Well, I promised that this would be a more upbeat post, but I have some bad news. My computer crashed (my brand new computer [1 year old] named Franky). Fortunately, I was able to make copies of all my important files onto an external hard drive. Also, it turns out that there are 2 laptops at my cottage (my dad brought 1 from work), so I don't have to share with my brother, but they're still rather slow.
I'm gonna post some stuff about MyOtaku on OtakuBoards to promote MyOtaku, and hopefully gain the attention of MyOtaku/TheOtaku's managers. @.@ By the way, does anybody know whether or not new TheOtaku members are able to join MyOtaku yet? Also, I'm thinking of posting some stuff in my review World. I don't think I'm gonna be able to get much work done on EPWW (fancomic), so I might try working on it during the school year... O.O Also, I can't make any more AMVs until Franky is fixed. I've been drawing a bit, but it'll be a while until I put up the picture, since my scanner is at my house. This post sounds like a to-do list, now. XD So busy!
*thinks about something more interesting* I've finished watching the whole Cowboy Bebop series along with the first Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex season. They're both awesome! I've bought the Cowboy Bebop OSTs, and I'm going to buy the GitS: SAC OSTs soon. ^.^ I'm almost done watching the Claymore anime, but the ending isn't looking so good. However, the manga is fantastic! ^.~

Answers:
1. Older movies tend to have better themes than new movies. However, I agree that the effects and acting are usually better in modern movies. Also, I prefer older comedy (any time before 2000) and horror (90s) movies because they're more original. Modern action and drama movies are more entertaining, though. So depending on the genre, I'm neutral overall.
2. If it's hot and if I'm not going outside, no socks for me. Usually I put my socks on before my pants.
3. I have a whole theory in the making about craftsmen (writer), sports figures (hockey player), and prostitutes. Overall (to keep this short), it's led me to conclude that prostitution should be legalized, but regulated in some way to prevent the spread of disease and to prevent the money made from being spent in criminal activities. XD
