sit under a tree in the corner of the garden.
“Aren’t you going to even help us?” Sasuke turned to ask Kakashi who was already into his book, tch, fine, Sasuke thought, he went over to pick some weeds, he tried to stay away from Sakura as he could, in the distance Naruto screamed as he came to contact with the nettles,
“MAN! The things are ITCHY!!” Sasuke smirked to himself at Naruto’s pain. He felt a tug on his sleeve and turned around to see Sakura,
“uh…Sasuke-kun, which weed am I suppose to pick??” Sakura asked, yes, he’ll have to talk to me now, and then he’ll notice how fragile and precious I really am and then he’ll fall in love with me.
“Which ever one, they’re all weeds...” Sasuke replied coldly, he pull at his shirt with enough strength to make Sakura let go,
“mission-FAILED!” Screamed inner Sakura.
*End flashback*
Sasuke shivered at the thought, he was not going to that again, it was horrible, later on they had to plant all the flowers in the fence again because Naruto had trampled all over them. There was just no way, nu-uh, he isn’t going to listen to Naruto scream, he isn’t going to put through Kakashi’s perverted giggles and Sakura’s annoying flirting! Sasuke was ashamed to say what he was going to say…
“fine…”
